Claims (19)
- Fahrwerk für weitausladende Arbsitsvorrichtungen, insbesondere für einen Bauhochkran, umfassend(A) ein Fahrgestell (15) mit einer Doppel- oder Tandemachse (3, 4), die eine erste und zweite Achse aufweist; und(B) eine mit einem Zugfahrzeug verbindbare Zugeinrichtung (28) ;(a) sowohl die Räder (11a) der ersten Achse (3) als auch die Räder (11b) der zweiten Achse (4) mit einer Drehgestelloder Achsschenkellenkung versehen sind;(b) die Drehgestell- oder Achsschenkellenkung der Räder (11a) der ersten Achse (3) derart mit der Drehgestell- oder Achsschenkellenkung der Räder (11b) der zweiten Achse (4) verbunden ist, daß die Lenkung der Räder (11a, 11b) der ersten und der zweiten Achse (3, 4) lenkgeometrisch synchron erfolgt;(c) die Räder (11a, 11b) der ersten und zweiten Achse (3, 4) vorzugsweise im Bereich der Abstützfläche der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) vorzugsweise des Krans, angeordnet sind; und(d) die Zugeinrichtung (28) gesondert vom Fahrgestell (15) ausgebildet und an der auf dem Fahrgestell (15) zu transportierenden und mit dem Fahrgestell (15) zu einer baulichen Einheit verbindbaren Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), insbesondere an einem Kran, vorzugsweise einem Bauhochkran, anbringbar und darüber mit dem Fahrwerk verbindbar ist.

und/oder(3) ein an der Zugeinrichtung (28) lösbar befestigbares zusätzliches Vorderachsenfahrwerk (43, 44), das an ein Zugfahrzeug ankuppelbar ist, vorgesehen ist. - Fahrwerk für weitausladende Arbeitsvorrichtungen, insbesondere für einen Bauhochkran, umfassend(A) ein Fahrgestell (15) mit einer Doppel- oder Tandemachse (3, 4), die eine erste und zweite Achse aufweist; und(B) eine mit einem Zugfahrzeug verbindbare Zugeinrichtung (28);(a) sowohl die Räder (11a) der ersten Achse (3) als auch die Räder (11b) der zweiten Achse (4) mit einer Drehgestelloder Achsschenkellenkung versehen sind;(b) die Drehgestell- oder Achsschenkellenkung der Räder (11a) der ersten Achse (3) derart mit der Drehgestell- oder Achsschenkellenkung der Räder (11b) der zweiten Achse (4) verbunden ist, daß die Lenkung der Räder (11a, 11b) der ersten und der zweiten Achse (3, 4) lenkgeometrisch synchron erfolgt;(c) die Räder (11a, 11b) der ersten und zweiten Achse (3, 4) vorzugsweise im Bereich der Abstützfläche der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), vorzugsweise des Krans, angeordnet sind;(d) die Zugeinrichtung (28) gesondert vom Fahrgestell (15) ausgebildet und an der auf dem Fahrgestell (15) zu transportierenden und mit dem Fahrgestell (15) zu einer baulichen Einheit verbindbaren Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), insbesondere an einem Kran, vorzugsweise einem Bauhochkran, anbringbar und darüber mit dem Fahrwerk verbindbar ist; und(e) die erste und zweite Achse (3, 4) von je zwei Achsstummeln gebildet ist und die Achsstummel der vorderen Räder (11a) zur lenkgeometrischen Synchronbewegung durch eine Kraftübertragung (18), bevorzugt eine Lenkstange, mit den Achsstummeln der hinteren Räder (11b) verbunden sind;(1) die Lenkung hydraulisch betätigbar ist, wobei bevorzugt die hydraulisch betätigte Lenkeinrichtung über ein, vorzugsweise am Fahrgestell (15) angebrachtes, Hydraulikaggregat (58) fernsteuerbar ist;
und/oder(2) die Zugeinrichtung (28) ein Zugrohr (29) und/oder einen Sattelzapfen (31) umfaßt;
und/oder(3) ein an der Zugeinrichtung (28) lösbar befestigbares zusätzliches Vorderachsenfahrwerk (43, 44), das an ein Zugfahrzeug ankuppelbar ist, vorgesehen ist. - Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sattelzapfen (31) an einer Schleifplatte (30) vorgesehen ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2, oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugrohr (29) ein- und ausschiebbar ausgebildet ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugeinrichtung (28) ein Führungsrohr (42) für das ein- und ausschiebbare Zugrohr (29) aufweist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsrohr (42), vorzugsweise starr, an der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), insbesondere am Kran, bevorzugt an einem Kranturm (9), befestigbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifplatte (30) mit dem Sattelzapfen (31) am Führungsrohr (42) angebracht ist und/oder direkt an der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), insbesondere am Kran, bevorzugt am Kranturm (9), anbringbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lenkeinrichtung für den Transport in der Geradeausfahrposition, vorzugsweise mittels eines Steckbolzens (33), feststellbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zusätzliche Vcrderachsenfahrwerk (43, 44) durch Steckbolzen und/oder durch einen oder den Sattelzapfen (31) an der Zugeinrichtung (28) befestigbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zusätzliche Vorderachsenfahrwerk (43, 44) mehrachsig, insbesondere doppelachsig, ausgebildet und über eine Horizontaldrehvorrichtung (31, 49) an der Zugeinrichtung (28) befestigbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrwerk (15, 28) und eine weitausladende Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), vorzugsweise ein Bauhochkran (1), insbesondere ein untendrehender Baukran, zu einer fahrbaren Arbeitsvorrichtung, bevorzugt einem fahrbaren Kran, zusammengebaut sind, wobei die Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), vorzugsweise der Kran, auf dem Fahrgestell (15) montiert ist und die Zugeinrichtung (28) entfernt vom Fahrgestell (15) an der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), bevorzugt am Kran, angebracht und durch die Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), bevorzugt den Kran, mit dem Fahrgestell (15) verbunden ist.
- Fahrwerk mit Arbeitsvorrichtung, insbesondere mit Kran, nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugrohr (29) und/oder der Sattelzapfen (31) am Kranturm (9) angebracht ist.
- Fahrwerk mit Arbeitsvorrichtung, insbesondere mit Kran, nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugeinrichtung (28) mittels des Führungsrohrs (42) am Kran (1), vorzugsweise am Kranturm (9), befestigt ist, wobei das Führungsrohr (42) bevorzugt starr am Kran (1) oder Kranturm (9) angebracht ist.
- Fahrwerk mit Arbeitsvorrichtung, insbesondere mit Kran, nach Anspruch 11, 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifplatte (30) mit dem Sattelzapfen (31) am Führungsrohr (42) und/oder direkt an der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), insbesondere dem Kran, bevorzugt am Kranturm (9), angebracht ist.
- Fahrwerk mit Arbeitsvorrichtung, insbesondere mit Kran, nach Anspruch 11, 12, 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem auf dem Fahrgestell (15) angebrachten Unterbau, insbesondere Unterwagen (6), des Krans (1) Abstützfüße (36), bevorzugt Hydraulik-Abstützfüße, angebracht sind.
- Fahrwerk mit Arbeitsvorrichtung, insbesondere mit Kran, nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß an der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), vorzugsweise am Kranturm (9), wenigstens ein, vorzugsweise beiklappbarer, Stützfuß (38) angebracht ist.
- Fahrwerk mit Arbeitsvorrichtung, insbesondere mit Kran, nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterbau, insbesondere der Unterwagen (6), der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), insbesondere des Krans, über eine Wippe (5) auf dem Fahrgestell (15) angebracht ist.
- Fahrwerk mit Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), insbesonders mit Kran, nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrgestell (15) derart ausgelegt ist, daß Gegengewichte, insbesondere die Kran-Gegengewichte (35), während des Transports an der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) bzw. dem Kran verbleiben können.
- Fahrwerk mit Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), insbesondere mit Kran, nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Zugeinrichtung (28) ein zusätzliches Vorderachsenfahrwerk (43, 44) befestigt, ist.
