Universal couplings. -Flexible rings 16 are secured in annular recesses 8, on the outsides of members 3, 4 on the shafts 1, 2 by three bolts such as 13, and the two rings 16 are connected to a central flexible ring 18 by three bolts, such as 19, passing through openings in the members 3, 4- The rings 16 are separated from the bottoms of the recesses 8 by washers 15, and the rings 16 are spaced from the ring 18 by sleeves 20, 21 on the bolts 19.
