Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning cloth in the form of a textile fabric with one of at least one Thread system formed basic goods and with a loop band for fastening the cleaning cloth by means of a Velcro fastener on a cleaning cloth holder having a barbed covering according to the preamble of claim 1.
- WO-A-88/01845 describes a cleaning cloth the features of the preamble of independent claim 1. That from WO-A-88/01845 known cleaning cloth comprises a "Velcro tape" Velcro strip, who wears a loop band or a hook band, whereby this Velcro strip with the loops on the Cleaning cloth can be attached.
- cleaning wipes known that are attached to a towel holder, by means of a releasable attachment to wringing out, cleaning as well as changing of the cleaning cloth.
- the cleaning wipes of the above Art are therefore made up and have side cover edges, into which the ends of a cloth holder base plate can be pushed, whereby the cleaning cloth can be detachably attached to the cloth holder can.
- the need for assembly is costly and leads to increased cleaning cloth consumption.
- the attachment the cleaning cloth on the cleaning cloth holder cumbersome and therefore time consuming. In general, the cleaning cloth with the Hands are held, which also leads to undesirable pollution of the hands.
- the object of the invention is therefore a cleaning cloth according to the preamble of claim 1 to create that without affecting the cleaning cloth quality is designed so that it is easy and quick to attached to a cleaning cloth holder and detached from it can, the provision of additional fasteners being omitted.
- a flat or pole or Plush goods that can be woven, knitted, knitted or tufted.
- the loop yarn is preferably incorporated in such a way that it is on the top or front of the base fabric that the effective Represents cleaning surface, not or only slightly occurs.
- These are in particular flat fabrics with multiple thread systems in several floors.
- Pole or plush goods are particularly preferred as textile fabrics with a basic product and one integrated into the front of the basic product Pile cover.
- the pile cover is an excellent cleaning material and the pile-free back allows the appearance of the incorporated loop yarn using simple stitch and weave techniques. If necessary, also protruding on the front of the basic goods Loops are covered by the pile cover and thus hinder not the cleaning process.
- a bouclé yarn or a loop yarn is preferred as the loop yarn which arranged a loop-forming additional thread on a thread core is.
- This additional thread preferably consists of a plastic material.
- the loop yarn strength is preferably from Nm 0.5 to Nm 20 and can so that the thread thickness corresponds to that for the at least one thread system the basic goods are usually used.
- the Loop yarns therefore remain the possible variations the design of the basic fabric depending on the thread size for the receive at least one thread system. The same applies to a mesh or choice of binding style.
- the loops of the loop yarn can be made from a staple fiber, multifilament or monofilament thread are formed.
- the spun fiber and multifilament threads have the advantage that the loops consist of a bundle of fibers consist in which the barbs of a barbed covering are similar anchor securely like a fluffy layer. This is especially true in the choice of fiber thickness according to claim 7.
- the loops of monofilaments have the advantage of high resilience.
- the basic fabric can be a mesh or be webware.
- the loop yarn is preferably used for the weft threads, whereby every weft or every second to fourth weft from the Loop yarn can exist. This ensures that the entire Back of a cleaning cloth is covered with a hooking layer.
- a Position the barbed pad on the cleaning cloth holder for Cleaning cloth backs can be omitted.
- the cleaning cloth holder can be used with his barbed coating anywhere on the back of the cleaning cloth pressed on this and thereby a fastening can be achieved.
- weft threads made of loop yarn with a higher thread count than the warp threads whereby the warp threads consist of a conventional smooth yarn.
- the thicker ones Weft threads then dominate the basic fabric, resulting in a more uniform and denser distribution of the loops on the back of the base fabric leads.
- the pile cover can be cut or loop pile in a known manner be trained.
- the pile density can be chosen arbitrarily.
- materials are natural materials, preferably cotton, rayon and wool, or Plastics such as polyamides, polyesters and polypropylene can be used.
- the back of it can be cleaned with a be impregnated with curing coating material.
- Figures 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of a cleaning cloth 1 for attachment to a cleaning cloth holder 2 in the form a textile fabric with one of at least one thread system formed basic goods 3.
- a textile fabric a flat or pile or plush fabric that is woven, knitted, knitted or tufted.
- the basic fabric 3 can be a knitted fabric or a woven fabric, whereby the thread or threads of at least one thread system of the basic goods 3 at least partially formed by loop yarn 7 forming loops will or will. Loops 7 of the incorporated loop yarn occur on a back 6 of the basic product 3 in appearance and provided this back 6 with a layer of protruding loops 7. Die The number of loops 7 arranged on the rear side 6 is determined in particular according to the number of or the 3 incorporated into the basic product Loops of thread.
- the loops 7 formed by the loop yarn are suitable in one Adhesive intervention (in the manner of a Velcro fastener) with barbs 8 one Barb covering on a base plate 9 of the cleaning cloth holder 2 to step. It is therefore provided that the back 6 of the basic product 3 at least along a portion of a loop 7 formed Has hook covering 11, which in connection with a barb covering Hook and loop fastener forms.
- the basic product 3 is one Woven goods with crossed warp threads 10 and weft threads 5 (see FIG. 2).
- the pile cover 4 integrated, which is the front of the Basic goods 3 covered.
- the back 6 of the basic product 3 remains pile free.
- the wefts 5 consist of the loop yarn
- the Warp threads 10 consist of a smooth yarn. Simply because the Weft threads 5 alternating with the warp threads 10 due to a weave cross, the wefts 5 incorporated as loop yarn occur the back 6 of the basic goods in appearance.
- weft threads 5 of the base fabric 3 of a cleaning cloth 1 from the loop yarn consist.
- only every second to fourth weft thread 5 consist of a loop yarn.
- the weft threads 5 preferably have a larger thread size than the warp threads 10 and are thus thicker than the warp threads 10, which are preferably fine-thread.
- either only the warp threads or the weft threads can be used just like the warp threads 10 consist of a loop yarn.
- the warp threads 10 consist of a loop yarn.
- an even distribution of a loop yarn is preferred existing threads of a thread system over a width and / or Length of the basic goods 3.
- a bouclé yarn or loop thread with a thread size is used as loop yarn from preferably Nm 0.5 to Nm 20 used.
- the loop 7 producing Additional thread of the loop yarn is on a thread core 12 arranged and preferably consists of a plastic material and can be a spun fiber, multifilament or monofilament thread. Become the loops formed by a spun fiber, the fiber strength lies preferably 0.7 to 30 den. The loops 7 are therefore open anchored a thread 5, which builds the basic goods 3.
- the pile cover 4 is formed by a pole integrated in the base fabric 3, which can be designed as a cut pole or loop pole.
- the pimples are preferably integrated after the W bond.
- the Pole length, pole density and the pole material can vary depending on Application purpose can be chosen.
- the back 6 of the basic product 3 be impregnated with a hardening coating, the hardening preferably takes place under the influence of heat.
- this can Textile fabrics are flat goods.
- this is Loop yarn preferably incorporated in such a way that it is on the top or front of the basic goods, which represents the effective cleaning surface, does not appear or appears only slightly.
- These are in particular Flat weave with several thread systems on several floors. Otherwise, the above statements apply accordingly.
