Definitions
- the invention relates to a dispenser for liquids, in particular liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, disinfectant or the like with a holder and a container.
- Dosing dispenser for liquids such as liquid soap or similar liquids are known.
- a pump actuates some liquid from a Outputs reservoir.
- that remains Pump firmly in the housing, while the reservoir can be replaced is.
- This leads to the use of such Donors remain confined to a single liquid because otherwise the pump would have to be constantly cleaned.
- Another disadvantage is that the remaining on the donor Pump gummed or glued over time, and there such contamination serves as a breeding ground for bacteria hygienic requirements are often no longer possible Fulfills. Frequent and time-consuming cleaning of the dispenser is inevitable.
- CH-A-547 625 describes a dosing dispenser for pasty Liquids with a container and a holder for the Container.
- the container has a removal opening on the underside on, which can be closed with a valve. To the The container can dispense an amount of the container contents be indented at any point.
- CH-A-682 068 describes a dispenser in which the Container with a suction cup swiveling on a wall surface is held.
- EP-A-0 530 789 proposes a dispenser the one removal device attached to the storage container provides that is exchanged together with the container.
- the Wall mountable C-shaped holding element proposed, in that of the reservoir with its upper and lower ends is held.
- the removal device screwed a cap-shaped cover part, the is in turn encompassed by a separate holding sleeve.
- the holding sleeve is integrated via an anti-theft device attached to the holding element.
- Theft protection can here via an unlocking pin that can be inserted from the outside be unlocked.
- the two legs of the C-shaped Retaining element protrude so far from the wall that a clamped cylindrical storage container from one Hand embraced and can be squeezed.
- displacements of the container is the deformation of the container wall in an opening movement of the removal device implemented.
- the pressing of the container wall in the container assembled U-shaped bracket deformed so that a shut-off element connected to it is moved, and releases the outlet opening.
- the liquid to be dispensed flows out of the container until the container wall relaxes over the shut-off body to close the outlet opening leads.
- the dispenser described in EP-A-0 530 789 has the Disadvantage of insufficient dosing ability. As soon as the outlet opening by pressing the container wall is released from the sampling device, the liquid begins depending on the viscosity at different speeds from the To leak containers. This expiry is only ended when when the container is no longer compressed.
- this dispenser has the disadvantage of one complex and space-consuming structure.
- the dispenser is there from a variety of items that are manufactured separately have to be and also extend the assembly time.
- the invention is based on the object to provide dispensers that are simple and effective dosing of different amounts of any enables viscous liquids. Furthermore, a Dosing dispenser with a small number of individual parts, the Manufacturing and assembly is simple and inexpensive Will be provided. Such a dispenser should preferably be space-saving, and a locking device contain.
- the container of the dispenser according to the invention has one Front, two side surfaces, a back and a bottom on.
- the front is designed as a palm rest, which are from the bottom front up and extends from the back to the back.
- the two side faces are elastic and curved as grip surfaces. These different sides are designed together and adapted to each other so that a simple pressing the side surfaces with simultaneous palm rest the front, for dosing is possible.
- the output quantity can be varied or regulate deep pressing of the grip surfaces.
- the dosage is preset. If a handle surface is pressed inwards, the A corresponding overpressure on the inside of the container is compensated for in that the self-closing removal device dispenses liquid until the overpressure is dismantled. The removal device closes again as soon as a certain ratio between the pressure in the Inside and outside of the container is present. This means, the size of the overpressure determines the amount of liquid, which is dispensed from the container. Depending on how far the handle surface is pressed in, a very specific one flows Amount of liquid. If the overpressure is reduced, wear even a constantly pressed handle surface no longer contribute to further discharge.
- the removal device opens again and to compensate of the vacuum that now arises into the container sucks.
- this removal device e.g. the closure described in EP-A-0 545 678 self-closing valve can be used.
- the valve will regarding its properties when opening and closing suitable for the desired dosage taking into account the Content viscosity selected.
- the amount of liquid to be dispensed can therefore be arbitrary dose and since the outflow of the resulting from the pressing Depends on excess pressure, there is a risk of unwanted large-volume or even complete or automatic emptying not given.
- the valve opens the first time Overpressure in the container and remains open when the pressure drops and closes again when a second pressure is reached that is less than that first overpressure.
- this valve is going through opened a certain pressure increase and by a certain one Pressure reduction closed.
- the grip surfaces are designed so that they can be pressed in so far that the opening of the Valve required pressure increase is reached.
- the restoring force of the elastic gripping surfaces is selected that when you let go of the grip surfaces, the one for closing required pressure reduction of the valve is effected.
- the dosage is time-dependent, i.e. as long as the The contents of the container are pushed out. As soon as the grip surfaces are no longer pressed in, the output is stopped.
- the container of the dispenser according to the invention instructs an integrated first on its side facing a wall Holding device that with a first receiving device, which is provided on the holder of the dispenser, releasable can be brought into engagement.
- a first receiving device which is provided on the holder of the dispenser, releasable can be brought into engagement.
- the container is only on attached to the holder in one place, which is a easy interchangeability. Because through this type of There is no clearance between the container and the holder is the dosing dispenser according to the invention through a particularly small space requirement.
- the wall plate is on the Attached to the wall and contains the above-mentioned first receiving device, the cover part serves as cladding of the wall plate.
- the wall plate has a substantially arcuate Holding arm and one essentially horizontal to it subsequent second recording device. Through this Arc shape creates a space that has enough space for a fluid-absorbing hand.
- the container is also designed to be arched. Through the attachment on the back of the container is on the container sufficiently large contact area for pressing the container created. The removal device is together with the container is replaced, which improves the hygienic conditions is done enough. In addition, cleaning is not necessary.
- the holding arm has essentially U-shaped profile, making it sufficient Space for an integrated locking device was created becomes.
- This can now be arranged invisibly from the outside in the holder and thus also serves as an anti-theft device.
- the locking device is designed that by an external pressure released the holding arm of the container using leverage or is unlocked. There is a locking device for this from a locking and unlocking part. By Pressure on the unlocking part becomes the locking part so moved away from the container that a locking connection between the locking device and the container is released.
- the arrangement of the locking device completely in Inside the holder and its actuation via one of external pressure make a separate additional Unlocking device, such as a pen, superfluous, and also prevents the presence of a locking device is recognizable from the outside.
- the locking connection is also designed so that both in holding pockets of the holding device with which the locking part is engaged, as well as on the locking part raised noses are formed. Should now Attempted to use the container without the anti-theft device to remove upwards, the two get caught overlapping noses and thus prevent accidental Sliding off the locking device the holding pockets of the holding device.
- the container 1 has a special one Form, which is characterized in that the side walls do not run perpendicular and parallel to the mounting wall, but the front area is curved starting from the bottom tends up towards the wall. Because the elastic container the liquid contained therein by pressurization is to be removed, as can be seen in FIG. 6 is, in cross section the shape of an attacking him Adjusted by hand to provide easy pressurization to enable.
- the removal device 17 is at the lower end of the container attached, e.g. in the form of an automatically closing one Valve. This forms a together with the container 1 Refill unit that can be replaced as a whole.
- the valve can be closed with a tamper-evident seal 16 or be secured, which is removed via a predetermined breaking point can be and thus releases the valve opening.
- the holder 2 On the side facing the wall 14 is the provided for attachment to the holder 2 first holding device 143 with e.g. dovetail cross-section (Fig. 6a).
- the holder 2 has the shape of first holding device 143 adapted groove 211 as the first receiving device, into which the container is inserted vertically and is held releasably. After emptying the container this can be done after the release described below the locking device in a simple manner an upward movement removed from the holder 2 and be replaced by a full container.
- Level indicator 18 can be determined, which is clearly visible is located in a lower front area of the container.
- the keeper 2 consists of the two parts wall plate 21 and cover part 23. Important components of the wall plate 21 that are suitable attached to the wall are the first mentioned earlier Receiving device 211 in the form of a groove and the protruding one Holding arm 22.
- the holding arm 22 is essentially exposed two areas together, an arcuate portion 222 and an adjoining, essentially horizontal second receiving device 221.
- the dosing dispenser has preferred this shape of the holder and the shape of the container 1 is corresponding to this holding arm 22 in a lower region 142 customized.
- the container 1 If the container 1 is along the groove 211 in the wall plate 21 fully inserted, its lower area 142 lies on the Holding arm 22 on, wherein the removal device 17 in the second receiving device 221 comes to rest.
- Latter is suitably designed in its form.
- the lower area 142 rests on the arcuate section 222.
- This preferably has an essentially open top U-shaped profile so covered by the container 1 and thereby forms a cavity. Due to the arch shape of the holding arm 22 arises between the wall and the valve Free space that allows to absorb the liquid a hand forming a trough without difficulty the valve can be held.
- the dispenser can also be operated with just one hand, in which the hand is held under the valve, so that the Liquid can be taken in at the same time press in the overlying grip surface.
- To remove the Liquid can also simply be put a hand under the valve are held while the other hand holds the container 1 engages on a support area 11 and on the gripping surfaces 121, 131 compresses.
- the cover part 23 is provided as a covering for the wall plate 21. This is in a lower area 231 and in an upper region 232 closed. Between these areas 231, 232 there is an opening to match groove 211 233, which is the groove as a complete counterpart for the first holding device 143 on container 1 added. In Fig. 6a you can also see the majesties 235. These run in the area of the opening 233 parallel to the groove 211 and press over the elastic back 14 of the container 1, the first Holding device 143 to the dovetail-shaped slope the groove 211 back without play.
- the cover part 23 To mount the cover part 23 on the wall plate 21 the cover part 23 first with the opening 233 across the second receiving device 221 pushed in the area of Retaining arm section 222 rotated to the vertical and with the preferably circumferential snap connection 234 ultimately snapped into the wall plate 21 and held by it.
- the container is thus pushed downwards in the groove 211, until the valve in the receiving device 221 closes lies, and the U-shaped holding arm portion 222 covered is. Then the container is in its end position.
- the support area 11 runs particularly well shaped and inclined upwards towards the wall. Preferably owns he as points of attack for pressing the container 1 elastic grip surfaces located opposite each other 121, 131, which are arched, so after compression to cause a return movement of the container walls.
- the front area of the container has a bearing surface 11 Width f of about 10 to 50 mm, but preferably 37 mm, in In a rear area, the width g is about 40 to 100 mm, but preferably 62 mm. The width f is preferred 25 mm larger than the width g.
- the support area 11 shown in FIG. 3 also becomes a label of the container 1, preferably by a self-adhesive Label 19 used.
- the location and length of this Labels determine the visible area of the level indicator 18 and thus the visible remaining amount of the container contents.
- the locking device 24 is perpendicular to the wall plate 21 placed and from this at points A and B held.
- the locking device is attached on the wall plate via a snap connection at the lower end of the locking part 242, on the other via a support bearing inside the holding arm 22 at the point B.
- the actual locking takes place via another Locking connector 243 at the upper end of the locking part 241, which after inserting the container 1 into the groove 211 of the holder in holding pockets 144 of the first holding device 143 snaps.
- the locking part 241 in a section formed as a spring element 244 that the Locking connection element 243 in the direction of the holding pocket 144 preloaded.
- the unlocking part 245 of the locking device 24 essentially consists of a cylindrical, preferably round section 246. This is with the Locking part 241 via a hinge-like thin point 247 connected and has such a diameter that it, like is shown in Fig. 7a, on the inside of the legs of the U-shaped section 222 abuts. Now the holding arm section 222 in the area of the unlocking part as in Fig. 7b shown, compressed in the direction of the arrow, causes the compression an expansion of the cylindrical portion in the Y direction. This movement in turn causes one Rotation of the locking member 241 by a point in the range of the spring element 244 by an angle ⁇ . The rest connection between locking device 24 and container 1 is released, the container can be removed upwards.
- the holder 2 consists of a wall plate 27 and a cover part 25.
- the wall plate 27 has fastening holes 271 and 273, which are in the area of the upper or are arranged at the lower end of the wall plate. Furthermore, a Opening 272 in the area of the upper third of the wall plate intended.
- the cover part 25 is by means of snap connections 252 or 254 at the upper or lower end of the wall plate 27 held.
- the locking device 26 is more integral Part of the cover part 25.
- a lower region 251 of the lid part 25 extends from the bottom front and up and ends approximately at the middle of the Wall bracket.
- a middle section in the area of the top End is designed as a spring element 264. How in particular 9, this spring element is 264 pushable in direction F on the wall bracket. From this spring element an unlocking part extends inwards 265 and then up a plate-shaped locking part 261. At the unlocking part 265 is a vertical standing stiffening part 266 with the stop surfaces 267 and tied 268. At its upper end is a locking connection element 263 arranged, which is in holding pockets 144 am Container engages. When pressing in the middle section 264 is the stop surface 267 to limit the stroke Nose 275 pressed. The lock is released and the container can be pushed out upwards.
- the locking connection element 263 will be pressed into the Area of the recess 272 pressed into the wall plate 27. Due to the inherent elasticity, the middle section turns back to the starting position and when inserting of a new container snaps the locking connection element 263 in the associated holding pockets 144. Should at Trying to unlock the container 1 from the Pull bracket, so the stop surface 268 of on the bottom of the nose 275 and thus prevents deforming Tensile forces on the cover part 25.
- the second embodiment has the Advantage that the locking device no additional Component requires.
