Sliding-jaw wrenches.-A wrench comprises two levers or handles c, d carrying jaws a, b which are locked in adjusted position by the engagement of two series of indentations or serrations i, g, h, j on the contiguous faces of the levers. The serrations g, h are formed on the opposite sides of a mortise f in an extension e of the lever c. The jaws a, b may be at right-angles to the levers as shown or may be inclined thereto.
