Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Zigarettenpackungen des Typs Klappschachtel mit einem Faltrevolver (83), wobei teilweise fertiggestellte und gefüllte Klappschachteln in Radialrichtung aus dem Faltrevolver (83) ausgeschoben und in einer anschließenden Packungsbahn (87) mit in horizontaler Ebene seitwärts gerichteten, ungefalteten äußeren Schachtel-Seitenlappen (15) und Deckel-Seitenlappen (20), die nach Aufbringen von Leim bis zur Anlage an innenliegende Schachtel-Seitenlappen (14) und Deckel-Seitenlappen (19) umgefaltet werden, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) oberhalb der Packungsbahn (87) ist ein Bedruckungsorgan (88) angeordnet, welches von oben eine Bedruckung auf die Schachtel-Seitenlappen (15) aufbringt,b) nach der Bedruckung der Schachtel-Seitenlappen (15) werden diese und die Deckel-Seitenlappen (20) umgefaltet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bedruckungsorgan (88) ein Tintenstrahldrucker oder ein mit Toner arbeitender Laserdrucker ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Bedrucken von beiden seitlich gerichteten Schachtel-Seitenlappen (15) je ein oberhalb der beiden Schachtel-Seitenlappen (15) positioniertes Bedruckungsorgan dient.
