Claims (3)
- Verdampferkammer für die Verdampfung von Heizöl "extra-leicht" in Ölverdampfer-Vormischbrennern, welche Verdampferkammer (5) in Grundform einer zylindrischen Schale (11, 12) zweiteilig aus einem Unterteil (11) und einem angesetzten Mantel (12) gebildet ist, eine Bodenöffnung (6) für die Brennstoff- und Luftzuführungen und im unteren Bereich eine in Ringnuten (13, 14) eingesetzte elektrische Widerstandsheizung aufweist und an deren Mantel (12) ein hohlzylindrisches, selbst Wandöffnungen aufweisendes Brennerrohr (8) ansetzbar ist, wobei äußere Leiteinrichtungen (9) einen Teil der heißen Verbrennungsgase vom Brennerrohr (8) zum Mantel (12) der Verdampferkammer (5) leiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterteil der Verdampferkammer (5) als Boden (11) der Schale ausgebildet ist, die Ringnuten (13, 14) für die Widerstandsheizung zueinander offen im Boden (11) und Mantel (12) vorgesehen sind und miteinander einen geschlossenen Kanal (15) bilden und daß ein die Verdampferkammer (5) mit Abstand umschließender Isolationsring (10) zur Konzentration der Wärmeabgabe der heißen Verbrennungsgase auf die Verdampferkammer (5) vorgesehen ist
- Verdampferkammer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Mantel (12) der Verdampferkammer (5) mit die Wärmeübergangsfläche zu dem vom Brennerrohr (8) abgeleiteten Teil der heißen Verbrennungsgase vergrößernden Rippen (21) versehen ist.
- Verdampferkammer nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens die Innenflächen des Bodens (11) und Mantels (12) der Verdampferkammer (5) eine den Strahlungs-Emissionsgrad erhöhende Oberflächenbeschichtung aufweisen.
