Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Zigarettenschachteln des Typs Hinge-Lid aus Zuschnitten (10) aus dünnem Karton zur Bildung eines Schachtelteils (11) und eines mit diesem verbundenen Deckels (12), wobei Schachtel-Seitenwände und Deckel-Seitenwände aus durch Klebung miteinander verbundenen Schachtel-Seitenlappen (16, 17) und Deckel-Seitenlappen (21, 22) bestehen, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) in einer Verpackungsmaschine werden die Zuschnitte (10) von einer fortlaufenden Materialbahn (29) aus dünnem Karton abgetrennt,b) zur Verbindung der Deckel-Seitenwände und Schachtel-Seitenwände wird Hotmelt-Leim, also durch Wärme aktivierbarer Leim, in Form von Leimstreifen (24) und Leimflächen (25) im Bereich von Schachtel-Seitenlappen (16, 17) und Deckel-Seitenlappen (21, 22) auf die fortlaufende Materialbahn (29) aus dünnem Karton aufgebracht,c) vor dem Abtrennen der Zuschnitte (10) wird der Hotmelt-Leim ausgehärtet, insbesondere durch Kühlen,d) die Zuschnitte (10) werden zur Bildung der Zigarettenschachtel um einen Verpackungsinhalt herumgefaltet, wobei zur Verbindung der Schachtel-Seitenwände und Deckel-Seitenwände der Holtmelt-Leim durch Wärme reaktiviert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn (29) Druckmarken aufweist, die durch einen Druckmarkensensor abgetastet werden zur Steuerung des exakten Auftrages der Leimstreifen (24) und Leimflächen (25) an der Materialbahn (29) bzw. den Zuschnitten (10).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass weitere Leimstellen bzw. Leimbilder aus Hotmelt auf den ungefalteten Zuschnitt (10) bzw. auf die Materialbahn (29) aufgebracht werden, vorzugsweise gleichzeitig mit den Leimstreifen (24) und Leimflächen (25) für die Verbindung der Schachtel-Seitenlappen (16, 17) und Deckel-Seitenlappen (21, 22).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass insbesondere rechteckige Leimbilder, nämlich Leimstreifen und Leimflächen (24, 25, 26, 27, 28) auf die Zuschnitte (10) bzw. die Materialbahn (29) durch Leimdüsen (45..48) während des Transports derselben aufgebracht werden, wobei die Abmessung der Leimbilder in Bewegungsrichtung durch die Öffnungs- bzw. Wirkungsdauer der Leimdüsen (45..48) bestimmt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuschnitte (10) während der Beleimung mit ihrer Längserstreckung quer zur Förderrichtung transportierbar sind, wobei die Leimdüsen (45..48), insbesondere Schlitzdüsen, zum Aufbringen von mehreren, insbesondere zwei Leimbildern in Förderrichtung mehrmals je Zuschnitt geöffnet werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Zigarettenschachteln des Typs Hinge-Lid aus Zuschnitten (10), die einen Schachtelteil (11) und einen Deckel (12) der Zigarettenschachtel bilden, wobei Schachtel-Seitenwände und Deckel-Seitenwände aus einander überdeckenden und durch Klebung miteinander verbundenen Schachtel-Seitenlappen (16, 17) einerseits und Deckel-Seitenlappen (21, 22) andererseits bestehen, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Zuschnitte (10) sind durch ein einer Verpackungsmaschine zugeordnetes Schneideaggregat (62) aus einer fortlaufenden Materialbahn (29) aus dünnem Karton heraustrennbar,b) dem Schneideaggregat (62) vorgeordnet ist ein Leimaggregat (43), insbesondere ein Leimorgan (44), in dessen Bereich Hotmelt-Leim, also durch Wärme aktivierbarer Leim, in Form von Leimstreifen (24) und Leimflächen (25) im Bereich von Schachtel-Seitenlappen (16, 17) und Deckel-Seitenlappen (21, 22) auf die fortlaufende Materialbahn (29) aus dünnem Karton übertragbar ist, zur Verbindung der Deckel-Seitenwände und Schachtel-Seitenwände,c) zwischen dem Leimaggregat (43) und dem Schneideaggregat (62) ist ein Organ zum Aushärten des Hotmelt-Leims vorgesehen, insbesondere eine Kühlplatte (55) zum Kühlen des Hotmelt-Leims,d) zur Verbindung der Schachtel-Seitenwände und Deckel-Seitenwände sind Organe zum Reaktivieren des Hotmelt-Leims vorgesehen, die im Anschluss an Mittel zur Bildung der Zigarettenschachtel durch Faltung der Zuschnitte (10) um einen Verpackungsinhalt herum angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn (29) durch ein Leimaggregat (43) hindurchförderbar ist mit einem quergerichteten Leimorgan (44), das mehrere schlitzförmige Leimdüsen (45, 46, 47, 48) nebeneinander aufweist entsprechend der Positionierung von Leimbildern insbesondere Leimstreifen und Leimflächen (24, 25, 26, 27, 28), wobei die Leimdüsen (45..48) während der Anlage der Materialbahn (29) hinsichtlich der Dauer ihrer Öffnungsstellung steuerbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit Leimbildern versehene Materialbahn (29) im Anschluss an das Leimaggregat (43) an einem Kühlaggregat vorbeibewegbar ist, insbesondere an einer Kühlplatte (55), zum Abbinden bzw. Verfestigen der Leimbilder.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit verfestigten, inaktiven Leimbildern versehene Materialbahn (29) durch einen Bahnspeicher (39) hindurch einer Zuschnitteinheit zuführbar ist, in deren Bereich die Materialbahn (29) hinsichtlich der Ausbildung der Zuschnitte (10) komplettierbar und danach die Zuschnitte (10) von der Materialbahn (29) im Bereich eines Schneidaggregats (62) abtrennbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Zuschnittvorrichtung (31) mit einer Materialversorgung (32), einer Bahnführung (33) und einer Zuschnittfertigung (34) als Einheit einer Verpackungsmaschine für die Herstellung von Klappschachteln zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Zuschnittvorrichtung (31) die Materialversorgung (32) mit Bobinen (35, 36) des Verpackungsmaterials im unteren Bereich, die Zuschnittfertigung (34) mit Zuschnitteinheit (41) in einem mittleren Bereich und die Bahnführung (33) mit Bahnspeicher (39) im oberen Bereich untergebracht sind.
