Abstract

本发明涉及带有一螺旋式接线柱的用于导电体的连接构件,该构件包括一个导体连接部分,此部分设置有一孔,导体可以插入其中并通过一可垂直插入孔内的螺钉和/或导体插入导体连接部分上的一螺孔夹紧,在孔内螺钉朝向导体的端部与导体之间设置有一个导线保护板,最好将此导线保护板做成基本为“L”形,从而形成一折弯的脚板,导线保护板插入孔后脚板置于孔的底部,脚板设置有倒刺状侧边,将导线保护板插入后,这些侧边插入孔的壁内。

Description

带有一螺旋式接线柱的连接构件
本发明涉及一种用于导电体的带有一螺旋式接线柱的连接构件，其中该连接构件包括一个导体连接部分，此部分上设置有一孔，导体可以插入该导体连接部分上并通过一垂直插入该孔的螺钉和/或导体插入导体连接部分上的一螺纹孔内夹紧，在该孔内螺钉朝向导体的端部与导体之间设置有一个导线保护板。
由于采用了这种螺钉型端部，就需要设置一个电线保护板以免拧紧末端螺钉时螺钉损坏要连接的导体。
GE-GM1965790公开了这样一种结构，一基本为“U”形的导线保护板被夹在末端螺钉的筒上，导线保护板的一端置于螺钉和要被连接的导体之间。在这种情况下，当拧紧螺钉时，导线保护板与该螺钉一起轴向移动。但是，对于这种结构，需要将螺钉和导线保护板预先做成一组件，而后插入插接连接器的支撑体内，之后还要通过另外的连接保持板锁止在该支撑体上。
本发明的目的是设计一种开始所述形式的连接构件，也即一种带有螺钉型末端的连接构件，其可以插入支撑体内，勿需通过其它保持装置即可保持在该支撑体上。
该目的是通过如下方案达到的：导线保护板基本为“L“形并包括一折弯的脚板，导线保护板插入孔后该脚板置于该孔的底部，脚板设置有倒刺状侧边，当导线保护板插入后，这些倒刺状侧边嵌入孔壁内。
本发明有益的补充由权利要求2至4限定。
通过设计导线保护板及其保持装置，本发明取得了特别的有益效果，即连接构件很简单而且制造成本很低。该连接构件可以毫不困难地插入到支撑体的一定位腔内，并且不需要其它单独的连接保护板就可以实现固定。
对于具有一加强翼板及脚板与该翼板间圆弧过渡的导线保护板来说，本发明另外一个好处是，该加强区域在拧紧夹线螺钉时不会变形，同时圆弧过渡的弹性不受影响。结果，导线保护板具有了最佳的弹性及弹性恢复特性。
对于导体插入孔带有一喇叭状插入区域，导线保护板的翼板也采用与此相对应的形状，并且夹线螺钉带有一球形端部这种方案，其前益效果是相对于现有结构施力点与导线保护板支撑于导体上的支点之间的距离显著缩短。其结果是，对于同样的螺钉拧紧扭矩，部件的挠曲应力减半，恢复变形度增加，使用寿命延长。
下面将详细描述附图示出的本发明的一个实施例。其中附图包括：
图1是带有插入连接构件的支撑体的剖面图，
图2是连接构件的导体连接部分的剖面图，
图3是图2所示带插入导体的导体连接部分的剖面图，
图4是导线保护板的透视图，
图5是连接构件的螺钉型末端的平面图，及
图6是连接构件的透视图。
图1示出了由绝缘材料制成的用于电插入式连接器的支撑体1的剖面图。该支撑体上设置有腔2，电连接构件3插入其中。此时，连接构件被可靠地接合保持在腔内。
连接构件上设置有一个螺钉型末端4，用于连接和紧固导电体5。
在图2和3中，以局部放大的方式示出了连接构件的螺钉型末端4。
在本发明这种情况下，用于形成螺钉型末端的连接构件上设置有一个轴孔6，该孔为一盲孔。并且还设置有一个垂直于该孔延伸的螺孔7，夹线螺钉8插入该螺孔内。
在孔6内插入一个基本为“L”形的导线保护板9。该保护板9的翼板10在导体5插入孔之后处于螺钉8的前端与导体5之间。
如放大透视图4所示，导线保护板9包括一个折弯的脚板11和上述翼板10。脚板11上形成有侧边12。该侧边12的外尺寸A比螺钉型末端的孔6的直径略大。从而，当导线保护板被压入孔6时，达到侧边插入孔壁将导线保护板固定于孔内的效果(见图5和6)。
该通过侧边将导线保护板固定的方法还以一转动支撑的方式起作用，导线保护板可以绕X轴略微卷曲一些。
导线保护板从脚板11到翼板10的过渡部分13最好为圆弧以使导线保护板在该区域具有一定弹性。导线保护板的翼板10还设置有一个下凹部分14，该部分14具有一向外的曲线结构，在安装导线保护板之后，该部分14置于螺钉8的区域内。通过该下凹部分，不仅使翼板刚直不曲，而且使导线保护板在夹住导体时过渡部分13处仍保持弹性和可变型性。
翼板10的上端15还向外弯曲一定程度，螺钉8的端部是半球形的。从整体上看，翼板呈轻微的“S”形。孔6的插入区域17在这种情况下最好呈漏斗型向外扩张。通过这些措施达到了如此效果，在螺钉的每一拧紧位置，螺钉8作用在翼板10上的压力点D1与翼板作用在导体上的压力点D2始终错开一定距离，也即压力点D2处于孔6的前部区域。其结果是得到一更高的导体夹紧力和一更低的导线保护板挠曲应力。对于将连接构件保持在支撑体上方面，需另外提到的是连接构件插入支撑体的腔内以后通过延伸穿过支撑体侧开口的螺钉型末端的螺钉与其可靠接合从而防止了从连接腔内滑出。

Claims (4)

1．带有螺旋式接线柱的用于导电体的连接构件，其中该连接构件包括一个导体连接部分，此部分设置有一个孔，导体可以插入该孔并通过一可以垂直插入该孔的螺钉和/或导体拧入导体连接部分上的一螺孔内夹住，在该孔内螺钉朝向导体的端部与导体之间设置有一导线保护板，其特征在于：
所述导线保护板(9)基本为“L“形并且包括一折弯的脚板(11)，所述导线保护板(9)能以如此方式插入所述孔(6)内，即所述脚板(11)置于所述孔的底部，所述脚板(11)设置有倒刺状侧边(12)，将导线保护板(9)插入后，这些侧边插入所述孔(6)的壁内。
2．如权利要求1所述的连接构件，其特征在于：所述导线保护板(9)与脚板(11)相连的翼板(10)包括一凸起的加强部分(14)，所述脚板(11)至所述翼板(10)为圆角过渡。
3．如权利要求1或2所述的连接构件，其特征在于：所述孔(6)的插入区域(17)呈喇叭状扩张，所述导线保护板(9)的翼板(10)的上端(15)设置有一个相应形状的向外的弯曲部分。
4．如前述任一权利要求所述的连接构件，其特征在于：所述螺钉(8)的前端设置有一半球形的端部(16)。
