Claims (16)
- Beschicker (B), an dem ein zumindest höhenverstellbares Verteilerband (V) mit einem mit dem Verteilerband verbundenen Traggestell (T) demontierbar angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beschicker (B) zumindest zeitweilig eine auf dem Boden (20) absetzbare, unter das Traggestell (T) eingreifende Montagevorrichtung (M) für das Verteilerband (V) aufweist, dass am Traggestell (T) und an der Montagevorrichtung (M) zueinander passende Anschlusseinrichtungen (A1, A2, A3, A1', A2', A3') zum Verbinden der Montagevorrichtung mit dem Traggestell vorgesehen sind, und dass an der Montagevorrichtung (M) und/oder dem Verteilerband (V) Antriebseinrichtungen (Z, Z1) zum Verstellen des Traggestells (T) relativ zum Beschicker (B) bis in eine Absetzstellung vorgesehen sind.
- Beschicker (B), an dem ein zumindest höhenverstellbares Verteilerband (V) mit einem mit dem Verteilerband verbundenen Traggestell (T) demontierbar angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beschicker (B) eine zumindest zeitweilig auf dem Boden (20) absetzbare, zum Teil in das Traggestell (T) integrierte Montagevorrichtung (M') für das Verteilerband (V) aufweist, die mit zwischen dem Traggestell (T) und/oder dem Verteilerband (V) und dem Beschicker (B) lösbar angeordneten Antriebseinrichtungen relativ zum Beschicker (B) bis in die Absetzstellung auf dem Boden verstellbar ist.
- Beschicker nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhenverstellvorrichtung des Verteilerbandes (V) mit einem Stellhub für eine mit dem Abwurfende auf dem Boden (20) abgesenkte Schwenkstellung des am Beschicker (B) angebrachten Verteilerbands (V) ausgebildet ist.
- Beschicker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlusseinrichtungen (A1' bis A3') an der Montagevorrichtung (M) tieferliegen als die Anschlusseinrichtungen (A1, A3) am Traggestell (T) bei am Beschicker (B) angebrachtem Verteilerband (V).
- Beschicker nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhenverstellvorrichtung ein Schwenklager (5) zwischen dem Traggestell (T) und dem Verteilerband (V) und wenigstens einen zwischen dem Traggestell (T) und dem Verteilerband (V) eingesetzten Hydraulikzylinder (Z) aufweist, mit dem das Verteilerband (V) im Schwenklager (5) verstellbar ist, vorzugsweise wenigstens einen unterhalb des Schwenklagers (5) und an der dem Abwurfende des Verteilerbandes zugewandten Seite des Schwenklagers (5) abgestützten Hydraulikzylinder (Z).
- Beschicker nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Traggestell (T) - in einer Seitenansicht gesehen - wenigstens einen Dreiecksverbund mit unteren, als Schwenkverbinder gestalteten Befestigungsteilen (14) tragenden Verlängerungen (10) der Dreiecksbasis umfasst, dass obere Befestigungsteile (13) im Bereich der Dreieckspitze angeordnet sind, und dass hintere und vordere Anschlusseinrichtungen (A1, A2) für die Montagevorrichtung (M) am Traggestell (T) an den Verlängerungen (10) und in etwa unterhalb der Dreiecksspitze an der Dreiecksbasis (8) vorgesehen sind.
- Beschicker nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Abwurfende des Verteilerbandes (V) eine Bodenstütze (R), vorzugsweise wenigstens eine Rolle, vorgesehen ist.
- Beschicker nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Höhenverstellvorrichtung für das Verteilerband (V) eine Haltestruktur (6) mit in etwa vertikaler Schwenkachse (6'), vorzugsweise mit einem fembetätigbaren Drehantrieb (D), vorgesehen ist.
- Beschicker nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtungen Hubzylinder (Z2) umfassen, die an einem Schrägförderer (S) des Beschickers (B) und zwischen unteren Befestigungsteilen (14) am Beschickerunterbau (1) und der Höhenverstellvorrichtung am Traggestell (T) angeschlossen sind.
- Beschicker nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Traggestell (T) zwei Dreiecksverbunde aufweist, die über einen Querträger (Q) miteinander verbunden sind, und dass die Höhenverstellvorrichtung am Querträger (Q) angeordnet ist.
- Beschicker nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagevorrichtung (M') am Traggestell (T) nach unten über das Traggestell vorstehende Bodenlaufräder (17') aufweist, vorzugsweise um 360° verstellbare Bodenlaufräder (17').
- Beschicker nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Haltestruktur (6) und dem dem Beschicker (B) zugewandten Ende des Verteilerbandes Verteilerband-Hochschwenk-Hydraulikzylinder (Z) angeordnet sind.
- Montagevorrichtung (M) für das mit einem Traggestell (T) demontierbare Verteilerband (V) eines Beschickers (B), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagevorrichtung (M) einen mit Bodenlaufrädern (17) auf dem Boden (20) absetzbaren Rahmen (15) mit Anschlusseinrichtungen (A1' bis A3') für das Traggestell (T) des Verteilerbandes aufweist, die zur Montage bzw. Demontage mit dem Traggestell verbindbar ist.
- Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Rahmen (15) wenigstens ein an das Traggestell (T) anschließbarer Hydraulik-Hebezylinder (Z1) vorgesehen ist.
- Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagevorrichtung (M) eine eigene Hydraulik-Versorgung für den bzw. die Hydraulik-Hebezylinder (Z1) aufweist oder wenigstens einen mit dem Hydrauliksystem (18) des Beschickers (B), vorzugsweise über Schnellkupplungen (22), verbindbaren Versorgungsanschluss (19).
- Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenlaufräder (17) jeweils um mindestens 360° gegenüber einer am Rahmen (15) angeordneten Radachse (16) verstellbar sind.
