Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Endes eines Bandes (14), namentlich eines Armbandes, an einem Gegenstand, namentlich einer Uhr, mit einem Gehäuse (1, 16, 31), das mit zwei Befestigungsbolzen (3, 18, 33) versehen ist, die dazu bestimmt sind, in einander gegenüberliegenden, axial ausgerichteten Lagern des benannten Gegenstandes aufgenommen zu werden, und von denen zumindest der eine zwei Stellungen einnehmen kann, eine, in der er zurückgezogen ist, und die andere, in der er sich aus dem Gehäuse heraus erstreckt, um in eines der Befestigungslöcher des benannten Gegenstandes einzugreifen, wobei elastische Organe (4, 19, 32) ihn in eine dieser beiden Stellungen drängen, und mit einem beweglichen Betätigungsorgan (10, 20, 35), das von der Aussenseite des Gehäuses (1, 16, 31) her zugänglich und mit einem Mitnehmer (10b, 20a, 35b) verbunden ist, um diesen Bolzen (3, 18, 33) gegen die Wirkung der benannten elastischen Organe (4, 19, 32) in die andere der benannten Stellungen zu verschieben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der benannte Bolzen (3, 18, 33), der zwei Stellungen einnehmen kann, entlang einer den beiden Bolzen (3, 18, 33) gemeinsamen Achse gleitend montiert ist und dass das bewegliche Betätigungsorgan (10, 20, 35) fest mit dem benannten Mitnehmer (10b, 20a, 35b) verbunden ist, der sich im Eingriff mit dem inneren Ende (3a, 18b, 34) des einen der benannten Bolzen (3, 18, 33) befindet, das durch die benannten elastischen Organe (4, 19, 32) gegen diesen Mitnehmer (10b, 20a, 35b) gedrückt wird.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Verriegelungsorgane (35c, 37) umfasst, um das benannte bewegliche Steuerorgan (10, 20, 35) in zumindest einer bestimmten Stellung festzuhalten.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Bolzen (3, 18, 33) gleitend in das benannte Gehäuse (1, 16) montiert sind und dass das bewegliche Steuerorgan (10, 20, 35) und die Mitnehmerflächen (10b, 20a, 35b) als ein Stück gearbeitet sind, die bezüglich der Verschiebungsachse dieses beweglichen Steuerorgans symmetrisch angeordnet sind und sich im Eingriff mit den entsprechenden inneren Enden der benannten Bolzen (3, 18, 33) befinden.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das benannte Gehäuse (31) zwei röhrenförmige Elemente (31b) umfasst, in die die benannten Bolzen (33) eingesetzt sind und die sich ausgehend von einem zentralen Element (31a), in dem der benannte Drücker (35) befestigt ist, entlang einer gemeinsamen Achse erstrecken.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das benannte bewegliche Steuerorgan mit einem aufgesetzten Schmuckelement verbunden ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das benannte bewegliche Steuerorgan (20) aus einem Organ besteht, das drehbar in ein zylindrisches Lager eingesetzt ist, das sich senkrecht zur Gleitachse des benannten Befestigungsbolzens (18) in dem benannten Gehäuse (16) erstreckt.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Anschläge (20c) die Winkelverschiebung des benannten beweglichen Steuerorgans (20) zwischen zwei Stellungen begrenzen, die den entsprechenden beiden Stellungen des benannten Bolzens (18) entsprechen.
- Befestigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Positionierorgane (20b) zu beiden Seiten des benannten Mitnehmers (20a) eingelassen sind, um das benannte Steuerorgan (20) in der einen oder anderen der benannten Winkellagen zu halten.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das benannte bewegliche Steuerorgan (10, 35) aus einem Drücker besteht, der entlang einer zur Gleitachse des benannten Bolzens (3, 32) senkrechten Achse verschoben werden kann, wobei der benannte Mitnehmer (10b, 35b) mit dem inneren Ende dieses Drückers fest verbunden ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Feder (11, 36) zwischen diesem Drücker (10, 35) und dem benannten Gehäuse (1, 31a) angeordnet ist, die diesen Drücker (10, 35) ständig durch eine seitliche Öffnung (5, 37) dieses Gehäuses (1, 31a) hinauszudrücken sucht, wobei sich der benannte Mitnehmer (10b, 35b) auf den Rand dieser seitlichen Öffnung (5, 37) stützt, um die Verschiebung des benannten Drückers aus dem benannten Gehäuse (1, 31a) hinaus zu begrenzen.
- Befestigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der benannte Drücker (35) einen Körper von allgemein zylindrischer Gestalt umfasst, dessen normalerweise aus dem benannten Gehäuse hervorragender Abschnitt zumindest ein Anschlagelement (35c) aufweist, das radial aus der zylindrischen Oberfläche des benannten Körpers hervorspringt, wobei der Querschnitt der benannten seitlichen Öffnung (37) dem Querschnitt des benannten Drückers auf der Höhe des benannten Anschlages (35c) entspricht, damit der benannte Drücker (35) sich nur bis zu einer Stellung verschieben kann, wo der Querschnitt der benannten Öffnung (37) und der Querschnitt des benannten Drückers (35) auf der Höhe des benannten Anschlags im Winkel übereinstimmen.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der benannten Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das benannte Gehäuse (1) von praktisch zylindrischer Gestalt ist, wobei die gemeinsame Achse, entlang deren zumindest einer der benannten Bolzen (3) gleitend montiert ist, parallel zur Längsachse des benannten Gehäuses (1) ist und wobei die seitliche Öffnung (5), die in das benannte Gehäuse (1) eingelassen ist, um den benannten Drücker (10) durchtreten zu lassen, an der Stelle eingelassen ist, wo die Wand des zylindrischen Gehäuses (1) am dünnsten ist, während ein zylindrischer Durchlass (6) in den dicksten Abschnitt dieser Wand gegenüber dieser Öffnung (5) eingelassen ist und als Führung für den benannten, mit diesem Drücker (10) fest verbundenen Mitnehmer (10b) dient, wobei ein abnehmbares Verschlussorgan (7) das äussere Ende dieses Durchlasses (6) abschliesst und als Auflagefläche für die mit diesem Drücker (10) verbundene Feder (11) dient.
- Band, namentlich ein Armband, mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 zur Befestigung des Bandes an einem Gegenstand, namentlich einer Uhr, wobei dieses Band (41) eine Öffnung (40) aufweist, durch die das benannte bewegliche Steuerorgan (10, 20, 35) hervorsteht oder zugänglich ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 13 in Gestalt eines Metallarmbandes mit Kettengliedern (15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Befestigungsbolzen (18, 33) und das bewegliche Steuerorgan (10, 20, 35) in einem Kettenglied (16) des Metallarmbandes sitzen.
- Band nach Anspruch 13 in Gestalt eines Flachbandes (14) mit einer Schlaufe, die durch Zurückschlagen zumindest eines Teiles der Stärke des Endes dieses Flachbandes auf sich selbst gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das benannte Gehäuse in der benannten Schlaufe sitzt und die benannte Öffnung des benannten Bandes gegenüber der Öffnung (5) des Gehäuses (1) eingelassen ist, durch die man an das benannte bewegliche Steuerorgan (10) gelangt.
- Band nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der benannte Drücker (10') normalerweise aus dem benannten Gehäuse um eine Länge hervorsteht, die im wesentlichen der Dicke eines Abschnittes des Bandes entspricht, die das benannte Gehäuse teilweise umgibt, so dass der hervorstehende Teil des Drückers (10') in der Dicke des benannten Bandes versenkt werden kann.
- Armbanduhr mit der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 oder dem Band nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16.
- Juwelierartikel mit der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 oder dem Band nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16.
- Lederwarenartikel mit der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 oder dem Band nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16.
