Abstract

Ein textiler Bodenbelag, der eine erheblich größere Gestaltungsvielfalt als übliche, z.B. geknüpfte oder getuftete Bodenbelägen ermöglicht, besteht aus Wollfilz (1) als Grundmaterial, der oberseitig bereichsweise mit einen Flor (3) bildenden Garnabschnitten versehen ist. Die Sichtfläche des Bodenbelages weist deshalb sowohl Bereiche aus Wollfilz (1) als auch Bereiche aus Florware (3) auf. Der Wollfilz (1) kann sich z.B. auf einer durchgehenden Träger-schicht (4) befinden und hat dann Ausnehmungen, die mit einen Flor (3) bildenden Garnabschnitten ausgefüllt sind. Ebenso kann als Grundmaterial Wollfilz (1) mit Ausnehmungen verwendet werden, in welche von der Unterseite her Elemente eingeklebt sind, die aus einem Trägermaterial (4) bestehen in das einen Flor (3) bildende, die jeweilige Ausnehmung ausfüllende Garnabschnitte gestickt oder getuftet sind. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen textilen Bodenbelag, insbesondere einen Teppich.
Textile Bodenbeläge können geknüpft, gewebt, gewirkt oder getuftet sein. Tuftingteppiche bestehen aus einem Trägergewebe oder -gewirk, oft aus Polypropylen oder Polyester, in das Florfäden getuftet oder eingestickt sind. Zur Fixierung der Schlingen der geschnittenen Florschenkel ist das als Rücken bezeichnete Trägergewebe unterseitig mit Latex oder einem synthetischen Kleber beschichtet. Hochwertigere Teppiche haben häufig einen zweiten Rücken aus Wollfilz. Dieser kann mit dem ersten Rücken verklebt oder vernäht sein. Un-terschiedliche Dessins lassen sich nur durch Verwendung von Florgarnen unterschiedlicher Farbe und/oder unterschiedlichen Materials (z.B. Baumwolle und Seide) erzielen. Allenfalls kann noch innerhalb des gleichen Teppichs die Florhöhe durch unterschiedliches Scheren variiert werden.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen textilen Bodenbelag bereitzustellen, der eine erheblich größere Gestaltungsvielfalt ermöglicht.
Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß als Grundmaterial Wollfilz verwendet wird, der oberseitig bereichsweise mit einen Flor bildenden Garnabschnitten versehen ist. Somit weist der Teppich eine Oberseite oder Sichtfläche auf, die sowohl Bereiche aus Wollfilz als auch Bereiche aus Florware umfaßt. Diese Sichtfläche kann sowohl plan als auch in der Höhe profiliert oder stufig gestaltet sein. Dies ermöglicht völlig neue Dessins und gestalterische Effekte.
Die Garnabschnitte können auf dem Wollfilz durch punktuelle Klebung befestigt sein (Anspruch 2).
Stattdessen können die Garnabschnitte auf ein Trägermaterial gestickt oder getuftet sein, das auf den Wollfilz aufgeklebt oder aufgenäht ist (Anspruch 3).
Eine weitere Möglichkeit besteht darin, die Garnabschnitte in den Wollfilz zu sticken oder zu tuften (Anspruch 4).
Die der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe läßt sich mit den gleichen Vorteilen auch dadurch lösen, daß als Grundmaterial Wollfilz auf einer durchgehenden Trägerschicht verwendet wird, wobei der Wollfilz Ausnehmungen aufweist, die mit einen Flor bildenden Garnabschnitten ausgefüllt sind (Anspruch 5).
Dabei können die Garnabschnitte in die Trägerschicht eingestickt oder eingetuftet sein (Anspruch 6).
Alternativ können die Garnabschnitte auf ein Trägermaterial gestickt oder getuftet sein, das seinerseits auf die im Bereich der Ausnehmungen freiliegende Trägerschicht des Wollfilzes aufgeklebt ist (Anspruch 7).
Eine weitere Möglichkeit besteht darin, die Garnabschnitte zu vorgefertigten Bündeln zusammenzufassen, die auf das im Bereich der Ausnehmungen freiliegende Trägergewebe aufgeklebt sind (Anspruch 8).
Die der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe läßt sich ebenfalls mit den gleichen Vorteilen des weiteren auch dadurch lösen, daß als Grundmaterial Wollfilz mit Ausnehmungen verwendet wird, in welche von der Unterseite her Elemente eingeklebt sind, die aus einem Trägermaterial bestehen, in das einen Flor bildende, die jeweilige Ausnehmung ausfüllende Garnabschnitte unter Freilassung eines Überstandes des Trägermaterials gestickt oder getuftet sind, wobei ein durchgehendes Trägergewebe die unterste Schicht des Bodenbelags bildet (Anspruch 9).
Ein vierte Lösung der der Erfindung zugrundeliegenden Aufgabe, die gleichfalls die genannten Vorteile bietet, besteht darin, ein Trägergewebe zu verwenden, auf das Wollfilzelemente aufgeklebt oder aufgenäht sind und die Zwischenräume zwischen den Wollfilzelementen mit einen Flor bildenden Garnabschnitten auszufüllen, die auf dem Trägergewebe befestigt sind (Anspruch 10).
In der Zeichnung sind zur Erläuterung der Erfindung unterschiedliche Ausführungsformen textiler Bodenbeläge schematisch in teilweise geschnittenen Seitenansichten dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Teppich, bestehend aus einem Grundmaterial 1 aus Wollfilz, auf den oberseitig ein dünnes Trägermaterial 2 z.B. aufgeklebt ist, in das vorher einen Flor 3 bildende Garnabschnitte gestickt oder getuftet worden sind.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen Bodenbelag mit einem Grundmaterial 1 aus Wollfilz, in das die den Flor 3 bildenden Garnabschnitte gestickt oder getuftet sind. Eine Latexschicht 4 fixiert die Garnschlingen rückenseitig. Anstelle von Latex kann hier und in allen anderen Ausführungsformen auch ein synthetischer Kleber verwendet werden.
Fig. 3 zeigt einen Bodenbelag mit einem Grundmaterial 1 aus Wollfilz, das Ausnehmungen 1a hat. Der Wollfilz ist über eine Latexschicht 4 auf eine durchgehende Trägerschicht 5 aufgeklebt, die in der Regel eine erheblich geringere Dicke als der Wollfilz hat und z.B. aus einem Gewebe oder Gewirk aus Polypropylen oder Polyester bestehen kann. Die Ausnehmungen 1a können in der Aufsicht von Rand zu Rand durchgehende Streifen sein oder geschlossene Umfangsränder, also Kreisform, Rechteckform oder einen ähnlichen Umriß, haben. Die Ausnehmungen wie 1a sind mit Florware 3 ausgefüllt. Hierzu kann, wie dargestellt, zunächst ein Tuftingmaterial hergestellt oder zugeschnitten werden, das aus mit den Ausnehmungen 1a formatgleichen Trägermaterialstücken 2 mit eingetufteten oder eingestickten Garnen besteht. Zur Befestigung dient ein Kleber 6 mit dem die Latexschicht im Bereich der Ausnehmungen beschichtet ist.
Statt wie im Fall der Figur 3 die Tuftingware von oben in die Ausnehmungen 1a einzusetzen, kann sie gemäß Figur 4 auch von unten eingefügt werden. Hierzu sind die Garne in ein Trägermaterial 7 gestickt oder getuftet, das unterseitig mit einer Latexschicht 8 versehen ist. Das Trägermaterial 7 hat ein etwas größeres Format als die Fläche der Ausnehmungen 1a und einen umlaufenden freien Rand 7a zur Befestigung an der Unterseite des Filzes 1. Die Befestigung kann durch Kleben oder Nähen erfolgen. In der Regel erhält der Teppich unterseitig noch einen zweiten, hier nicht dargestellten Rücken aus einem geeigneten Material, um eine durchgehende Bodenauflagefläche zu schaffen und den Wollfilz zu stabilisieren.
Einen wiederum anderen Aufbau hat der in Figur 5 dargestellte Teppich. Er umfaßt ein Trägergewebe 9, auf das voneinander beabstandete Wollfilzelemente 10 mittels eines Klebers 11 aufgeklebt sind. Die Zwischenräume sind mit Florware 3 ausgefüllt, die auf dem Trägergewebe 9 befestigt ist, hier in Form von Garnen, die in das Trägergewebe 9 getuftet oder gestickt und mit einer Latexschicht 12 fixiert sind.
In allen Ausführungsformen kann zusätzlich die Dicke des Wollfilzes und/oder die Dicke des Flors bzw. der Florware durch Scheren oder Fräsen variiert werden, um zusätzliche gestalterische Effekte zu erzielen.

Claims (10)

  1. Textiler Bodenbelag, insbesondere Teppich, bestehend aus Wollfilz (1) als Grundmaterial, der oberseitig bereichsweise mit einen Flor (3) bildenden Garnabschnitten versehen ist.
  2. Bodenbelag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Garnabschnitte auf dem Wollfilz durch punktuelle Klebung befestigt sind.
  3. Bodenbelag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Garnabschnitte auf ein Trägermaterial (2) gestickt oder getuftet sind, das auf den Wollfilz (1) aufgeklebt oder aufgenäht ist (Fig. 1).
  4. Bodenbelag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Garnabschnitte in den Wollfilz gestickt oder getuftet sind (Fig. 2).
  5. Texiler Bodenbelag, insbesondere Teppich, bestehend aus Wollfilz (1) als Grundmaterial auf einer durchgehenden Trägerschicht (5), mit Ausnehmungen (1a) in dem Wollfilz (1), die mit einen Flor (3) bildenden Garnabschnitten ausgefüllt sind.
  6. Bodenbelag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Garnabschnitte in die Trägerschicht eingestickt oder eingetuftet sind.
  7. Bodenbelag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Garnabschnitte auf ein Trägermaterial (2) gestickt oder getuftet sind, das seinerseits auf die im Bereich der Ausnehmungen (1a) freiliegende Trägerschicht (5) des Wollfilzes aufgeklebt ist (Fig. 3).
  8. Bodenbelag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Garnabschnitte zu vorgefertigten Bündeln zusammengefaßt sind, die auf das im Bereich der Ausnehmungen freiliegende Trägergewebe aufgeklebt sind.
  9. Textiler Bodenbelag, insbesondere Teppich, bestehend aus Wollfilz (1) als Grundmaterial, mit Ausnehmungen, in welche von der Unterseite her Elemente eingeklebt sind, die aus einem Trägermaterial (7) bestehen, in das einen Flor bildende, die jeweilige Ausnehmung ausfüllende Garnabschnitte unter Freilassung eines Überstandes (7a) des Trägermaterials (7) gestickt oder getuftet sind und mit einem durchgehenden Trägergewebe als unterster Schicht des Bodenbelags (Fig. 4).
  10. Textiler Bodenbelag, insbesondere Teppich, bestehend aus einem Trägergewebe (9), auf das Wollfilzelemente (10) aufgeklebt oder aufgenäht sind und aus die Zwischenräume zwischen den Wollfilzelementen (10) ausfüllenden, einen Flor (3) bildenden Garnabschnitten, die auf dem Trägergewebe (9) befestigt sind.
