Abstract

Masa para bollo a punto de usar en forma de un bloque que puede guardarse en el refrigerador y que se prepara a partir de harina, azúcar, levadura en polvo y grasa, conteniendo hasta un 1, 5% de levadura en polvo y suministrándose en una forma precortada y en una forma provista de ranuras, de manera que dicho bloque presenta las siguientes características seleccionadas del grupo consistente en que: a) dicho bloque tiene por lo menos dos capas distintas; b) dicho bloque tiene por lo menso dos tiras diferentes para cada trozo sacado del bloque; c) dicho bloque tiene una estampación en la parte superior de cada trozo; d) dicho bloque tiene una decoración en la parte superior de cada trozo; e) dicho bloque tiene, para cada trozo, un relleno distinto de la masa básica; y f) dicho bloque tiene formas precortadas de diferentes conformaciones específicas.
