Abstract
Description
- ein erstes Deckelelement, das um eine horizontal angeordnete erste Achse schwenkbar an einem Schrankdeckel des Korpus befestigbar ist,
- ein zweites Deckelelement, das um eine zur ersten Achse parallele zweite Achse schwenkbar mit dem ersten Deckelelement verbunden ist,
- einen Deckelsteller mit einem Stellarm,
- der um eine zur ersten Achse parallele dritte Achse schwenkbar an einer Seitenwand des Korpus befestigbar ist und
- der um eine zur ersten Achse parallele vierte Achse schwenkbar mit dem zweiten Deckelelement verbunden ist,
- wobei der Abstand zwischen der ersten Achse und der zweiten Achse größer ist als der Abstand zwischen der zweiten Achse und der vierten Achse sowie größer ist als der Abstand zwischen der zweiten Achse und einer Unterkante des zweiten Deckelelements, die entfernt vom ersten Deckelelement angeordnet ist,
- ein erstes Deckelelement, das um eine horizontal angeordnete erste Achse schwenkbar an einem Schrankdeckel des Korpus befestigbar ist,
- ein zweites Deckelelement, das um eine zur ersten Achse parallele zweite Achse schwenkbar mit dem ersten Deckelelement verbunden ist,
- einen Deckelsteller mit einem Stellarm,
- der um eine zur ersten Achse parallele dritte Achse schwenkbar an einer Seitenwand des Korpus befestigbar ist und
- der um eine horizontal angeordnete vierte Achse schwenkbar mit dem zweiten Deckelelement verbunden ist,
- wobei der Deckelsteller Mittel aufweist, mittels derer der Stellarm zumindest über einen Teil des Schwenkweges von der Schließstellung zur Offenstellung des Faltdeckels in Richtung zur Offenstellung mit-einem Drehmoment beaufschlagt ist, welches in jeder Schwenkstellung so groß bemessen ist, daß der Faltdeckel gehalten ist,
daß der radiale Abstand der Stellkontur zur dritten Achse im Kontaktbereich zwischen dem Stellschieber und der Stellkontur zumindest teilweise ausgehend von einer ersten Schwenkposition des Stellarmes, die der Schließstellung des Faltdeckels entspricht, über einen Winkelweg des Stellarms zu einer zweiten Schwenkposition, die der Offenstellung des Faltdeckels entspricht, abnimmt.

Claims (14)
- Faltdeckel für einen Schrank, insbesondere einen Oberschrank z. B. für eine Kücheneinrichtung oder Büroeinrichtung, der nach oben öffnend angeordnet ist und zwischen einer Offenstellung und einer Schließstellung verstellbar ist, umfassendein erstes Deckelelement (9), das um eine horizontal angeordnete erste Achse (10) schwenkbar an einem Schrankdeckel (2) des Korpus (1) befestigbar ist,ein zweites Deckelelement (11), das um eine zur ersten Achse (10) parallele zweite Achse (12) schwenkbar mit dem ersten Deckelelement (9) verbunden ist,einen Deckelsteller (14) mit einem Stellarm (13),der um eine zur ersten Achse (10) parallele dritte Achse (15) schwenkbar an einer Seitenwand (3) des Korpus (1) befestigbar ist undder um eine zur ersten Achse (10) parallele vierte Achse (16) schwenkbar mit dem zweiten Deckelelement (11) verbunden ist,wobei der Abstand zwischen der ersten Achse (10) und der zweiten Achse (12) größer ist als der Abstand zwischen der zweiten Achse (12) und der vierten Achse (16) sowie größer ist als der Abstand zwischen der zweiten Achse (12) und einer Unterkante (52) des zweiten Deckelelements (11), die entfernt vom ersten Deckelelement (9) angeordnet ist.
- Faltdeckel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckelsteller Mittel (32, 33, 34) aufweist, mittels derer der Stellarm (13) zumindest über einen Teil des Schwenkweges von der Schließstellung zur Offenstellung des Faltdeckels (8) in Richtung zur Offenstellung mit einem Drehmoment beaufschlagt ist und
daß das Drehmoment in jeder Schwenkstellung des Faltdeckels (8) so groß bemessen ist, daß der Faltdeckel (8) gehalten ist. - Faltdeckel für einen Schrank, insbesondere einen Oberschrank z. B. für eine Kücheneinrichtung oder Büroeinrichtung, der nach oben öffnend angeordnet ist und zwischen einer Offenstellung und einer Schließstellung verstellbar ist, umfassendein erstes Deckelelement (9), das um eine horizontal angeordnete erste Achse (10) schwenkbar an einem Schrankdeckel (2) des Korpus (1) befestigbar ist,ein zweites Deckelelement (11), das um eine zur ersten Achse (10) parallele zweite Achse (12) schwenkbar mit dem ersten Deckelelement (9) verbunden ist,einen Deckelsteller (14) mit einem Stellarm (13),der um eine zur ersten Achse (10) parallele dritte Achse (15) schwenkbar an einer Seitenwand (3) des Korpus (1) befestigbar ist undder um eine horizontal angeordnete vierte Achse (16) schwenkbar mit dem zweiten Deckelelement (11) verbunden ist,wobei der Deckelsteller (14) Mittel (32, 33, 34) aufweist, mittels derer der Stellarm (13) zumindest über einen Teil des Schwenkweges von der Schließstellung zur Offenstellung des Faltdeckels (8) in Richtung zur Offenstellung mit einem Drehmoment beaufschlagt ist, welches in jeder Schwenkstellung so groß bemessen ist, daß der Faltdeckel (8) gehalten ist.
- Faltdeckel nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der ersten Achse (10) und der zweiten Achse (12) größer ist als der Abstand zwischen der zweiten Achse (12) und der vierten Achse (16) und
daß in der Schließstellung des Faltdeckels (8) die dritte Achse (15) oberhalb einer gedachten horizontalen Mittenachse (23) des Faltdeckels (8) angeordnet ist. - Faltdeckel nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der ersten Achse (10) und der zweiten Achse (12) größer ist als der Abstand zwischen der zweiten Achse (12) und einer Unterkante (52) des zweiten Deckelelements (11), die entfernt vom ersten Deckelelement (9) angeordnet ist. - Faltdeckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Offenstellung des Faltdeckels (8') die vierte Achse (16') zu einer Ebene, die die zweite Achse (12') und die dritte Achse (15) enthält, in Richtung zum ersten Deckelelement (9') versetzt angeordnet ist. - Faltdeckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Deckelelement (9) eine erste Blende (24) aufweist und das zweite Deckelelement (11) eine zweite Blende (25) aufweist, wobei die erste Blende (24) und die zweite Blende (25) in Schließstellung des Faltdeckels (8) betrachtet gleich hoch sind,
daß mindestens ein Scharnierarm (27) vorgesehen ist, der an einer zum Korpus (1) gerichteten Innenfläche (26) des ersten Deckelelements (9) befestigt ist, der über eine Unterkante (28) des ersten Deckelelements (9) nach unten vorsteht und der an einem unteren Ende (29) um die zweite Achse (12) schwenkbar an einer zum Korpus (1) gerichteten Innenfläche (46) des zweiten Deckelelements (11) befestigt ist,
wobei der Abstand zwischen der Unterkante (28) des ersten Deckelelements (9) und der zweiten Achse (12) in etwa dem Abstand zwischen einer Oberkante (30) des zweiten Deckelelements (11) und der zweiten Achse (12) entspricht. - Faltdeckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckelsteller (14) ein Gehäuse (31) aufweist, das mit der Seitenwand (3) des Korpus (1) verbindbar ist und in dem der Stellarm (13) um die dritte Achse (15) schwenkbar gelagert ist,
daß der Stellarm (13) eine Stellkontur (32) aufweist, die in Form einer Kurve um die dritte Achse (15) dargestellt ist,
daß ein Stellschieber (33) vorgesehen ist, der linear verschiebbar in dem Gehäuse (31) geführt ist und der mittels Federmittel radial in Anlage zur Stellkontur (32) des Stellarms (13) beaufschlagt ist,
daß der radiale Abstand der Stellkontur (32) zur dritten Achse (15) im Kontaktbereich zwischen dem Stellschieber (33) und der Stellkontur (32) zumindest teilweise ausgehend von einer ersten Schwenkposition des Stellarmes (13), die der Schließstellung des Faltdeckels (8) entspricht, über einen Winkelweg des Stellarms (13) zu einer zweiten Schwenkposition, die der Offenstellung des Faltdeckels (8) entspricht, abnimmt. - Faltdeckel nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der radiale Abstand der Stellkontur (32) zur dritten Achse (15) im Kontaktbereich zwischen dem Stellschieber (33) und der Stellkontur (32) ausgehend von einer ersten Schwenkposition des Stellarmes (13), die der Schließstellung des Faltdeckels (8) entspricht, über einen Winkelweg des Stellarms (13) zu einer Zwischenposition zwischen der ersten Schwenkposition und der zweiten Schwenkposition konstant ist oder zunimmt. - Faltdeckel nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellschieber (33) mit einer Rolle (34), die drehbar am Stellschieber (33) gelagert ist, gegen die Stellkontur (32) abgestützt ist. - Faltdeckel nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Stützlager (36) vorgesehen ist, das in veränderbaren Abstand zur dritten Achse (15) im Gehäuse (31) gehalten ist, und
daß die Federmittel einerseits gegen den Stellschieber (33) und andererseits gegen das Stützlager (36) abgestützt sind. - Faltdeckel nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützlager (36) gegen eine Lagerfläche (37) eines Widerlagers (38) abgestützt ist, welches um eine Drehachse (39) drehbar im Gehäuse (31) gelagert ist, wobei die Lagerfläche (37) in Umfangsrichtung einen veränderlichen Abstand zur Drehachse (39) aufweist. - Faltdeckel nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerfläche (37) schneckenförmig ausgebildet ist. - Faltdeckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Längenausgleichselement (43) vorgesehen ist, das ein Basiselement (44) umfaßt, welches fest mit dem zweiten Deckelelement (11) verbunden ist, und das ein Schiebeelement (45) umfaßt, welches in Schließstellung des Faltdeckels (8) betrachtet in vertikaler Richtung zwischen einer ersten Position, die nahe der zweiten Achse (12) angeordnet ist, und einer zweiten Position, die entfernt von der zweiten Achse (12) angeordnet ist, relativ zum Basiselement (44) verschiebbar in diesem geführt ist und mittels Federmittel (49) zur ersten Position beaufschlagt ist.
