Stocks and diea.-A die-holder for circular dies, or dies of rectangular formation, or for both, is combined with a tap wrench of the kina in which one of the work-engaging apertures h is adjustable relatively to the other one f by attaching the member d, in which the aperture h is formed, to a slot b in a handle a by means of teeth c on the member d which are brought into engagement with teeth e in the aperture b. As shown, the member d is locked in the adjusted position by a cam i'. Circular dies may be secured in an aperture p, by a screw q, and dies of rectangular form may be held between the screw q and the end s of the slot b. These dies may be guided on triangular guides r attached to the member d, and capable of moving over triangular guides f at the bottom of the slot b.
