Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Auftragen von flüssigem oder pastösem Auftragsmedium (14) auf eine laufende Materialbahn (18), umfassend:ein Vorhang-Auftragswerk (12), welches das Auftragsmedium (14) als sich im Wesentlichen schwerkraftbedingt bewegenden Vorhang oder Schleier (16) an die Materialbahn (18) abgibt, undeine Einrichtung (20; 22, 24, 26; 28, 32), welche zumindest eine vollständige Bedeckung wenigstens eines der Randstreifen (18a) der Materialbahn (18) auf einer vorbestimmten Breite verhindert,
- Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslenkeinrichtung (20; 22, 24, 26; 28, 32) den Betrag und gewünschtensfalls die Form der Auslenkung des Randstreifens (18a) beeinflusst. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslenkeinrichtung (20; 22, 24, 26; 28, 32) den Randstreifen (18a) derart auslenkt, dass er im Bereich des Auftragsmedium-Vorhangs (16) um einen spitzen Winkel (#) ausgelenkt ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslenkeinrichtung (20; 22, 24, 26; 28, 32) den Randstreifen (18a) derart auslenkt, dass er im Bereich des Auftragsmedium-Vorhangs (16) um einen stumpfen Winkel (#) ausgelenkt ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslenkeinrichtung (20) den Randstreifen (18a) mechanisch auslenkt. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslenkvorrichtung (20) wenigstens einen Auslenkstab umfasst, der von der der Auslenkrichtung (R) abgewandten Seite her auf den Randstreifen (18a) einwirkt. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von in Laufrichtung (L) der Materialbahn (18) aufeinander folgend angeordneter Auslenkstäbe (20) vorgesehen ist, welche den Randstreifen (18a) in Laufrichtung (L) der Materialbahn (18) zunehmend aus der Materialbahn-Ebene (E) auslenken. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslenkvorrichtung (20) wenigstens eine Auslenkleiste umfasst, die von der der Auslenkrichtung (R) abgewandten Seite her auf den Randstreifen (18a) einwirkt und den Randstreifen (18a) in Laufrichtung (L) der Materialbahn (18) zunehmend aus der Materialbahn-Ebene (E) auslenkt. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Auslenkstab (20) bzw. die wenigstens eine Auslenkleiste aus einem verschleißfesten Material gebildet ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Auslenkstab (20) bzw. die wenigstens eine Auslenkleiste an einer Halterung, vorzugsweise lösbar, angebracht ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Auslenkstab (20) bzw. die wenigstens eine Auslenkleiste in Laufrichtung (L) der Materialbahn (18) gesehen vor der Position des Vorhang-Auftragswerks (12) angeordnet ist bzw. endet, vorzugsweise zwischen etwa 1 cm und etwa 20 cm vor der Position des Vorhang-Auftragswerks. (12). - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslenkeinrichtung (22, 24, 26) den Randstreifen (18a) unter Beeinflussung des im Bereich des Randstreifens (18a) herrschenden Drucks auslenkt. - Auftragsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslenkeinrichtung wenigstens eine Blasvorrichtung (22) umfasst, deren Blasdüse vorzugsweise auf den Randstreifen (18a) gerichtet ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasdüse wenigstens einer Blasvorrichtung (24) auf der der Auslenkrichtung (R) zugewandten Seite (18f) der Materialbahn (18) auf den Übergangsbereich (18d) zwischen dem Randstreifen (18a) und der restlichen Materialbahn (18) gerichtet ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslenkvorrichtung wenigstens eine Saugvorrichtung (26) umfasst, deren Saugdüse vorzugsweise auf den Randstreifen (18a) gerichtet ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugdüse wenigstens einer Saugvorrichtung auf der der Auslenkrichtung (R) abgewandten Seite (18e) der Materialbahn (18) auf den Übergangsbereich (18d) zwischen dem Randstreifen (18a) und der restlichen Materialbahn (18) gerichtet ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslenkeinrichtung ein Bahnfeuchte-Beeinflussungsvorrichtung (28, 32) umfasst, welche die Materialbahn (18) in vorbestimmten Materialbahnbereichen gezielt befeuchtet oder/und trocknet. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahnfeuchte-Beeinflussungsvorrichtung (28, 32) auf den Übergangsbereich (18d) zwischen dem Randstreifen (18a) und der restlichen Materialbahn (18c) einwirkt. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Relativlage der Auslenkvorrichtung (20; 22, 24, 26; 28, 32) bezüglich der Materialbahn (18) verstellbar ist.
