Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zigarettenpackung nach Art einer Klappschachtel, mit einem Schachtelteil, einem mit dem Schachtelteil gelenkig verbundenen Deckel, einem Kragen, der mit einem unteren Teilbereich im Schachtelteil verankert ist und der mit einem oberen Teilbereich in Schließstellung des Deckels innerhalb desselben angeordnet ist, und mit einem abnehmbaren Druckträger.
Klappschachteln - auch Hinge-Lid-Packungen genannt - sind Weltweit als Verpackungen für Zigaretten bekannt. Eine Zigaretten-Gruppe ist innerhalb der Klappschachtel von einer Innenumhüllung aus Stanniol oder Papier umgeben. Die Klappschachtel besteht aus einem Schachtelteil und einem gelenkig mit einer Rückseite desselben verbundenen Deckel. In Schließstellung liegen Schachtelteil und Deckel entlang einer Schließkante im Bereich einer Vorderwand und im Bereich von Seitenwänden bündig aneinander. Die Packung ist üblicherweise mit einer Außenumhüllung aus Zellglas oder Kunststoffolie versehen.
Bei derartigen Packungen besteht zunehmend ein Bedürfnis, auf gesonderten Druckträgern Informationen für den Verbraucher anzubringen. Dabei kann es sich um Werbehinweise, um Sachinformationen, aber auch um Gutscheine bzw. Teilnahmescheine für Veranstaltungen handeln. Eine Klappschachtel für Zigaretten ist von Haus aus wenig geeignet für das Anbringen eines derartigen Druckträgers.
Aus der EP-A-0 476 882 ist eine Zigarettenpackung nach Art einer Klappschachtel, bestehend aus Deckel, Schachtelteil, innen eingesetztem Kragen und in Folie eingehüllter Zigarettengruppe bekannt. Eine Kragenvorderwand weist nach oben einen Fortsatz auf, der als Druckträger dient und entlang einer Schwächungslinie abtrennbar ist. Die auf dem Druckträger vorgesehenen Informationen sind bei geschlossener Packung nicht erkennbar.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Klappschachteln für Zigaretten so zu gestalten, daß ein Druckträger in Gestalt eines Etiketts oder dergleichen in sinnvoller Weise an bzw. in der Packung angebracht und bei geschlossener Packung außen erkennbar ist.
Zur Lösung dieser Augabe ist die Zigarettenpackung durch folgende Merkmale gekennzeichnet:
  • a) der Druckträger besteht aus einem gesonderten Zuschnitt aus dünnwandigem Material, wie Papier, Folie oder dünnem Karton, der mit einem oberen Verankerungsteil innerhalb des Deckels angeordnet ist,
  • b) der Druckträger ragt mit einem unteren Sichtteil aus der geschlossenen Klappschachtel über einen Schließspalt zwischen Schachtelteil und Deckel heraus und liegt mit dem Sichtteil an einer Vorderwand des Schachtelteils ohne Verbindung mit dieser an,
  • c) die Klappschachtel ist von einer klarsichtigen Außenumhüllung umgeben, so daß der Sichtteil an der Vorderwand und unter der Außenumhüllung liegt,
  • d) der Druckträger erstreckt sich mit dem Verankerungsteil über die volle Innenfläche einer Deckel-Vorderwand
    • Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Ausführung der Verpackung ist demnach der aus einem eigenständigen Zuschnitt bestehende Druckträger teilweise innerhalb und teilweise außerhalb der Packung angeordnet. Es kann deshalb von außen auch vor Ingebrauchnahme der Packung erkannt werden, ob ein Druckträger vorhanden ist. Die bei Klappschachteln für Zigaretten übliche Außenumhüllung aus einer Klarsichtfolie macht ebenfalls den Druckträger bzw. den aus der Klappschachtel herausragenden Teil sichtbar.
    Erfindungsgemäß ist der Verankerungsteil des Druckträgers lösbar in der Packung bzw. im Deckel fixiert. Beispielsweise kann der Druckträger mit Leimpunkten an der Innenseite des Deckels befestigt sein. Statt dessen oder zusätzlich kann ein Endabschnitt des Verankerungsteils innerhalb des Deckels durch Faltlappen desselben verankert sein, beispielsweise durch bei Klappschachteln übliche Deckel-Ecklappen, die innen an einer Deckel-Oberwand anliegen. Der Endabschnitt des Verankerungsteils ist dabei erfindungsgemäß zwischen den beiden Deckel-Ecklappen einerseits und der Deckel-Oberwand andererseits fixiert.
    Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Klappschachtel wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

    In den Zeichnungen ist als bevorzugtes Anwendungsbeispiel eine Klappschachtel 10 gezeigt. Diese besteht bekanntermaßen aus einem Schachtelteil 11 und einem Deckel 12. Die insgesamt quaderförmige Klappschachtel 10 dient zur Aufnahme einer Zigarettengruppe, die unter Bildung eines Zigaretten-Blocks 13 von einer Innenumhüllung 14 aus Stanniol oder Papier umgeben ist. Der so ausgebildete Zigaretten-Block 13 sitzt mit dem überwiegenden, unteren Bereich im Schachtelteil 11. Ein aus diesem herausragender oberer Teil wird in Schließstellung von dem Deckel 12 umgeben.
    Schachtelteil 11 und Deckel 12 bestehen aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt aus dünnem Karton. Der Deckel 12 ist so gefaltet, daß Deckel-Seitenwände 15, 16 aus aneinanderliegenden Deckel-Seitenlappen 17, 18 bestehen. Mit den innenliegenden Deckel-Seitenlappen 18 der Deckel-Seitenwände 15, 16 ist jeweils ein Deckel-Ecklappen 19, 20 verbunden. Die beiden Deckel-Ecklappen 19, 20 liegen an der Innenseite einer Deckel-Oberwand 21 an.
    Eine Deckel-Vorderwand 22 ist mit einem innen angeordneten Deckel-Innenlappen 23 versehen. Im oberen Teil des Schachtelteils 11 ist ein ebenfalls üblicher Kragen 24 mit Kragen-Vorderwand 25 und Kragen-Seitenlappen 26 angeordnet. Ein oberer Bereich des Kragens 24 ragt aus dem Schachtelteil 11 heraus.
    Die so ausgebildete Klappschachtel ist üblicherweise durch eine Außenumhüllung 27 aus Zellglas oder Kunststoffolie umgeben.
    Der insoweit beschriebenen Packung ist ein bedrucktes Etikett, nämlich ein Druckträger 28 zugeordnet. Dieser ist im vorliegenden Falle rechteckig ausgebildet und entspricht in der Breite etwa den Innenabmessungen der Klappschachtel 10. Des weiteren ist der Druckträger 28 so bemessen und angeordnet, daß ein Teilbereich desselben, nämlich ein Verankerungsteil 29, sich bei geschlossener Verpackung bzw. vor Ingebrauchnahme derselben innerhalb der Verpackung, und zwar innerhalb des Deckels 12, erstreckt. Der übrige Teil, nämlich ein Sichtteil 30 ragt aus der geschlossenen Klappschachtel 10 heraus und ist außen sichtbar. Dieser Sichtteil 30 liegt hier an der Außenseite einer Vorderwand 31 des Schachtelteils 11 an. Der Sichtteil 30 ist demnach von außen erkennbar, und zwar auch bei Vorhandensein der klarsichtigen Außenumhüllung 27.
    Der Druckträger 28 ist innerhalb der Klappschachtel 10 lösbar verankert. Bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel erstreckt sich der Druckträger 28 an der Innenseite der Deckel-Vorderwand 22 bzw. des Deckel-Innenlappens 23 sowie an der Innenseite der Deckel-Oberwand 21, und zwar über deren volle Breite. Der Druckträger 28 bzw. dessen Verankerungsteil 29 ist hier durch Faltlappen der Klappschachtel 10 fixiert. Es handelt sich dabei um die Deckel-Ecklappen 19, 20. Der Verankerungsteil bzw. ein sich im Bereich der Deckel-Oberwand 21 erstreckender Endabschnitt 32 liegt zwischen der Deckel-Oberwand 21 und den beiden Deckel-Ecklappen 19, 20, ist hier demnach eingespannt.
    Beim Öffnen der Klappschachtel 10 wird der Druckträger 28 durch den Deckel 12 zunächst gehalten. Der Druckträger kann aber sehr leicht aus der Verankerung im Bereich der Deckel-Oberwand 21 herausgezogen werden. Üblicherweise wird der Druckträger 28 der Packung beim ersten Öffnen derselben entnommen und verwertet bzw. entsorgt.
    Der Druckträger 28 kann mit dem Verankerungsteil 29 auch auf andere Weise in der Klappschachtel 10 lösbar fixiert sein, insbesondere durch kleine Leimpunkte. Zum Beispiel kann der Druckträger 28 an der Innenseite der Deckel-Vorderwand 22 angeheftet sein, aber auch - mit der Rückseite - an einem aus dem Schachtelteil 11 herausragenden Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 25.
    Der Druckträger 28 besteht aus einem dünnwandigen, für die Bedruckung geeigneten Material, insbesondere aus Papier, (Kunststoff- oder Stanniol-)Folie oder dünnem Karton.

    Claims (4)

    1. Zigarettenpackung nach Art einer Klappschachtel, mit einem Schachtelteil (11), einem mit dem Schachtelteil gelenkig verbundenen Deckel (12), einem Kragen (24), der mit einem unteren Teilbereich im Schachtelteil (11) verankert ist und der mit einem oberen Teilbereich in Schließstellung des Deckels (12) innerhalb desselben angeordnet ist, und mit einem abnehmbaren Druckträger (28), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
      a) der Druckträger (28) besteht aus einem gesonderten Zuschnitt aus dünnwandigem Material, wie Papier, Folie oder dünnem Karton, der mit einem oberen Verankerungsteil (29) innerhalb des Deckels (12) angeordnet ist,
      b) der Druckträger (28) ragt mit einem unteren Sichtteil (30) aus der geschlossenen Klappschachtel (10) über einen Schließspalt zwischen Schachtelteil (11) und Deckel (12) heraus und liegt mit dem Sichtteil (30) an einer Vorderwand (31) des Schachtelteils (11) ohne Verbindung mit dieser an,
      c) die Klappschachtel ist von einer klarsichtigen Außenumhüllung (27) umgeben, so daß der Sichtteil (30) an der Vorderwand (31) und unter der Außenumhüllung (27) liegt,
      d) der Druckträger (28) erstreckt sich mit dem Verankerungsteil (29) über die volle Innenfläche einer Deckel-Vorderwand (22).
    2. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verankerungsteil (29) des Druckträgers (28) innerhalb des Deckels (12) sowohl an der Deckel-Vorderwand (22) als auch an einer Deckel-Oberwand (21) anliegt.
    3. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verankerungsteil (29) mit einem Endabschnitt (32) zwischen der Deckel-Oberwand (21) und Deckel-Ecklappen (19, 20) angeordnet ist.
    4. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verankerungsteil (29) des Druckträgers (28) innerhalb des Deckels (12) lösbar verankert ist, vorzugsweise an einer Deckel-Vorderwand (22) oder einer Kragen-Vorderwand (25), insbesondere durch Klebung lösbar fixiert ist.
