Claims (15)
- Türaußengriff, insbesondere für Fahrzeuge, mit einem in der Tür ortsfesten Gehäuse (10),
mit einem Lager (14) für einen manuell betätigbaren Griff (20) am Gehäuse (10), insbesondere für einen um eine horizontale oder geneigt zur Horizontalen angeordnete Scharnierachse (13) klappbeweglichen (25) Klappgriff (20),
wobei der Griff (20) einen Griffarm (21) aufweist und bei Griffbetätigung (26) auf ein in der Tür befindliches Schloss einwirkt,
und mit einem als Massensperre dienenden schwenkbaren (38) Sperrglied (30), das sich zwar normalerweise in seiner unwirksamen Freigabelage (30) gegenüber einer am Gehäuse (11) vorgesehenen Stützfläche (19) befindet und dabei den Griff (20) betätigbar (26) macht,
das aber, aufgrund der Trägheit seiner Massen, im Crashfall in eine wirksame Abstützlage (30') an dieser Stützstelle (19) gelangt und dadurch den Griff (20) blockiert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenklager (31) für das Sperrglied (30) am ortsfesten Gehäuse (11) sitzt,
dass der bewegliche Griffarm (21) eine Schulter (24) aufweist und dieser Schulter (24) eine Gegenschulter (34) am Sperrglied (30) zugeordnet ist,
dass der Klappbewegungsweg (28) der am Griffarm (21) angeordneten Schulter (24) von dem Schwenkbewegungsweg (38) der am Sperrglied (30) befindlichen Gegenschulter (34) geschnitten (29) wird, und im Crashfall die Schulter (24) an der Gegenschulter (34) zur Anlage kommt.
dass aber normalerweise, in der Freigabelage (30) des Sperrglieds, bei der Griffbetätigung (26) die am Griffarm befindlichen Schulter (24) an der Gegenschulter (34) des Sperrglieds (30) vorbeigeht. - Türaußengriff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrglied (30) in Gegenrichtung zu seiner im Crashfall sich ergebenden Schwenkbewegung federbelastet (41) ist
und dass die Freigabelage (30) des Sperrglieds durch einen Anschlag (18) am Gehäuse (11) bestimmt ist, an welchem das Sperrglied (30) aufgrund seiner Federbelastung (41) normalerweise anliegt. - Türaußengriff nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrglied (30) einen Vorsprung (44) aufweist, der bereits in Freigabelage (30) des Sperrglieds in den Klappbewegungsweg (28) des Griffarms (21) hineinragt,
und dass zwar zu Beginn der Betätigung (26) des Griffs (20) das Sperrglied mittels seines Vorsprungs (44) vom Griff bereichsweise (46) mitgenommen wird,
dass aber im weiteren Verlauf der Griffbetätigung (26), bevor das Sperrglied (30') seine Abstützlage (30') erreicht, der Griffarm (21) den Vorsprung (44) wieder freigibt. - Türaußengriff nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schulter (24) von einer am Griffarm (21) vorgesehenen Nase (22) gebildet ist,
dass die Gegenschulter (34) am Sperrglied (30) die eine Flanke (33) eines Flanken-Paares (22, 33) bildet, welches eine dazwischenliegende Nut (43) im Sperrglied (30) begrenzt,
dass die lichte Weite der Nut (43) - abgesehen von einem gegebenenfalls stellenweisen Vorsprung (44) - kleiner/gleich der Breite der am Griffarm (21) befindlichen Nase (22) ausgebildet ist
und dass in der Freigabelage (30) des Sperrglieds die Nase (22) mit dem Nuteingang ausgerichtet ist und die Nut (43) bei Betätigung (26) des Griffs (20) normalerweise einen Durchlass für die Nase (22) bildet. - Türaußengriff nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nase (22) seitlich aus der Ebene (23) der Klappbewegung des Griffs (20) vorsteht.
- Türaußengriff nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zur Mitnahme des Sperrglieds (30) dienende Vorsprung (44) an der einen Flanke (32) der Nut (43) sitzt.
- Türaußengriff nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Nocken (32) am Sperrglied (30) die eine nutbegrenzende Flanke erzeugt
und dass die der Nut (43) zugekehrte Innenfläche (35) des Nockens (32) den Vorsprung (36) trägt. - Türaußengriff nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Nocken (32) gegenüberliegende andere Flanke der Nut (43) von einem am Sperrglied (30) sitzenden Gegennocken gebildet ist
und dass das Stirnende des Gegennockens (33) die Gegenschulter (34) für die Nase (22) vom Griffarm (21) bildet. - Türaußengriff nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (36) gegenüber dem Stirnende des die Nut (43) begrenzenden Nockens (32) zurückgesetzt ist.
- Türaußengriff nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (36) eine Auflaufschräge (49) für die am Griffarm (21) befindliche Nase (22) aufweist.
- Türaußengriff nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (36) eine Vorsprungshöhe besitzt,
die der Griffarm (21) bereits nach einem Teilwinkel (48) seines für den vollen Vollzug der Klappbewegung (25) erforderlichen Vollwinkels (45) verlässt und dadurch das Sperrglied (30) freigibt,
wobei in dieser Grenzlage (30") das Sperrglied seinerseits erst ein Teilstück (46) seines Schwenkbewegungswegs (38) zwischen seiner Freigabelage (30) und Abstützlage (30') durchlaufen hat. - Türaußengriff nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei der Griff (20) auf der Schauseite (11) des Gehäuses (10) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffarm (21) sich auf der Rückseite (12) des Gehäuses (10) befindet und der Griffarm (21) bei der Griffbetätigung (26) mit seiner Schulter (24) von hinten ins Gehäuseinnere (27) einfährt. - Türaußengriff nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (20) und der Griffarm (21) zwar aus zwei getrennt hergestellten Bauteilen bestehen,
dass aber diese Bauteile (20, 21) drehfest miteinander verbunden sind und eine gemeinsam klappbewegliche (25) Baueinheit bilden. - Türaußengriff nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (20) und sein Griffarm (21) in der Baueinheit einen Winkel zwischen sich schließen und vorzugsweise auf unterschiedlichen Abschnitten (17, 16) einer gemeinsamen Scharnierachse (13) gelagert sind.
- Türaußengriff nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei der Griff ein Ziehgriff ist, dessen Eingriffende im Gehäuse gelagert ist,
während sein anderes Griffende bei der Griffbetätigung einen seinerseits im Gehäuse gelagerten Schwenkarm bewegt und auf das Türschloss einwirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkarm den mit der Schulter (24) versehenen Griffarm (21) erzeugt.
