Abstract
La présente invention concerne un produit de déshydratation interne du sorbitol caractérisé en ce qu’il présente un taux total résiduel d’atome d’azote compris entre 0.01 ppm et 150 ppm, de préférence compris entre 0.02 ppm et 20 ppm, de préférence encore compris entre 0.05 ppm et 10 ppm, et, plus préférentiellement, compris entre 0.07 ppm et 5 ppm, ce taux résiduel étant exprimé en poids sec par rapport au poids sec total dudit produit et en ce qu’il présente un taux total résiduel d’atome de souffre compris entre 0.0001 ppm et 100 ppm, de préférence compris entre 0.0002 ppm et 50 ppm, de préférence encore compris entre 0.0004 ppm et 30 ppm et, plus préférentiellement, compris entre 0.0008 ppm et 20 ppm, ce taux total résiduel étant exprimé en poids sec par rapport au poids sec dudit produit ; un procédé de purification d’un tel produit et un polymère comprenant un motif correspondant audit produit.
