Abstract
261,326. Rudolph, P. Sept. 14, 1926. Lenses. - Photographic and projection lenses corrected for spherical aberrations of the second order, for coma and astigmatism and corrected for all colour aberrations of the first order, consist of four or five single or cemented lenses, separated by air spaces, one of the outer lenses being collective and the lenses separated by air gaps being alternately collective and dispersive. The collective lens next the diaphragm has a focal length less than three times the focal length of the complete lens and his its concave surface turned towards the diaphragm. Numerical data of two examples are given in the Specification.
