Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine quaderförmige Zigarettenpackung mit einer Außenumhüllung aus durchsichtiger Folie sowie mit einem die Packung ringsherum umgebenden Aufreißstreifen an der Außenumhüllung zum Abtrennen einer oberen Kappe der Außenumhüllung, wobei zwischen Packung und Außenumhüllung ein Druckträger, Coupon oder dergleichen angeordnet ist.
Vor allem bei Zigarettenpackungen besteht zunehmend das Bedürfnis, den Packungen Druckträger beizugeben, die Informationen enthalten, der Werbung dienen oder auch eine Teilnahmeberechtigung an Verlosungen etc. darstellen. Bei Zigarettenpackungen, die üblicherweise mit einer Außenumhüllung aus durchsichtiger Folie versehen sind, ist es vorteilhaft, den Druckträger (Coupon) zwischen der Packung und der Außenumhüllung zu positionieren. Dadurch kann der Druckträger bei unversehrter Packungseinheit von außen wahrgenommen werden.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einer derartigen Packung mit Außenumhüllung aus Folie den Druckträger so auszubilden und anzuordnen, dass bei erstmaliger Ingebrauchnahme der Druckträger bzw. Coupon dem Verbraucher selbsttätig zur Verfügung steht.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Zigarettenpackung durch folgende Merkmale gekennzeichnet:
  • a) der Druckträger ist gefaltet unter Bildung von wenigstens zwei Faltabschnitten bzw. Schenkeln,
  • b) der Druckträger ist lösbar, insbesondere durch kleine bzw. leicht lösbare Leimpunkte, mit der Packung verbunden, und zwar im Bereich eines der Packung zugekehrten Faltabschnitts bzw. Schenkels des Druckträgers,
  • c) der Druckträger ist weiterhin mit der Außenumhüllung verbunden, und zwar im Bereich eines anderen, der Außenumhüllung zugekehrten Faltabschnitts bzw. Schenkels,
  • d) der Druckträger bzw. dessen Schenkel ist im Bereich der durch den Aufreißstreifen abzutrennenden Kappe mit der Außenumhüllung verbunden.
    • Die Besonderheit der Erfindung besteht darin, dass beim erstmaligen Öffnen der Packung durch Entfernen der Folienkappe der Druckträger zum einen automatisch aus der Packung herausgezogen und zugleich entfaltet wird.
    Bei Verwendung eines ziehharmonikaartig bzw. Zick-Zack-förmig ausgebildeten Druckträgers können mehrere Lagen beim Öffnen mit Hilfe der Kappe entfaltet werden.
    Erfindungsgemäß ist der Druckträger bzw. sind dessen Schenkel durch kleine, leicht lösbare Leimpunkte mit der Packung einerseits und der Außenumhüllung andererseits verbunden, so dass nach dem Öffnen der Packung und dem Entfalten des Druckträgers dieser unabhängig von der Packung selbst verwendet werden kann.
    Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

    Die in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Einzelheiten betreffen Zigarettenpackungen des Typs Klappschachtel 10. Eine derartige Packung besteht aus (dünnem) Karton. Im Aufbau besteht die quaderförmige Klappschachtel 10 aus einem (unteren) Schachtelteil 11 und einem (oberen) Deckel 12. Der Schachtelteil 11 ist durch eine Vorderwand 13, eine gegenüberliegende Rückwand 14, durch schmale, aufrechte Seitenwände 15, 16 und durch eine Bodenwand 17 begrenzt. Entsprechend besteht der Deckel 12 aus Deckel-Vorderwand 18, Deckel-Rückwand 19, schmalen, an die Seitenwände 15, 16 anschließende Deckel-Seitenwände 20, 21 und einer oberen Stirnwand 22 gegenüberliegend zur Bodenwand 17. Schachtelteil 11 und Deckel 12 sind im Bereich von Rückwand 14 und Deckel-Rückwand 19 durch eine Gelenklinie 23 klappbar miteinander verbunden.
    Die so ausgebildete Packung bzw. Klappschachtel 10 ist vor Ingebrauchnahme von einer Außenumhüllung 24 umgeben. Diese besteht aus einer dünnen, durchsichtigen Folie. Die Außenumhüllung 24 umgibt die Klappschachtel 10 vollständig, also an allen Seiten unter Bildung einer oberen Außenstirnwand 25.
    Zur Ingebrauchnahme der aus Klappschachtel 10 und Außenumhüllung 24 bestehenden Packungseinheit wird die Außenumhüllung 24 teilweise entfernt. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Außenumhüllung 24 in einem oberen Bereich mit einem ringsherumlaufenden Aufreißstreifen 26 versehen. Dieser ist durch Kleben oder Siegeln in bekannter Weise mit dem Zuschnitt der Außenumhüllung 24 verbunden. Im Bereich einer Seitenwand ist ein freies Ende des Aufreißstreifens 26 mit einer von Hand erfassbaren Grifflasche 27 versehen. Diese wird zum Öffnen der Außenumhüllung 24 mit Hilfe des Aufreißstreifens 26 erfasst.
    Der Aufreißstreifen 26 ist so angeordnet, dass ein oberer Teilbereich der Außenumhüllung 24 vom unteren Teil derselben abgetrennt wird, nämlich eine Kappe 28. Diese kann nach dem Abtrennvorgang nach oben von der Packung bzw. Klappschachtel 10 abgehoben werden (Fig. 5). Dadurch wird mindestens der Deckel 12 komplett freigelegt, so dass der Zugang zum Packungsinhalt durch Öffnen des Deckels 12 möglich ist. Ein becherförmiger Folienunterteil 29 kann an der Klappschachtel 10 bzw. am Schachtelteil 11 bleiben.
    Der aus der Packung bzw. Klappschachtel 10 und der Außenumhüllung 24 bestehenden Packungseinheit ist ein Druckträger 30 beigegeben. Dieser besteht aus einem dünnen Zuschnitt (Fig. 3), insbesondere aus Papier. Der Druckträger 30 ist einseitig oder beidseitig mit einer Bedruckung versehen, die Informationen, Werbung etc. aufweist. Der Druckträger 30 kann aber auch ganz bzw. teilweise als Coupon für die Teilnahme an Verlosungen oder dergleichen dienen.
    Der Zuschnitt des Druckträgers 30 ist ein langgestrecktes, streifenförmiges Gebilde (Fig. 3). Durch quergerichtete Faltlinien 31 ist der Druckträger 30 zu einem verhältnismäßig kleinen, kompakten Paket zusammenfaltbar (Fig. 4). Die Faltung wird so vorgenommen, dass durch die Faltlinien 31 begrenzte Felder 32 des Druckträgers 30 Zick-Zack- bzw. ziehharmonikaförmig gefaltet sind.
    Der Druckträger 30 wird zweckmäßigerweise fabrikmäßig vorgefertigt, nämlich gefaltet und verpackungsfertig angeliefert. Um die Faltstellung zu gewährleisten, ist gemäß Fig. 4 ein kleines, unauffälliges Verbindungsmittel vorgesehen, nämlich beispielsweise ein Leimstreifen 33, ein kleines Tape oder dergleichen. Dieser Leimstreifen 33 dient lediglich zum Zusammenhalt des gefalteten Druckträgers 30 während des Transports, der Lagerung und der Verpackung.
    Der gefaltete Druckträger 30 ist zwischen der Packung bzw. Klappschachtel 10 und der Außenumhüllung 24 positioniert. Vorteilhafterweise ist der Druckträger 30 im Bereich der Stirnwand 22 des Deckels angeordnet, nämlich zwischen dieser Stirnwand 22 einerseits und der Außenstirnwand 25 der Außenumhüllung. Der Druckträger 30 ist so bemessen, dass nach Faltung, also in der Position gemäß Fig. 4, die Fläche der Stirnwand 22 nicht überschritten wird. Bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel hat der Druckträger 30 etwa die Breite der Stirnwand 22 und ist geringfügig kürzer als diese.
    Der Druckträger 30 ist in besonderer Weise angebracht, nämlich fixiert, derart, dass beim Öffnen der Packungseinheit der Druckträger 30 selbsttätig entfaltet wird. Zu diesem Zweck ist ein der Stirnwand 22 zugekehrter Schenkel 34 - ein Randfeld des Zuschnitts gemäß Fig. 3 - mit der Stirnwand 22 leicht lösbar verbunden. Ein gegenüberliegender, randseitiger Schenkel 35 ist entsprechend mit der Innenseite der Außenstirnwand 25 verbunden. Die Verbindung kann durch Leimpunkte 36 erfolgen. Die Leimpunkte 36 sind so bemessen bzw. ausgebildet, dass nach dem Öffnen der Außenumhüllung 24 der Druckträger 30 leicht von der Außenumhüllung 24 und der Klappschachtel 10 gelöst werden kann. Insbesondere kann es sich um einen Leim mit peel-Eigenschaften handeln.
    Die Positionierung des Druckträgers 30 und die Faltung desselben gewährleistet ein selbsttätiges Entfalten beim Öffnen der Außenumhüllung 24 durch Abziehen der Kappe 28. Der Druckträger 30 ist in dieser Kappe 28 fixiert, so dass beim Abheben von der Packung bzw. Klappschachtel 10 (Fig. 5) der Druckträger 30 infolge Verbindung mit der Stirnwand 22 entfaltet wird.
    Nach dem Entfernen des Druckträgers 30 wird die Klappschachtel 10 in herkömmlicher Weise benutzt.

    Claims (5)

    1. Quaderförmige Zigarettenpackung (10) mit einer Außenumhüllung (24) aus durchsichtiger Folie sowie mit einem die Packung (10) ringsherum umgebenden Aufreißstreifen (26) an der Außenumhüllung (24) zum Abtrennen einer oberen Kappe (28) der Außenumhüllung (24), wobei zwischen Packung (10) und Außenumhüllung (24) ein Druckträger (30), Coupon oder dergleichen angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
      a) der Druckträger (30) ist gefaltet unter Bildung von wenigstens zwei Faltabschnitten bzw. Schenkeln (34, 35),
      b) der Druckträger (30) ist lösbar, insbesondere durch kleine bzw. leicht lösbare Leimpunkte (36), mit der Packung (10) verbunden, und zwar im Bereich eines der Packung zugekehrten Faltabschnitts bzw. Schenkels (34) des Druckträgers (30),
      c) der Druckträger (30) ist weiterhin mit der Außenumhüllung (24) verbunden, und zwar im Bereich eines anderen, der Außenumhüllung (24) zugekehrten Faltabschnitts bzw. Schenkels (35),
      d) der Druckträger (30) bzw. dessen Schenkel (35) ist im Bereich der durch den Aufreißstreifen (26) abzutrennenden Kappe (28) mit der Außenumhüllung (24) verbunden.
    2. Zigarettenpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckträger (30) ziehharmonikaartig bzw. Zick-Zack-förmig gefaltet ist.
    3. Zigarettenpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
      a) der gefaltete Druckträger (30) liegt an einer Stirnwand (22) der Packung (10) an, insbesondere an der Stirnwand (22) eines Deckels (12) einer Klappschachtel,
      b) die Abmessungen des gefalteten Druckträgers (30) sind kleiner als die Abmessungen der Stirnwand (22), vorzugsweise derart, dass der gefaltete Druckträger (30) die Stirnwand (22) annähernd bedeckt,
      c) der der Stirnwand (22) zugekehrte Faltabschnitt (34) des Druckträgers ist mit der Stirnwand (22) verbunden,
      d) der der Außenumhüllung (24) zugekehrte Schenkel (35) des Druckträgers (30) ist mit einer Außenstirnwand (25) der Kappe (28) verbunden.
    4. Zigarettenpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckträger (30) bzw. dessen Schenkel (34, 35) durch kleine bzw. leicht lösbare Leimpunkte (36) mit der Packung (10) einerseits und der Außenumhüllung (24) andererseits verbunden ist bzw. sind.
    5. Zigarettenpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gefaltete Druckträger (30) zur Gewährleistung der Faltstellung während des Transports, der Lagerung und Verpackung durch ein leicht lösbares Verbindungsorgan zusammengehalten ist, insbesondere durch einen kleinen Leimstreifen (33).
