Claims (15)
- Système pour verrouiller et éjecter un élément mobile de meuble (5), comprenant deux dispositifs d'éjection déverrouillables (1, 2) et des éjecteurs commandés par ressort (13), disposés des deux côtés d'un corps de meuble (3) ou sur l'élément mobile de meuble (5), dans lequel les dispositifs d'éjection déverrouillables (1, 2) présentent un élément d'enclenchement (18) logé sur un chariot à déplacement linéaire (17), dans lequel l'élément d'enclenchement vient en prise avec une glissière (10) en forme de cardioïde et permet de maintenir l'élément mobile de meuble (5) dans une position d'arrêt fermée (E) par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de verrouillage (4), dans lequel ladite position d'arrêt (E) peut être libérée en repoussant l'élément mobile de meuble (5) vers l'intérieur, caractérisé en ce que les chariots à déplacement linéaire (17) des deux dispositifs d'éjection déverrouillables (1, 2) sont couplés en mouvement par l'intermédiaire d'une tige de synchronisation rotative (6).
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (17) communique avec la tige de synchronisation (6) par l'intermédiaire d'un engrenage (7) pour une conversion de mouvement du mouvement linéaire du chariot (17) en un mouvement rotatif de la tige de synchronisation (6).
- Système selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'engrenage (7) comprend du côté du dispositif d'éjection un élément (8) logé de manière déplaçable et comprend du côté de la tige de synchronisation un élément rotatif (9) pour la transmission de force, dans lequel l'élément (8) logé de manière déplaçable est couplé en mouvement avec le chariot (17).
- Système selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (8) logé de manière déplaçable est une crémaillère (8a) et l'élément rotatif (8) est un pignon (9a).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que sur le chariot (17) est logé l'élément de verrouillage (4), de préférence pivotant, qui, dans la position d'arrêt de l'élément d'enclenchement (18), maintient l'élément mobile de meuble (5) par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de maintien (12) disposé sur celui-ci en position verrouillée dans la position d'extrémité fermée (E).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'enclenchement (18) vient en prise dans la glissière (10) en forme de cardioïde par l'intermédiaire d'un tenon de cardioïde (11) disposé sur ledit élément.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément mobile de meuble (5) peut être ouvert ou éjecté par l'intermédiaire des éléments de maintien (12) disposés sur celui-ci au moyen de l'éjecteur (13) faisant partie des dispositifs d'éjection déverrouillables (1, 2).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le chariot de guidage déplaçable (17) est sollicité par un élément élastique (16), de préférence un ressort.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (4), la crémaillère (8a), l'éjecteur (13) et l'élément d'enclenchement (18) sont couplés en mouvement avec le chariot de guidage (17).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le chariot de guidage (17), l'éjecteur (13) et la crémaillère (8a) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (4) est logé pivotant sur le chariot de guidage (17) par l'intermédiaire d'un point de pivotement (T) et l'élément d'enclenchement (18) est logé pivotant par l'intermédiaire d'un point de pivotement (X).
- Dispositif d'éjection déverrouillable (1, 2), en particulier pour un système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, pour déverrouiller et éjecter un élément mobile de meuble (5), dans lequel le dispositif d'éjection déverrouillable (1, 2) comprend un éjecteur commandé par ressort (13) et un élément d'enclenchement (18) logé sur un chariot (17) à déplacement linéaire qui met en prise une glissière (10) en forme de cardioïde et permet de maintenir l'élément mobile de meuble (5) dans une position d'arrêt fermée (E), ladite position d'arrêt (E) pouvant être libérée en repoussant l'élément mobile de meuble (5) vers l'intérieur, caractérisé en ce que le chariot déplaçable (17) est couplé en mouvement avec une partie d'engrenage sous la forme d'un élément (8) logé de manière déplaçable et peut être mis en communication de transmission de force avec un élément rotatif (9) d'une tige de synchronisation (6).
- Dispositif d'éjection déverrouillable selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (8) logé de manière déplaçable est réalisé sous la forme d'une crémaillère (8a) et peut être disposé en engrènement avec la crémaillère (8a) par l'élément rotatif (9) sous la forme d'un pignon (9a) pour la transmission de force ou de mouvement à un deuxième dispositif d'éjection déverrouillable (2) par l'intermédiaire de la tige de synchronisation (6).
