Claims (12)
- Dispositif d'éjection (1) verrouillable pour une pièce de meuble mobile (2), avec un téton de commande (4) déplaçable sur un chemin de coulissement (3) cardioïde, ledit chemin de coulissement (3) comportant- un segment de fermeture (3a) où le téton de commande (4) se déplace à la fermeture de la pièce de meuble mobile (2),- un segment de verrouillage (3b) avec une dépression d'enclenchement (5) où le téton de commande (4) est maintenu en position de verrouillage (VS), et- un segment d'ouverture (3c) vers lequel le téton de commande (4) est déplacé à l'ouverture de la pièce de meuble mobile (2),
un mécanisme de surcharge (6) étant disposé dans le segment de verrouillage (3b), au moyen duquel la position de verrouillage (VS) peut être débloquée même lorsque la pièce de meuble mobile (2) se déplace en direction d'ouverture (OR), le mécanisme de surcharge (6) comportant un élément de blocage (7) soumis à une force et bloquant temporairement une course de surcharge (W) pour le téton de commande (4), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de blocage (7) contribue au moins partiellement à former la dépression d'enclenchement (5) du segment de verrouillage (3b) et en ce que la course de surcharge (W) blocable par l'élément de blocage (7) mène à un canal traversable par le téton de commande (4) en cas de surcharge et délimité par une paroi de canal, lequel en est relation spatiale fixe avec le segment de fermeture (3a) et le segment d'ouverture (3c) et débouche dans le segment d'ouverture (3c), l'élément de blocage (7) étant réalisé séparément de la paroi de canal et étant mobile dans le canal. - Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le téton de commande (4) est exclusivement appliqué contre l'élément de blocage (7) en position de verrouillage (VS).
- Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de blocage (7) bloque une première partie (W1) de la course de surcharge (W) en position de verrouillage (VS), l'élément de blocage (7) étant en cas de surcharge déplaçable par le téton de commande (4) contre la force appliquée par l'élément de blocage (7), dans la direction d'ouverture (OR) hors de la position bloquant la course de surcharge (W), et la première partie (W1) de la course de surcharge (W) pouvant être libérée.
- Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque la première partie (W1) de la course de surcharge (W) est libérée, le téton de commande (4) est déplaçable vers une deuxième partie (W2) de la course de surcharge (W) où le dispositif d'éjection (1) est déverrouillé, et en ce que la pièce de meuble mobile (2) est éjectable dans la direction d'ouverture (OR) par un ressort d'éjection (8) du dispositif d'éjection (8).
- Dispositif d'éjection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de blocage (7) est contraint par la force d'un ressort (9).
- Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la force (F9) du ressort (9) de l'élément de blocage (7) est supérieure à la force (F8) du ressort d'éjection (8).
- Dispositif d'éjection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la course de surcharge (W) présente une largeur (B) sensiblement constante le long de la course de surcharge (W), laquelle est légèrement supérieure au diamètre (D) du téton de commande (7) déplaçable sur la course de surcharge (W).
- Dispositif d'éjection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par- un boîtier (10) où est formé le chemin de coulissement (3),- un chariot (11) déplaçable le long du boîtier (10), le ressort d'éjection (8) étant raccordé au chariot (11) par une extrémité et au boîtier (10) par l'autre extrémité,- un levier de commande (12) monté de manière à pouvoir pivoter contre le chariot (11), sur lequel est présent le téton de commande (4) qui s'engage dans le chemin de coulissement (3), et- un élément d'éjection (13) pour la pièce de meuble mobile (2) disposé sur le chariot (11) et préférentiellement monté de manière à pouvoir pivoter.
- Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (10) comporte une partie (10a) mobile dans la direction de réglage de profondeur (14), où est réalisé le chemin de coulissement (4).
- Meuble (15), avec un corps de meuble (16), une pièce de meuble mobile (2), en particulier un tiroir, et avec un dispositif d'éjection (1) verrouillable selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9.
- Meuble selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de meuble mobile (2) est montée de manière à être déplaçable contre le corps de meuble (16) au moyen d'un rail de tiroir (17) raccordé ou pouvant être raccordé à la pièce de meuble (2), d'un rail central le cas échéant, et d'un rail de corps (18) raccordé au corps de meuble (16), le dispositif d'éjection (1) étant monté sur le rail de tiroir (17) ou sur la pièce de meuble mobile (2), et l'élément d'éjection (13) étant raccordé, de préférence par correspondance de forme, à un entraîneur (19) disposé contre le corps de meuble (16) ou contre le rail de corps (18), au moins en position de fermeture (SS) de la pièce de meuble mobile (2).
