- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Packungen, insbesondere Zigarettenpackungen, bei denen der Packungsinhalt in einer Verpackungsmaschine in wenigstens einen vorgefertigten, mit einer Bedruckung versehenen Zuschnitt aus (dünnem) Karton, Papier, Folie oder anderem beschichtetem Material eingehüllt wird, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) Zuschnitte (28, 54) bzw. eine fortlaufende Materialbahn (44, 46, 53) zur Herstellung von Zuschnitten wird außerhalb der Verpackungsmaschine mit einer der Gestaltung der Zuschnitte (28, 54) entsprechenden Bedruckung versehen,b) die Bedruckung weist eine bedruckungsfreie Aussparung (45, 63, 67) auf,c) in der Verpackungsmaschine wird im Bereich der Aussparung (45, 63, 67) eine individuelle Bedruckung für jeden Zuschnitt (25, 54) angebracht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) eine fortlaufende Materialbahn (44, 46, 53) aus Papier oder anderem dünnen, wickelbaren Verpackungsmaterial wird mit Aussparungen (45, 63, 67) aufweisender Bedruckung für die einzelnen Zuschnitte (28, 54) der Verpackungsmaschine zur Verfügung gestellt,b) in der Verpackungsmaschine wird die individuelle Bedruckung im Bereich der Aussparungen (45, 63, 67) an der fortlaufenden Materialbahn (44, 46, 53) angebracht,c) danach werden die Zuschnitte (25, 54) von der Materialbahn (44, 46, 53) abgetrennt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparungen (45) für individuelle Bedruckung einer Innenumhüllung (28) für Zigaretten eine Aussparung (45) im Bereich eines aus der Verpackung (Klappschachtel oder Weichbecher) herausragenden Teils der Innenumhüllung (28) aufweisen, insbesondere in einem oberen Bereich einer Innen-Vorderwand (30) und/oder Innen-Stirnwand der Innenumhüllung (28).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (45) der Innenumhüllung (28) für eine Klappschachtel im Bereich einer Vertiefung (27) einer Kragen-Vorderwand (25) eines Kragens (24) angebracht ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Materialbahn (44) für Zuschnitte zur Bildung von Innenumhüllungen (28) einen fortlaufenden, randseitigen Bedruckungsstreifen (43) mit positionsgerecht in Abständen voneinander angeordneten Aussparungen (45) oder in Abstand voneinander gebildete Bedruckungsfelder (47, 48) aufweist, ebenfalls mit Aussparungen (45).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Zuschnitten (54) für Weichbecher eine Aussparung (63) für individuelle Bedruckung im Bereich einer (geschlossenen) Seitenwand (59) des Zuschnitts, insbesondere im oberen Bereich, gebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Herstellung von Klappschachteln Zuschnitte mit Bedruckung (Druckbereiche 64, 65, 66) fabrikmäßig hergestellt und mit mindestens einer Aussparung (67) für eine individuelle Bedruckung versehen werden und daß die Zuschnitte in der Verpackungsmaschine vor dem Falten oder nach einer Teilfaltung im Bereich der Aussparung (67) mit einer individuellen Bedruckung versehen werden und danach die Klappschachtel fertiggestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Klappschachtel bzw. einem Zuschnitt für eine Klappschachtel die Aussparung (67) für individuelle Bedruckungen im Bereich einer Deckel-Vorderwand (17) gebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine individuelle Bedruckung bei einer Klappschachtel im Bereich von außenliegenden Schachtel-Seitenlappen (15) angebracht wird, vorzugsweise nach weitgehender Fertigstellung der Klappschachtel vor dem Umfalten der Schachtel-Seitenlappen (15) aus einer gestreckten, horizontalen Ausgangsstellung in eine aufrechte Faltstellung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich bei einer Innenumhüllung (28) die Aussparung (45) im Bereich eines abziehbaren Flaps (49, 50) befindet.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Packungen, insbesondere Zigarettenpackungen, bei denen der Packungsinhalt in einer Verpackungsmaschine in einen mit Bedruckung versehenen Zuschnitt einer Innenumhüllung (28) oder eines Bechers - Zuschnitt (54) - eingehüllt wird, wobei die Zuschnitte von einer fortlaufenden Materialbahn (44) abtrennbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vorzugsweise im Bereich eines vertikalen Förderabschnitts der Materialbahn (44) eine Bedruckungseinheit (78) angeordnet ist, die aufgrund exakter Steuerung nach Maßgabe eines in Förderrichtung vorgeordneten Druckmarkenlesers (79) eine Bedruckung an der Materialbahn (44) im Bereich von vorbereiteten Aussparungen (45, 63) anbringt und daß die Materialbahn (44) sodann ein Zuschnittaggregat (81) zum Abtrennen einzelner Zuschnitte durchläuft.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Zigarettenpackungen des Typs Klappschachtel in einem Faltrevolver (83), aus dem die weitgehend fertiggefalteten Klappschachteln in Radialrichtung ausschiebbar sind in eine Packungsbahn (87), in deren Bereich die Faltung der Klappschachtel komplettierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Packungsbahn (87) horizontal gerichtete außenliegende Schachtel-Seitenlappen (15) der Klappschachtel durch ein oberhalb der Packungsbahn (87) angeordnetes Bedruckungsorgan (88) mit einer Bedruckung versehen werden.
