Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klappschachtel für Zigaretten mit einem Schachtelteil, einem im Schachtelteil angeordneten Kragen aus Kragen-Vorderwand und Kragen-Seitenlappen und einer Innenumhüllung aus Papier oder papierähnlichen Werkstoffen für eine Zigaretten-Gruppe, wobei die Kragen-Vorderwand in einem unteren Bereich mit einer Zunge an einer Schachtel-Vorderwand des Schachtelteils anliegt und wobei die Innenumhüllung im Bereich von Seitenlappen gebildete Schrägkanten und im Bereich einer Vorderwand eine Abziehlasche aufweist, die durch eine quergerichtete Perforationslinie begrenzt ist.
  • Verpackungen des Typs Klappschachtel (Hinge-Lid-Packungen) sind für Zigaretten weit verbreitet. Der konstruktive Aufbau einer derartigen Verpackung ist international weitgehend einheitlich. Die Klappschachtel selbst besteht aus einem Schachtelteil und einem an einer Schachtel-Rückwand angeordneten Deckel und einem im Schachtelteil angeordneten Kragen. Dieser ragt mit einem oberen Abschnitt aus dem Schachtelteil heraus. Der freie Teil des Kragens wird in Schließstellung der Klappschachtel von dem Deckel umschlossen.
  • Der Packungsinhalt, nämlich die Zigaretten-Gruppe, ist durch eine Innenumhüllung umgeben. Diese bildet eine bei Gebrauchnahme der Verpackung entfernbare Abziehlasche (Flap). Die Erfindung befaßt sich vorrangig mit dieser Abziehlasche.
  • Aus EP-A 0 214 413 ist eine derartige Verpackung für Zigaretten bekannt, die über eine Innenumhüllung aus Papier für eine Zigaretten-Gruppe verfügt, wobei die Innenumhüllung eine durch eine quergerichtete Perforationslinie begrenzte Abziehlasche aufweist. Die Abziehlasche gemäß EP-A 0 214 413 weist jedoch zu geringe Abmessungen auf, um dieselbe für andere Zwecke verwenden zu können.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt demnach das Problem zugrunde, die Abziehlasche der Innenumhüllung zu vergrößern und einem Zusätzlichen Zweck zuzuführen.
  • Dieses Problem wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Abziehlasche im Bereich ihrer Vorderseite oder Vorderwand für Werbezwecke einen Aufdruck oder ein Druckbild als Gutschein trägt und daß die Perforationslinie zur unteren Begrenzung der Abziehlasche in einem Bereich unterhalb eines oberen Randes einer Schachtel-Vorderwand und oberhalb einer Bodenwand angeordnet ist, nämlich unterhalb der Zunge des Kragens und oberhalb der im Bereich der Seitenlappen gebildeten Schrägkanten. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß die Abziehlasche deutlich vergrößert ist und daher als Träger für einen Aufdruck oder dergleichen dienen kann.
  • Dieses Problem wird auch durch das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 2 gelöst. Der Aufdruck wird erfindungsgemäß vor Herstellung von Zuschnitten für die Innenumhüllung von einer Materialbahn auf diese aufgebracht. Das Material für die Innenumhüllung ist demnach mindestens teilweise fertiggestellt, wenn die Zuschnitte für die Innenumhüllung durch Abtrennen von der Materialbahn gebildet werden.
  • Für bestimmte Anwendungsfälle, insbesondere bei Verwendung der Abziehlasche als Gutschein oder sonstigen Beleg, wird erfindungsgemäß der Aufdruck oder eine Teilmarkierung desselben im Bereich der Verpackungsmaschine angebracht, so daß der Aufdruck erst unmittelbar bei Fertigstellung der Verpackung wirksam markiert ist.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

  • Die in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Einzelheiten befassen sich mit der Gestaltung einer Klappschachtel für Zigaretten. Diese besteht üblicherweise aus einem unteren Schachtelteil 10 und einem Deckel 11. Letzterer ist im Bereich einer Rückwand 12 schwenkbar mit dem Schachtelteil 10 verbunden.
  • Innerhalb der Klappschachtel befindet sich ein Kragen 13. Dieser ist so ausgebildet, daß eine Kragen-Vorderwand 14 mit einem unteren Teilbereich an der Innenseite einer Schachtel-Vorderwand 15 des Schachtelteils 10 anliegt und mit dieser verbunden ist. Kragen-Seitenlappen 16 befinden sich im Bereich von Schachtel-Seitenwänden 17, 18 der Verpackung. Der Kragen 13 sitzt mit einem unteren Bereich im Schachtelteil 10. Der aus diesem herausragende obere Bereich wird in Schließstellung vom Deckel 11 umschlossen. Die Kragen-Vorderwand 14 ist so ausgebildet, daß in dem aus dem Schachtelteil 10 herausragenden Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand eine durch geschwungene Konturen begrenzte Ausnehmung 19 gebildet ist. Der untere Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 14 im Schachtelteil 10 wird durch eine entsprechend gestaltete Zunge 20 gebildet.
  • Der Packungsinhalt, nämlich eine blockförmig formierte Zigaretten-Gruppe, ist durch eine Innenumhüllung 21 umgeben. Diese besteht aus einem Zuschnitt 22 aus Papier oder papierähnlichem Werkstoff. Der Zuschnitt 22 für die Innenumhüllung wird bei dem vorliegenden Beispiel von einer Materialbahn 23 im Bereich einer Verpackungsmaschine abgetrennt. Die Materialbahn 23 ist zu einer Bobine 24 gewickelt.
  • Die Innenumhüllung 21 umgibt die Zigaretten-Gruppe allseitig. Der Zuschnitt 22 ist so gefaltet, daß eine geschlossene Bodenwand 25, eine Vorderwand 26, eine korrespondierende Rückwand 27, Seitenwände 28, 29 und eine Stirnwand 30 gebildet sind. Die Seitenwände 28, 29 der Innenumhüllung 21 bestehen aus im unteren Bereich, nämlich benachbart zur Bodenwand 25, trapezförmig gefalteten Seitenlappen 31, 32. Diese überdecken einander teilweise. Der der Vorderwand 26 zugekehrte bzw. mit dieser verbundene Seitenlappen 31 liegt außen.
  • Auch die Stirnwand 30 ist durch Faltlappen gebildet. An die Vorderwand 26 schließt ein trapezförmiger äußerer Längslappen 33 im Bereich der Stirnwand 30 an.
  • Der obere Teil der Vorderwand 26 der Innenumhüllung 21 ist als Abziehlasche 34 ausgebildet. Diese wird durch eine untere quergerichtete Perforationslinie 35 begrenzt, die sich durchgehend im Bereich der Vorderwand 26 und der anschließenden Seitenlappen 31 erstreckt. Die Abziehlasche 34 wird bei Ingebrauchnahme der Klappschachtel entfernt, nämlich aus dem offenen Schachtelteil 10 herausgezogen. Zu diesem Zweck wird die Abziehlasche 34 im Bereich des Längslappens 33 der Stirnwand 30 erfaßt und nach oben gezogen. Die Perforationslinie 35 wird dabei durchtrennt.
  • Die Abziehlasche 34 ist mit einem Druckbild 36 versehen, welches sich beim vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel über die gesamte Vorderwand 26 der Abziehlasche 34 an der Vorderseite derselben erstreckt. Bei dem Druckbild 36 kann es sich um Werbeangaben handeln. Vorzugsweise ist aber das Druckbild 36 als Gutschein, Teilnahmeschein an Wettbewerben oder dergleichen bestimmt.
  • Die Abziehlasche 34 ist bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel deutlich größer ausgebildet als üblich. Zu diesem Zweck liegt die Perforationslinie 35 unterhalb des Kragens 13 bzw. unterhalb der Zunge 20 der Kragen-Vorderwand 14. Die mögliche untere Position der Perforationslinie 35 ist durch eine Schrägkante 37 bestimmt, die im Bereich der Seitenlappen 31, 32 gebildet ist. Die Perforationslinie 35 befindet sich mit (geringem) Abstand oberhalb des oberen Endes dieser Schrägkante 37. Durch diese Ausbildung der Abziehlasche 34 steht eine größere Fläche der Vorderwand 26 für das Druckbild 36 zur Verfügung. Bei einer Faltung der Innenumhüllung nach dem Prinzip der "Bodenfaltung" fehlt die Schrägkante im Bereich der Seitenwandungen. In diesem Falle kann sich der Flap auch unmittelbar bis zur Bodenwand erstrecken.
  • Wie insbesondere aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich, wird das Druckbild 36 zweckmäßigerweise bereits an der Materialbahn 23 für die Zuschnitte 22 positionsgerecht angebracht. Dadurch kann die Materialbahn 23 in der üblichen Weise in einer Verpackungsmaschine verarbeitet werden.
  • Fig. 5 zeigt schematisch Einzelheiten einer derartigen Verpackungsmaschine mit einer Bobine 24 für die ablaufende Materialbahn 23 und einer nach Verbrauch derselben anzuschließenden Ersatzbobine 38. Die Materialbahn 23 läuft über eine Mehrzahl von Umlenkwalzen bis zu einer Trennstation 39. Hier werden die Zuschnitte 22 von der Materialbahn abgetrennt und für die Umhüllung einer Zigaretten-Gruppe bereitgehalten.
  • Der Trennstation 39 ist eine Markierungsstation bzw. ein Druckwerk 40 in Förderrichtung der Materialbahn 23 vorgeordent. Das Druckwerk 40 hat die Aufgabe, das Druckbild 36 bzw. für die Gültigkeit eines Gutscheins oder dergleichen maßgebliche zusätzliche Markierungen im Bereich des Druckbilds 36 anzubringen. Das Druckwerk 40 besteht zu diesem Zweck aus einer Steuerwalze 41, die die Materialbahn 23 nach Maßgabe von üblichen Druckmarken positionsgerecht fördert. Der Steuerwalze 41 ist ein umlaufender Druckkopf 42 zugeordnet, der das Druckbild 36 bzw. die zusätzlichen Markierungen an diesem anbringt. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, daß nur aus einer Verpackung stammende Abziehlaschen 34 für den vorgesehenen Zweck eingesetzt werden können.

Claims (3)

  1. Klappschachtel für Zigaretten mit einem Schachtelteil (10), einem im Schachtelteil (10) angeordneten Kragen (13) aus Kragen-Vorderwand (14) und Kragen-Seitenlappen (16) und einer Innenumhüllung (21) aus Papier oder papierähnlichen Werkstoffen für eine Zigaretten-Gruppe, wobei die Kragen-Vorderwand (14) in einem unteren Bereich mit einer Zunge (20) an einer Schachtel-Vorderwand (15) des Schachtelteils (10) anliegt und wobei die Innenumhüllung (21) im Bereich von Seitenlappen (31, 32) gebildete Schrägkanten (37) und im Bereich einer Vorderwand (26) eine Abziehlasche (34) aufweist, die durch eine quergerichtete Perforationslinie (35) begrenzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    a) die Abziehlasche (34) im Bereich ihrer Vorderseite oder Vorderwand (26) für Werbezwecke einen Aufdruck oder ein Druckbild (36) als Gutschein trägt,
    b) die Perforationslinie (35) zur unteren Begrenzung der Abziehlasche (34) in einem Bereich unterhalb eines oberen Randes einer Schachtel-Vorderwand (15) und oberhalb einer Bodenwand (25) angeordnet ist, nämlich unterhalb der Zunge (20) des Kragens (13) und oberhalb der im Bereich der Seitenlappen (31, 32) gebildeten Schrägkanten (37).
  2. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Klappschachteln für Zigaretten mit einem in einem Schachtelteil (10) angeordneten Kragen (13) aus Kragenvorderwand (14) und Kragen-Seitenlappen (16) und einer Innenumhüllung (21) einer Zigaretten-Gruppe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    a) eine Materialbahn (23) zum Herstellen von Zuschnitten (22) für die Innenumhüllung (21) fortlaufend mit Druckbildern (36) in einem der Vorderseite der herzustellenden Abziehlasche (34) entsprechenden Bereich versehen wird,
    b) danach die Zuschnitte (22) von der Materialbahn (23) abgetrennt werden,
    c) die Zuschnitte (22) mit einer die Abziehlasche (34) begrenzenden Perforationslinie (35) derart versehen werden, daß die Perforationslinie (35) innerhalb der Klappschachtel unterhalb einer Zunge (20) des Kragens (13) und oberhalb von im Bereich von Seitenlappen (31, 32) der Innenumhüllung (21) gebildeten Schrägkanten (37) angeordnet ist,
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckbild (36) wenigstens teilweise oder eine Markierung desselben innerhalb einer Verpackungsmaschine durch ein gesteuertes Druckwerk (40) derselben an der Materialbahn (23) oder am Zuschnitt (22) angebracht wird.
