Abstract
Description
Vor Aufnahme des vollen Betriebes der Karde, wird vorlaufendes Band aus der Karde in den Sensor 6 eingeführt, bei dem beispielsweise der Teil 10, wie durch den Pfeil 11 angezeigt, weggeschwenkt ist. Ist das Band 4 eingeführt, so kann der Teil 10 wieder zurückgeschwenkt werden und der volle Betrieb der Karde kann aufgenommen werden. Dann erfasst der Sensor 6 beispielsweise optisch Farb- oder Intensitätsabweichungen oder kapazitiv Abweichungen im Dielektrikum und wandelt diese in ein elektrisches Signal 25 um, das im Rechner 8 ausgewertet wird. Im Rechner 8 sind Algorithmen und Schwell- oder Vergleichswerte 28, 32 gespeichert, die es erlauben, aus dem Signal in der Leitung 7 Fremdfasern oder Fremdstoffe zu erkennen. Sind solche erkannt, so wird ein Signal über den Ausgang 14 ausgegeben, das einen Alarm oder die Stillsetzung der Anlage auslöst.
Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Erfassung von Fremdstoffen und Fremdfasern in einem Faserverbund, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Faserverbund (2) zu einem Band (4, 17) geformt und dass die Fremdstoffe und Fremdfasem im Band an der Oberfläche (22) erfasst werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Erfassen der Fremdstoffe und Fremdfasem ein Vorgang aus einer Gruppe von Vorgängen, umfassend eine Markierung des Bandes, eine Markierung des Trägers des Bandes, eine Entfernung des Bandes, eine Unterbrechung des Bandes, ein Stillsetzen der verarbeitenden Vorrichtung und ein Auslösen eines Alarmes, durchgeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Erfassung von Fremdstoffen und Fremdfasern in einem Faserverbund, gekennzeichnet durch einen Sensor (6) im Bereiche eines bewegten Bandes (4), der das Band mindestens teilweise umschliessend angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor das Band allseitig umschliessend ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor mit einem Element aus einer Gruppe von Elementen, umfassend eine Markiervorrichtung (15, 16), ein Bandschneider (36) und eine Alarmvorrichtung, verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (35) am Ausgang (34) einer Strecke (33) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor zwischen einer Ablieferstelle einer Karde (1) und einer Kanne (5) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor mindestens ein Messsystem aufweist, das optisch arbeitet und am Band reflektierte Lichtstrahlen auswertet.
