Claims (10)
- Unité fonctionnelle sanitaire (1) pouvant être insérée dans une conduite de liquide (3) d'une robinetterie sanitaire de distribution (4), en tant que cartouche intégrée (2), et comprenant un régulateur de jets doté d'un carter (5), ainsi qu'un embout de tamisage (9) situé côté afflux, ledit carter (5) étant extérieurement muni d'un filetage extérieur (10) pouvant être vissé dans un filetage intérieur (13) de ladite robinetterie de distribution (4), une garniture annulaire d'étanchement (12) étant située côté écoulement, au voisinage dudit filetage extérieur (10), la longueur dudit carter (5) étant dimensionnée en vue de l'implantation dudit filetage extérieur (10) et de ladite garniture annulaire d'étanchement (12) attenante, et une partie brise-jets (7), située côté afflux, pouvant être reliée audit carter (5) et ledit carter (5) pouvant être relié à ladite partie brise-jets (7) afin de constituer le régulateur de jets, sachant que ledit carter (5), ainsi que ladite partie brise-jets (7) pouvant être reliée à ce dernier, sont respectivement pourvus de profils solidaires de crantage (32, 33) de préférence périphériques, qui s'interpénètrent en position de montage, caractérisée par le fait que le carter (5) est réalisé d'un seul tenant avec un disque perforé (6) situé côté écoulement, en tant que partie intégrante du régulateur de jets.
- Unité fonctionnelle sanitaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la partie brise-jets (7) et le carter (5) pénètrent l'un dans l'autre en position d'utilisation, par une région partielle respective de leur étendue longitudinale ; et par le fait qu'un gradin annulaire (40) prévu à la périphérie de ladite partie brise-jets (7) ou dudit carter (5) sollicite, en position d'utilisation, la région marginale extrême (41) de l'autre pièce structurelle (5, 7) considérée.
- Unité fonctionnelle sanitaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée par le fait que, sur le carter (5), le bord (17) dudit carter se rattache côté afflux, de préférence directement, à la garniture annulaire d'étanchement (12) et au filetage extérieur (10) occupant, en particulier, une position directement attenante.
- Unité fonctionnelle sanitaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que la hauteur totale de la cartouche intégrée (2) mesure environ 1,5 cm dans la direction de circulation.
- Unité fonctionnelle sanitaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que le filetage intérieur (13) de la robinetterie de distribution (4) se situe, par rapport à l'embouchure (15) de cette dernière, à une distance (a) plus petite que la distance (b) comprise entre la garniture annulaire d'étanchement (12) et l'extrémité intérieure du filetage extérieur (10) du carter.
- Unité fonctionnelle sanitaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait qu'un espace interstitiel est prévu dans le carter (5), afin de recevoir une ou plusieurs pièce(s) intégrée(s) (18, 19) de type crépine, entre le disque perforé (8) de la partie brise-jets (7) et le disque perforé (6) réalisé, de préférence, comme un disque alvéolé.
- Unité fonctionnelle sanitaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que la partie brise-jets (7) comporte, côté afflux, un orifice d'insertion (21) dévolu à l'embout de tamisage (9), et comprenant une paroi annulaire extérieure (22) et un gradin d'appui (23) ; par le fait que les éléments de retenue affectés à la fixation dudit embout de tamisage (9) sont réalisés sous la forme d'éléments encliquetables ; et par le fait que, à cette fin, ladite paroi annulaire extérieure (22) est intérieurement pourvue d'une dépouille (24) et le bord extérieur (25) dudit embout de tamisage (9) est muni, de préférence, d'une protubérance encliquetable (26) notamment périphérique, qui pénètre dans ladite dépouille (24).
- Unité fonctionnelle sanitaire selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que la paroi annulaire (22) située côté afflux sur la partie brise-jets (7), et au moins une partie du bord extérieur (25) de l'embout de tamisage (9), forment une butée appliquée, en position de montage, contre une butée d'insertion (28) située dans la robinetterie de distribution (4).
- Unité fonctionnelle sanitaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que la cartouche intégrée (2) est dotée d'un rebord annulaire profilé (29), côté écoulement ; et par le fait qu'une autre cartouche intégrée (2), remplissant la fonction d'un outil de montage affecté à une cartouche intégrée (2) devant être insérée ou démontée, s'engage, par son rebord annulaire profilé (29), dans celui de ladite cartouche intégrée (2) à insérer ou à démonter.
- Unité fonctionnelle sanitaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée par le fait que la partie brise-jets (7), comportant un disque perforé supplémentaire (8) de ladite partie brise-jets (7), relié d'un seul tenant, est prévue en tant que partie intégrante du régulateur de jets ; et/ou par le fait que ladite partie brise-jets (7) présente des éléments de retenue affectés à la fixation de l'embout de tamisage (9).
