Claims (7)
- Procédé pour décortiquer et dégermer des grains de maïs, dans lequel les grains sont préalablement nettoyés, dans lequel les grains sont dégermés immédiatement ou après une humidification superficielle, et dans lequel le décorticage et/ou le dégermage est/sont effectué(s) dans une zone de traitement (6) entre des barres d'impact (11) d'un rouleau (13), dans lequel le rouleau (13) présente des protubérances (15) et des fentes associées (16), caractérisé en ce que de l'air sort à travers une multiplicité d'ouvertures (17) sur un arbre creux (14) et parvient ensuite dans la zone de traitement (6) à travers les fentes associées (16) dans le rouleau (13).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les grains de maïs dégermés sont aspirés et moulus en gruau ou en farine.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la mouture commence avec une mouture double sans tamisage intermédiaire entre les étapes de mouture.
- Dispositif pour décortiquer et dégermer des grains de maïs en vue de la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 3, avec un rotor monté de façon à pouvoir tourner, qui est équipé d'outils de traitement, et un stator (1), qui comporte des barres d'impact (11) et des tamis, qui entourent le rotor en formant une zone de traitement (6), caractérisé en ce que le rotor (3) se compose d'un arbre creux (14) avec une multiplicité d'ouvertures (17), qui est entouré d'un rouleau extérieur (13) dans la région de la zone de traitement (6), dans lequel le rouleau (13) présente au moins deux protubérances (15) et deux fentes associées (16), de telle manière que de l'air puisse parvenir dans la zone de traitement (6) à partir de l'arbre creux (14) à travers les fentes (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les protubérances (15) s'étendent sur la zone de traitement (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les protubérances (15) sont disposées à distance uniforme l'une de l'autre et sont réparties sur la périphérie du rouleau (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre creux (14) est relié à un ventilateur (20).
