Abstract

192,621. Dutchman, R. H., and Travis, C. H. Feb. 22, 1922. Advertising on vehicle wheels. -A conical disc 1 bearing advertising matter is fitted with a socket 4 between which and a pin 7 secured to spokes 9 on a wheel x is a ball bearing 6. The disc is retained in a stationary position by a weight 11. A modified construction is described in which the disc is mounted upon the hub of the wheel.
