Claims (16)
- 무수당 알코올을 정제하는 방법으로서,
암모늄기를 관능기로 갖는 강염기성 음이온 교환 수지를 사용하여 정제를 수행하는 단계를 포함하며,
정제된 무수당 알코올이 포름산을 함유하지 않거나 포름산 함량이 1ppm 이하이고,
상기 무수당 알코올이 디언하이드로헥시톨인, 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 강염기성 음이온 교환 수지가 4급 암모늄기를 관능기로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강염기성 음이온 교환 수지가, 전 pH 영역에서 이온 교환능을 가지고, 평균 입도 범위가 0.3~1.2mm이며, 겉보기밀도가 650~700g/L인 강염기성 음이온 교환 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강염기성 음이온 교환 수지가 트리메틸암모늄, 다이메틸에탄올암모늄 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택된 관능기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정제될 무수당 알코올의 수용액을, 강염기성 음이온 교환 수지로 충전된 컬럼에 통과시키는 방식으로 정제가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 무수당 알코올 수용액의 컬럼 통과 속도가 공간속도(SV)로 0.2 내지 6.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정제되는 무수당 알코올이, 헥시톨인 수소화 당을 탈수 반응시켜 얻어진 탈수 반응 결과액을 증류한 뒤, 증류 결과물을 예비 정제하여 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
