Abstract
"PRODUTOS DE CONFEITARIA à BASE DE GORDURA REVESTIDOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um produto de confeitaria à base de gordura que é revestido com um agente de formação de película e caracterizado pelo que é resistente ao aquecimento e mantém sua forma quando submetido ao aquecimento. Essa invenção também revela o uso desse confeito à base de gordura revestido no produto alimentício, bem como um produto alimentício compreendendo esse confeito à base de gordura revestido, especialmente chocolate ou alimento assado.
