Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Befüllen eines Sackes mit schüttfähigem, insbesondere pulverigem Material, mittels einer Dosiervorrichtung mit einem in den Sack eintauchbaren vertikalen Füllrohr (11), das Anflanschmittel (12) am oberen Ende und ein Verschlußorgan (13) am unteren Ende des Füllrohres aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus dem Material oberhalb des Verschlußorgans (13) über die Innenseite des Füllrohres (11) zumindest vor dem Befüllen bei geschlossenem Verschlußorgan Luft abgesaugt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Befüllen bei geöffnetem Verschlußorgan (13) zeitweise über die Innenseite des Füllrohres (11) Luft ins Material eingebracht wird. - Dosiervorrichtung für schüttfähiges, insbesondere pulveriges Material, mit einem vertikalen Füllrohr mit Anflanschmitteln (12) zum Befestigen an einem Aufgabetrichter und einem Verschlußorgan (13) am unteren Ende des Füllrohres (11),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Füllrohr (11) ein Außenrohr (21) und ein Siebrohr (28) umfaßt, die koaxial ineinander liegen, wobei der Ringraum zwischen Außenrohr (21) und Siebrohr (28) mit Luftabsaugmitteln verbunden ist. - Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringraum zwischen Außenrohr (21) und Siebrohr (28) mit Luftzufuhrmitteln verbunden ist. - Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Siebrohr (28) unmittelbar oberhalb des Verschlußorgans (13) liegt und sich an das Siebrohr oben ein Innenrohr (22) mit etwa gleichem Durchmesser anschließt. - Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Siebrohr (28) aus mehreren Lagen von Drahtgeflecht besteht. - Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschengröße der Lagen von Drahtgeflecht von innen nach außen zunimmt. - Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschengröße der inneren Lage mindestens 1 µm beträgt, und insbesondere zwischen 1 und 5 µm liegt. - Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8,
daß das Siebrohr (28) mittels Distanzringen (31, 32) im Außenrohr (21) gehalten ist, die axiale Durchbrüche (33, 34) aufweisen. - Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Siebrohr (28) und Außenrohr (21) axiale Stützkörper (35, 36) für das Siebrohr liegen. - Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb des Füllrohres (11) eine Förderschnecke (44) angeordnet ist. - Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußorgan (13) einen Verschließkonus (37) mit nach oben weisender Konusfläche umfaßt, der gegen einen am unteren Ende des Füllrohres (11) angebrachten Abschlußring (27) höhenverstellbar anliegt. - Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschließkonus (37) mit der Förderschnecke (44) fest verbunden ist. - Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschließkonus (37) auf der Konusfläche eine Beschaufelung (39) trägt.
