LA CORRIENTE PARCIAL DE VAPORES DE EXHAUSTACION CARGADA CON SUSTANCIAS INERTES Y/O SUSTANCIAS DE VALOR ARRASTRADAS SE TRANSFIERE COMO UNA CORRIENTE DE PRODUCTO VAPOR A PARTIR DE LAS PLACAS DE SECADO OPERATIVAS CON VAPOR SOBRECALENTADO COMO GAS DE SECADO, A CONTINUACION ES AL MENOS CONDENSADO PARCIALMENTE MEDIANTE INTERCAMBIO DE CALOR INDIRECTO CON UN MEDIO REFRIGERANTE. EL VAPOR DE EXHAUSTACION CONDENSADO ES LIMPIADO DE FORMA SUBSECUENTE MEDIANTE AL MENOS UNA ETAPA DE DESTILACION. MEDIANTE RECIRCULACION DE UNA CORRIENTE PARCIAL A PARTIR DE LA FASE LIQUIDA DE LA PLANTA (5) DE DESTILACION, EL CONDENSADO DE VAPOR DE EXHAUSTACION SE UTILIZA PARA LA ABSORCION DE LA ENERGIA DE CONDENSACION DE LA CORRIENTE GASEOSA DEL VAPOR DE EXHAUSTACION DE UN INTERCAMBIADOR (2) DE CALOR INDIRECTO. EL CONDENSADO DE VAPOR DE EXHAUSTACION ASI PRODUCIDO SE SUMINISTRA A LA PLANTA (5) DE DESTILACION, DE DONDE ES LLEVADO A UN INTERCAMBIO DE ENERGIA DIRECTA CON LA CORRIENTE PARCIAL RECICLADA DEL CONDENSADO DE VAPOR DEEXHAUSTACION ARRASTRADO A PARTIR DE LA FASE LIQUIDA. UN VAPOR LIQUIDO PARCIAL, DISPONIENDO DE UNA CONCENTRACION ALTA DE SUSTANCIAS INERTES Y/O SUSTANCIAS DE VALOR ARRASTRADAS, PUEDE SER DE ESTA FORMA ARRASTRADO A PARTIR DE LA FASE LIQUIDA DE LA PLANTA (5) DE DESTILACION.
