Claims (10)
- Feuerfeste Wand für den Innenausbau von Schiffen,mit einem ersten Wandelement (1),das einen ersten Rahmen (6) aufweist, dermehrere in horizontalem Abstand (a) voneinander angeordnete vertikale erste Stützen (5) undje einen die ersten Stützen (5) verbindenden oberen und unteren Quer-Träger (3, 4) aufweist,das an einer Außenseite (13) des ersten Rahmens (6) angeordnete, an zwei einander unmittelbar benachbarten ersten Stützen (5) angebrachte, jeweils einen Zwischenraum (9) zwischen diesen ersten Stützen (5) überdeckende erste Verkleidungs-Platten (15) aus feuerfestem Material aufweist unddas an einer Innenseite jeder ersten Verkleidungs-Platte (15) eine den Zwischenraum (9) ausfüllende erste Einlage (10) aus feuerfestem wärmeisolierendem Material aufweist,mit einem zweiten Wandelement (2),das einen zweiten Rahmen (6) aufweist, dermehrere im horizontalen Abstand (a) voneinander angeordnete vertikale zweite Stützen (5') undje einen die zweiten Stützen (5') verbindenden oberen und unteren Quer-Träger (3', 4') aufweist,das an einer Außenseite (13') des zweiten Rahmens (6') angeordnete, an zwei einander unmittelbar benachbarten zweiten Stützen (5') angebrachte, jeweils einen Zwischenraum (9') zwischen diesen zweiten Stützen (5') überdeckende zweite Verkleidungs-Platten (15') aus feuerfestem Material aufweist,das an einer Innenseite der Verkleidungs-Platten (15') eine den Zwischenraum (9') ausfüllende zweite Einlage (10') aus feuerfestem wärmeisolierendem Material aufweist unddas im Abstand von dem ersten Wandelement (1) und parallel zu diesem und unter Freilassung eines Freiraumes (11) angeordnet ist,wobei die Innenseiten einander zugeordnet sind undwobei die ersten und die zweiten Stützen (5, 5') gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind,mit einer Zwischenlage (12) in Form einer Matte aus nichtmetallischen, feuerfesten, verfilzten Mineralfasern,die den Freiraum (11) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Wandelement (1, 2) vollflächig ausfüllt,wobei zwei benachbarte erste Verkleidungs-Platten (15) jeweils eine erste Stütze (5) und zwei benachbarte zweite Verkleidungs-Platten (15') jeweils eine zweite Stütze (5') vollständig abdecken undwobei die Verkleidungs-Platten (15, 15')aus Stahl-Blechen ohne äußere Feuerschutzschicht bestehen oderals Verbund-Platten ausgebildet sind, die eine äußere Deckschicht-Platte (18) aus Aluminium und eine mit dieser verbundene innere mineralische Hartfaser-Platte (19) aufweisen,wobei die Stützen (5) auf der Außenseite des Wandelements (1) jeweils einen Einführ-Schlitz (14) aufweisen, in den an vertikalen Längskanten benachbarter Verkleidungs-Platten (15, 15') ausgebildete Doppel-Falze (16) eingeführt werden.
- Wand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützen-Abstand (a) der vertikalen ersten und zweiten Stützen (5, 5') voneinander jeweils gleich ist.
- Wand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Stützen (5) und die zweiten Stützen (5') jeweils um einen halben Stützen-Abstand (a) gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Wand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verkleidungs-Platten (15, 15') den oberen und den unteren Quer-Träger (3, 4) jeweils zumindest teilweise abdecken.
- Wand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlagen (10, 10') aus Mineralwolle, insbesondere Mineralwolle-Platten, bestehen.
- Wand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus Stahlblech bestehenden Verkleidungs-Platten (15, 15') eine Dicke von höchstens 1,0 mm aufweisen.
- Wand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckschicht-Platte (18) und die Hartfaser-Platte (19) mittels einer Klebstoff-Schicht (20) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Wand nach Anspruch 1 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die als Verbundplatten ausgebildeten Verkleidungs-Platten (15) mit der Einlage (10) mittels Klebstoff (21) verbunden ist.
- Wand nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckschicht-Platte (18) eine Dicke von 0,5 bis 2,0 mm aufweist.
- Wand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hartfaser-Platte (19) eine Dicke von 1,0 bis 5,0 mm aufweist.
