153,713. Tetlow, A., and Tetlow, A. E. Sept. 1, 1919. Doubling-machines with twisting-arrangements at delivery; creel arrangements.-A fixed ring and traveller B is used with the delivery cop or cheese when twisting at both ends during the doubling of threads. The threads are led from a rotary spindle J, through the traveller and rollers D and wound on a doubling-spindle by a ring and traveller G. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 12029/84.
