Claims (11)

  1. Système à capsule comprenant une capsule (1) et un dispositif d'injection d'eau (50) dans un dispositif de production de boisson ; ledit dispositif d'injection d'eau comprenant une série de lames (20, 21, 22) pour injecter de l'eau dans la capsule à travers ladite paroi d'entrée ; dans lequel les lames sont placées le long d'une trajectoire circulaire de rayon R2,
    ladite capsule comprenant :
    un corps tronconique (2) comprenant un rebord (3), une paroi latérale (4) et une paroi d'entrée (5) ; la paroi d'entrée comprenant une partie (6) plane ou convexe,
    une paroi inférieure de distribution (7) scellée sur le rebord (3) du corps,
    une quantité pré-dosée de café dans la capsule,
    caractérisé en ce que la partie (6) plane ou convexe présente une structure (8) en creux,
    dans lequel la structure en creux est agencée pour faciliter la pénétration de lames faisant partie du dispositif d'injection à travers ladite structure et s'étend sur une trajectoire sensiblement circulaire de rayon prédéterminé R1 égal au rayon R2 de la trajectoire circulaire le long de laquelle s'étendent les lames (20, 21, 22) du dispositif d'injection, dans lequel la structure (8) forme une épaisseur localement réduite de la paroi d'entrée (5) en comparaison avec l'épaisseur de la paroi d'entrée à l'extérieur de ladite structure, dans lequel la structure est constituée par une partie (8) annulaire évidée continue de rayon R1, et dans lequel la partie est suffisamment étroite pour guider les lames pendant l'introduction de celles-ci dans la capsule.
  2. Système à capsule selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le corps est une pièce tenant debout toute seule, moulée d'une seule pièce et s'étendant par un rebord (3) de type collet.
  3. Système à capsule selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le corps tronconique est réalisé en matériau polymère.
  4. Système à capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps tronconique comprend un matériau biodégradable.
  5. Système à capsule selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le corps tronconique comprend de la cellulose, un matériau à base d'amidon ou de l'acide polylactique (PLA).
  6. Système à capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le rebord comprend un moyen d'étanchéité (40).
  7. Système à capsule selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le moyen d'étanchéité (40) forme au moins une saillie ou lèvre intégrée s'étendant depuis le rebord ou un élément d'étanchéité ajouté comme par exemple du caoutchouc, de la matière plastique souple, de la mousse ou des fibres comme par exemple du papier, du carton ou des fibres synthétiques ou naturelles.
  8. Système à capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la réduction d'épaisseur est obtenue par moulage par injection.
  9. Système à capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le rayon R1 de la structure est compris entre 4 et 12 mm, plus préférablement entre 6 et 9 mm.
  10. Système à capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie convexe de la paroi d'entrée forme un angle compris entre 5 et 40 degrés par rapport au plan passant par le rebord du corps en forme de collet.
  11. Système à capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif d'injection d'eau comprend trois lames réparties régulièrement le long de ladite trajectoire circulaire de rayon R2 pour assurer une distribution uniforme de l'eau dans la capsule à travers la couche d'ingrédients.
