Claims (30)

  1. Bürste (10; 20; 30; 40) zum Auftragen eines Produkts auf die Keratinfasern, insbesondere zum Auftragen von Wimperntusche auf die Wimpern, umfassend einen Kern, der aus zwei verdrillten Metalldrahtlängen besteht, die Windungen bilden, zwischen denen Borstenbüschel festgehalten sind, wobei der Kern an einem Ende mit einer Stange (13) aus Kunststoff verbunden ist, wobei die Bürste um mindestens zwei Achsen (C1, C2) gekrümmt ist, wobei der Kern in eine an einem distalen Ende der Stange vorgesehene Aufnahme eingepresst ist, wobei der Kern um diese mindestens zwei Achsen (C1; C2) gekrümmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Achsen (C1; C2) zueinander nicht parallel sind.
  2. Bürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (C1; C2) sich in zueinander senkrechten Richtungen erstrecken.
  3. Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch Krümmen des Kerns (11) eines Rohlings (50; 60; 70; 80; 120; 130) mit einer rotationssymmetrischen Umhüllungsfläche auf mindestens einem Teil seiner Länge hergestellt ist.
  4. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem Rohling hergestellt ist, auf dem man eine oder mehrere Kerben (31; 31'; 76') und/oder eine oder mehrere Facetten (76) ausgeschnitten hat.
  5. Bürste nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf dem Rohling eine oder mehrere im wesentlichen ebene Facetten (76) ausgeschnitten hat.
  6. Bürste nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf dem Rohling Kerben (31'; 76') gebildet hat, die im Querschnitt eine nach außen konkave Form (Fig. 23A; Fig. 26A) aufweisen.
  7. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf dem Rohling eine ungerade Anzahl von Facetten oder Kerben, insbesondere drei Facetten oder Kerben, hergestellt hat, so dass dem Körper der Bürste auf mindestens einem Teil seiner Länge ein allgemein prismenförmiger, insbesondere dreieckiger, Querschnitt verliehen wird.
  8. Bürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Bürste dienende Rohling einen Querschnitt aufweist, der auf mindestens einem Teil der Länge des Kerns auf nicht ähnliche Weise variiert.
  9. Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste nach Krümmung des Kerns des Rohlings um eine erste Achse (C1) mindestens an einem Punkt einen bezüglich einer zur Krümmungsebene des Kerns in diesem Punkt senkrechten Ebene nicht symmetrischen Querschnitt aufweist.
  10. Bürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn der Kern zum Zweck der Beobachtung abgerichtet und gerade gemacht wurde, die Bürste einen Abschnitt aufweist, der mit mindestens einer Kerbe oder Facette (31) versehen ist, deren Breite von einem Ende der Facette oder der Kerbe zum anderen ein Maximum passiert.
  11. Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem allgemein erdnußförmigen Rohling (Fig. 12) hergestellt ist.
  12. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem allgemein granatenförmigen Rohling (Fig. 14) hergestellt ist.
  13. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem allgemein bojenförmigen Rohling (Fig. 15) hergestellt ist.
  14. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem allgemein fischförmigen Rohling (Fig. 16; Fig. 17) hergestellt ist.
  15. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem allgemein diaboloförmigen Rohling (Fig. 37) hergestellt ist.
  16. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem allgemein rugbyballförmigen Rohling (Fig. 38) hergestellt ist.
  17. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rohling, aus dem die Bürste hergestellt ist, einen Querschnitt besitzt, der zwischen den beiden axialen Enden der Bürste mindestens ein Maximum passiert.
  18. Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern auf mindestens einem Teil der Länge der Bürste exzentrisch ist.
  19. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern linksgängig ist.
  20. Bürste nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern so gekrümmt ist, dass die Neigung der schraubenförmigen Bahnen (N), die von den Enden der Borsten gebildet werden, bezüglich der Achse der Stange mit zunehmender Entfernung von der Stange abnimmt.
  21. Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Borsten von verschiedenen Längen aufweist, und zwar insbesondere kürzere Borsten, die in dem Volumen enthalten sind, das von der durch die Borsten größerer Abmessung definierten Umhüllungsfläche begrenzt ist.
  22. Auftragorgan zum Auftragen eines Produkts auf die Keratinfasern, umfassend eine Bürste, die durch Spritzgießen von Werkstoff hergestellt ist, wobei die Bürste umfasst:
    - einen Kern,
    - eine Mehrzahl von Auftragelementen, die sich von dem Kern aus erstrecken, wobei die Mehrzahl von Auftragelementen ausgebildet ist, um ein Produkt auf die Wimpern aufzutragen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern um mindestens zwei nicht parallele Achsen gekrümmt ist.
  23. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Bürste zum Auftragen von Produkt auf die Keratinfasern, insbesondere von Wimperntusche auf die Wimpern, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Herstellen einer Bürste mit geradlinigem Kern, der aus zwei verdrillten Metalldrahtlängen besteht, die Windungen bilden, zwischen denen Borstenbüschel festgehalten werden, wobei der Kern an einem Ende mit einer Stange aus Kunststoff verbunden ist und in eine an einem distalen Ende der Stange vorgesehene Aufnahme eingepresst ist,
    b) Krümmen des Kerns um eine erste Achse (C1),
    c) Krümmen des Kerns um eine zweite Achse (C2),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Achse (C2) zur ersten Achse (C1) nicht parallel ist.
  24. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgangsbürste des Schritts a) mindestens eine im wesentlichen ebene, konkave und/oder konvexe Seitenfläche oder eine im wesentlichen geradlinige oder gekrümmte Kante aufweist und dass die dem Kern im Schritt b) oder c) verliehene Krümmung dazu bestimmt ist,
    - entweder diese Seitenfläche konkav oder konvex zu machen, wenn sie anfangs im wesentlichen eben war, oder im wesentlichen eben zu machen, wenn sie anfangs konkav oder konvex war,
    - oder diese Kante gekrümmt zu machen, wenn sie im wesentlichen geradlinig war, oder im wesentlichen geradlinig zu machen, wenn sie anfangs gekrümmt war.
  25. Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern im Schritt b) oder c) in einer Krümmungsebene gekrümmt wird, die für diese Seite eine Symmetriemittelebene bildet oder die diese Kante enthält.
  26. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Herstellung der Bürste des Schritts a) verwendete Ausgangsbürste eine Zylinder-, Erdnuß-, Bojen-, Fisch-, Diabolo- oder Rugbyballform besitzt.
  27. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Ausgangsbürste des Schritts a) eine oder mehrere Facetten oder Kerben ausgeschnitten werden.
  28. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rohling, dessen Kern der ersten Torsion im Schritt b) unterzogen wird, eine bezüglich einer Mittelebene nicht symmetrische Form aufweist und einen nicht geradlinigen Rand (53; 64, 65; 74, 75; 84, 85) aufweist und dass die im Schritt b) oder c) vorgenommene Torsion zur Wirkung hat, dass dieser Rand im wesentlichen geradlinig gemacht wird oder zumindest mindestens partiell abgerichtet wird.
  29. Schminkvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Bürste aufweist, wie sie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21 definiert ist.
  30. Schminkvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen einen Produktvorrat enthaltenden Behälter (101), einen Abstreifer (103) und ein Auftragorgan aufweist, das an einem Ende mit einem Greiforgan (102) und am anderen Ende mit der Bürste versehen ist.
