Die Kontaktelemente sind mit einem Schraubanschluß 4 für den Anschluß und die Befestigung elektrischer Leiter 5 versehen.
Hierbei ist das Kontaktelement zur Ausbildung des Schraubanschlusses mit einer sacklochförmigen, axialen Bohrung 6 versehen. Weiterhin ist eine quer zu dieser Bohrung verlaufende Gewindebohrung 7 vorgesehen, in die eine Klemmschraube 8 eingedreht ist.
In die Bohrung 6 ist eine im wesentlichen L-förmiges Drahtschutzblech 9 eingesetzt, dessen Schenkel 10 sich nach dem Einfügen eines Leiters 5 in die Bohrung zwischen dem vorderen Ende der Schraube 8 und dem Leiter 5 befindet.
Darüber hinaus wirkt diese Festhaltung des Drahtschutzbleches über die Anformungen in der Art eines Drehlagers und das Drahtschutzblech kann im geringen Maße um die Achse X schwenken.
Der Übergang 13 vom Fuß 11 zum Schenkel 10 des Drahtschutzbleches ist vorzugsweise gerundet ausgeführt um eine Federung des Drahtschutzbleches in diesem Bereich zu erzielen. Weiterhin ist der Schenkel 10 des Drahtschutzbleches mit einer Einprägung 14 mit einer Wölbung nach außen versehen, die sich bei montiertem Drahtschutzblech im Bereich der Schraube 8 befindet. Durch diese Einprägung ist der Schenke an sich steif und unelastisch und die Federung und Biegung des Drahtschutzbleches beim Festklemmen eines Leiters erfolgt im Übergang 13.
Claims (4)
- Kontaktelement mit einem Schraubanschluß für elektrische Leiter, wobei das Kontaktelement ein Leiteranschlußteil aufweist, das mit einer Bohrung versehen ist, in die der Leiter einschiebbar ist und mittels einer quer zur Achse der Bohrung bzw. des Leiters in eine Gewindebohrung im Leiteranschlußteil einschraubbaren Schraube festklemmbar ist, und wobei zwischen dem dem Leiter zugewandten Ende der Schraube und dem Leiter ein Drahtschutzblech in der Bohrung vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Drahtschutzblech (9) im wesentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet ist, und einen abgewinkelten Fuß (11) aufweist,daß das Drahtschutzblech (9) derart in die Bohrung (6) eingesetzt ist,daß sich der Fuß (11) am Grunde der Bohrung befindet, unddaß der Fuß (11) mit seitlichen, widerhakenförmigen Anformungen (12) versehen ist, die sich beim Einfügen des Drahtschutzbleches (9) in die Wandung der Bohrung (6) eingraben.
- Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnetdaß der sich an den Fuß (11) anschließende Schenke (10) des Drahtschutzbleches (6) eine eingeprägte Versteifungssicke.(14) aufweist, unddaß der Übergang (13) vom Fuß (11) zum Schenke (10) gerundet ist.
- Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Einführbereich (17) der Bohrung (6) tulpenförmig aufgeweitet ist, unddaß das obere Ende (15) des Schenkels (10) des Drahtschutzbleches (9) mit einer entsprechend geformten, nach außen weisenden Abbiegung versehen ist.
- Kontaktelement nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das vordere Ende der Schraube (8) mit einer halbkugelförmigen Kuppe (16) versehen ist.
