Definitions
- the present invention relates to a dispensing system comprising a container associable with a wall support.
- the present invention relates to a dispensing system where the container is coupled to the wall support so as to prevent the accidental extraction thereof or tampering therewith.
- the present invention relates, for example, to a dispensing system for dispensing liquid products, such as soap, detergent, and the like.
- Systems for dispensing liquid products comprise a container, also referred to as a bottle, adapted to contain a fluid, a liquid product, for example.
- a dispenser applied to the bottle to dispense the liquid product, for example, by pressing down on a pump mechanism connecting a nozzle with a drawing channel projecting into the container up to the proximity of the bottom thereof.
- the pump mechanism By pressing the pump mechanism, the user extracts the liquid product contained in the container, loads it in a temporary tank, and then dispenses the product through the dispensing nozzle.
- These dispensing systems are used in washrooms for dispensing body cleansing products, for example. Therefore, said dispensing systems are positioned on a shelf intended for resting body cleansing products close to a sink. Therefore, the need is primarily felt to reduce the risk of overturning the dispenser or causing it to fall during the actuation of the pump mechanism.
- document US10527224B1 describes a dispenser assembly comprising a bottle adapted to contain a liquid product, a dispenser and a fixing system comprising a first plate adapted to be fixed to a wall, a second plate adapted to be fixed to the bottle in a recessed seat of the bottle and coupled to the first plate, and a key adapted to uncouple the first plate from the second plate.
- this known solution is highly complex to make, especially in the bottle thereof which should include a seat with recessed seats for fixing the second plate to the bottle.
- this solution is highly difficult to make without making molding imperfections in the bottle visible, thus obligating subsequent covering processing operations of the bottle, such as specific surface screen printing operations, for example, for the sole purpose of concealing the imperfections or the molding effect of the recessed seats in the bottle.
- document US10527224B1 shows a dispenser system including an antitampering bracket used to mount the dispenser on a surface of the wall.
- This document shows a coupling structure which engages and supports the container in a position adapted to use.
- the coupling structure can comprise a male-female coupling structure including a vertical rail on one of the brackets or container, and a corresponding vertical slot on the other of the bracket or container.
- An upper cover opens with a tool or a key, allowing access to the bracket coupling structure.
- a spring pushes the cover into an open condition and a closing mechanism keeps the cover in a closed and locked condition until it is opened.
- this solution is highly complex to make, especially in the wall support thereof which should include several components such as a cover, a spring, and a snap coupling.
- the snap coupling is coupled with a through window placed on the visible side of the wall support, requiring complex production methods with very elaborate molds, both in the number of moving parts and different movement directions thereof.
- the solution known from US5975372A shows a container, a wall plate and a cover which are made in separate parts, i.e., as separate components from one another, and held together by locking means, they also made as a separate component.
- the container is shaped to rest entirely, with the surfaces of the outer walls thereof, on the shape of arms of the wall plate, arms which project from the wall plate and end with receiving means of the lower neck of the container so that the container rests, with all its walls, on the arms of the wall plate.
- This configuration is necessary since this container has a lower opening from which the contained fluid can escape.
- this solution consists of several components which can only be made by injection molding, with several undercuts and therefore, highly susceptible to malfunctioning, for example, caused by large resting surfaces between the container and the wall plate arms.
- a minimum molding inaccuracy is sufficient for the container not to be capable of being coupled correctly with the arms, or a small molding inaccuracy is sufficient for the four pieces of the assembly (container, wall plate, cover and locking means) not to be capable of cooperating with one another correctly, thus preventing the correct support of the container or the correct locking thereof in the operating position.
- the solution known from BE790752A shows a container and wall plate assembly in which the container shows vertical rails and a seat obtained in the wall of the container in which the wall plate inserts an elastic coupling thereof.
- the wall support with the elastic lever thereof is made in a single piece by means of a molding process with a simple mold with two half-molds with a single open-close movement, thus avoiding molding components or inserts for making undercut components.
- the wall support accommodates the container, for example a bottle for liquids, in the support seat thereof, for example made with two parallel seat ribs which form geometric coupling guides, up to a stable position obtained by the seat abutment surface, as well as by the engagement of the snap-connection device which engages the nosepiece of the wall support in the coupling seat of the container rail, thus preventing the possibility of extracting the bottle without unlocking the snap-connection device with a specific key, for example.
- the extraction of the container, by pulling it upwards is possible only after releasing the container from the nosepiece of the wall support by means of the key, for example. Otherwise, the extraction of the container, by pulling it downwards, is prevented by the provision of the seat abutment surface on which the rail abutment end rests, thus creating significant security and stability of the system.
- the release of the nosepiece from the coupling seat of the container rail occurs, for example, with the key and acting horizontally (therefore, transversely to the rail), by means of the at least one, for example, two opposite wall support key openings, for example, placed on the two opposite sides of the wall support, allowing this releasing operation to be performed both on one side, for example to the right of the wall support, and on the opposite side of the wall support, for example the left side, allowing this operation to be performed also in the case two wall supports are placed with the respective containers side-by-side, concealing the access to one of the two opposite wall support key openings.
- the wall support can be fixed to the wall by means of both a double-sided adhesive and expansion plug screws.
- the wall support allows receiving up to four fixing screws placed, for example, on the four comers, even if two screws alone, for example, placed diagonally, would be more than sufficient to adequately support the wall support and the fully loaded container on the wall.
- the wall support when molded, does not require further finishing, hardening, mounting or gluing, processing, or assembling, making the production operations particularly efficient and quick.
- the overall cost of making the wall support will be at least 50% less than those made with the embodiments of the prior art.

DESCRIPTION
[001] Technical Field of the Invention
[002] The present invention relates to a dispensing system comprising a container associable with a wall support.
[003] In particular, the present invention relates to a dispensing system where the container is coupled to the wall support so as to prevent the accidental extraction thereof or tampering therewith. [004] The present invention relates, for example, to a dispensing system for dispensing liquid products, such as soap, detergent, and the like.
[005] Background art
[006] Systems for dispensing liquid products are known. These known systems comprise a container, also referred to as a bottle, adapted to contain a fluid, a liquid product, for example. These systems comprise a dispenser, applied to the bottle to dispense the liquid product, for example, by pressing down on a pump mechanism connecting a nozzle with a drawing channel projecting into the container up to the proximity of the bottom thereof. By pressing the pump mechanism, the user extracts the liquid product contained in the container, loads it in a temporary tank, and then dispenses the product through the dispensing nozzle.
[007] These dispensing systems are used in washrooms for dispensing body cleansing products, for example. Therefore, said dispensing systems are positioned on a shelf intended for resting body cleansing products close to a sink. Therefore, the need is primarily felt to reduce the risk of overturning the dispenser or causing it to fall during the actuation of the pump mechanism.
[008] To solve such a drawback at least in part, known dispenser assemblies provided with a fixing system in which the bottle is fixed to a support fixed to the wall, are known.
[009] However, said containers fixing systems according to the prior art are complicated, not very versatile, cumbersome, not very reliable and not aesthetically pleasing because the wall support is visible.
[0010] Moreover, although there is a desire to securely fix the container to the wall support, the need is simultaneously felt to remove the container from the support without complicated operations in order to fill the container when the fluid has run out or to replace the container, for example.
[0011] Further again, known dispensing systems are manufactured with several components which make them complex to manufacture, therefore also easily subject to breaks, and at the same time costly.
[0012] For example, document US10527224B1 describes a dispenser assembly comprising a bottle
adapted to contain a liquid product, a dispenser and a fixing system comprising a first plate adapted to be fixed to a wall, a second plate adapted to be fixed to the bottle in a recessed seat of the bottle and coupled to the first plate, and a key adapted to uncouple the first plate from the second plate.
[0013] Although it is satisfactory from certain viewpoints, this known solution is highly complex to make, especially in the bottle thereof which should include a seat with recessed seats for fixing the second plate to the bottle. In addition to being complex to manufacture, this solution is highly difficult to make without making molding imperfections in the bottle visible, thus obligating subsequent covering processing operations of the bottle, such as specific surface screen printing operations, for example, for the sole purpose of concealing the imperfections or the molding effect of the recessed seats in the bottle.
[0014] Also document EP3324805B1 shows a similar solution in which the bottle has a recess adapted to create the coupling with the plate connected to the wall.
[0015] Differently, document US10527224B1 shows a dispenser system including an antitampering bracket used to mount the dispenser on a surface of the wall. This document shows a coupling structure which engages and supports the container in a position adapted to use. The coupling structure can comprise a male-female coupling structure including a vertical rail on one of the brackets or container, and a corresponding vertical slot on the other of the bracket or container. An upper cover opens with a tool or a key, allowing access to the bracket coupling structure. A spring pushes the cover into an open condition and a closing mechanism keeps the cover in a closed and locked condition until it is opened.
[0016] Although it is satisfactory from certain viewpoints, this solution is highly complex to make, especially in the wall support thereof which should include several components such as a cover, a spring, and a snap coupling. In particular, the snap coupling is coupled with a through window placed on the visible side of the wall support, requiring complex production methods with very elaborate molds, both in the number of moving parts and different movement directions thereof.
[0017] Other solutions are known from US5226625A, US813537A, US2021321830A1,
US2005077385A1, GB2427120A, US2013092708A1. However, none of these solutions allows having an assembly that uses a reduced number of components, is each easy to make, and which simultaneously allows ensuring the maximum connection security between the container and the wall support, as well as an anti-tampering ability.
[0018] The solution known from US5975372A shows a container, a wall plate and a cover which are made in separate parts, i.e., as separate components from one another, and held together by locking means, they also made as a separate component. Particularly, the container is shaped to rest entirely, with the surfaces of the outer walls thereof, on the shape of arms of the wall plate, arms which project from the wall plate and end with receiving means of the lower neck of the container
so that the container rests, with all its walls, on the arms of the wall plate. This configuration is necessary since this container has a lower opening from which the contained fluid can escape.
[0019] Although it has an integrated design between container and wall plate, this solution consists of several components which can only be made by injection molding, with several undercuts and therefore, highly susceptible to malfunctioning, for example, caused by large resting surfaces between the container and the wall plate arms. In other words, a minimum molding inaccuracy is sufficient for the container not to be capable of being coupled correctly with the arms, or a small molding inaccuracy is sufficient for the four pieces of the assembly (container, wall plate, cover and locking means) not to be capable of cooperating with one another correctly, thus preventing the correct support of the container or the correct locking thereof in the operating position.
[0020] Similarly, the solution known from BE790752A shows a container and wall plate assembly in which the container shows vertical rails and a seat obtained in the wall of the container in which the wall plate inserts an elastic coupling thereof.
[0021] This known solution entrusts the resting and coupling of the container to the elastic coupling element alone, the container thus being particularly insecure and easy to inadvertently uncouple from the wall plate.
[0022] Ob ject and Summary of the Invention
[0023] Therefore, it is the object of the present invention to solve the drawbacks of the prior art and allow having a dispensing system which uses a small number of components and is easy to make and allows simultaneously ensuring the maximum connection security between the container and the wall support, as well as an anti-tampering ability.
[0024] This and other objects are achieved by a container according to claim 1, a wall support according to claim 2, and an assembly according to claim 3 or 4.
[0025] Some advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims.
[0026] By virtue of the general embodiment and variants described above and further described below, it is possible to obtain the following advantages.
[0027] By virtue of the suggested solutions, it is possible to obtain a dispensing system having a reduced number of components, each easy to make, and simultaneously which allows ensuring the maximum connection security between the container and the wall support, as well as an anti-tampering ability.
[0028] According to an embodiment, the wall support with the elastic lever thereof is made in a single piece by means of a molding process with a simple mold with two half-molds with a single open-close movement, thus avoiding molding components or inserts for making undercut components.
[0029] According to an embodiment, the wall support accommodates the container, for example a bottle for liquids, in the support seat thereof, for example made with two parallel seat ribs which form
geometric coupling guides, up to a stable position obtained by the seat abutment surface, as well as by the engagement of the snap-connection device which engages the nosepiece of the wall support in the coupling seat of the container rail, thus preventing the possibility of extracting the bottle without unlocking the snap-connection device with a specific key, for example.
[0030] By virtue of the suggested embodiments, the extraction of the container, by pulling it upwards, is possible only after releasing the container from the nosepiece of the wall support by means of the key, for example. Otherwise, the extraction of the container, by pulling it downwards, is prevented by the provision of the seat abutment surface on which the rail abutment end rests, thus creating significant security and stability of the system.
[0031] By virtue of the suggested embodiments, the release of the nosepiece from the coupling seat of the container rail occurs, for example, with the key and acting horizontally (therefore, transversely to the rail), by means of the at least one, for example, two opposite wall support key openings, for example, placed on the two opposite sides of the wall support, allowing this releasing operation to be performed both on one side, for example to the right of the wall support, and on the opposite side of the wall support, for example the left side, allowing this operation to be performed also in the case two wall supports are placed with the respective containers side-by-side, concealing the access to one of the two opposite wall support key openings.
[0032] By virtue of the suggested embodiments, the wall support can be fixed to the wall by means of both a double-sided adhesive and expansion plug screws. By virtue of the suggested embodiments, the wall support allows receiving up to four fixing screws placed, for example, on the four comers, even if two screws alone, for example, placed diagonally, would be more than sufficient to adequately support the wall support and the fully loaded container on the wall.
[0033] By virtue of the suggested embodiments, when molded, the wall support does not require further finishing, hardening, mounting or gluing, processing, or assembling, making the production operations particularly efficient and quick.
[0034] By virtue of the suggested embodiments, the overall cost of making the wall support will be at least 50% less than those made with the embodiments of the prior art.
[0035] By virtue of the suggested embodiments, in particular of the provision of a flat wall portion of the container close to the container rail, it is possible to position the container against the wall support and very close in the spatial continuity of the shape of the transverse cross section to the longitudinal extension of the container, tightly against the wall, almost as though giving a sense of contact with the wall, making indeed the wall support almost invisible when the container is mounted thereto.
[0036] By virtue of the suggested embodiments, in particular of the provision of a flat wall portion of the container close to the container rail, it is possible to keep a broad surface of the container walls free for screen printing or printing, avoiding the interaction between container rail and wall support from
causing a break or deterioration of the screen printing or print.

[00148] According to an embodiment, said key 31 comprises a key end 32 forming a tapered end adapted to be interposed between said wall support 8 and said elastic lever 15 so that as said key end 32 is inserted, said elastic lever 15 moves away from said container 2 up to unlocking said nosepiece 16 from said coupling seat 16 and releasing said container rail 6, thus allowing it to slide freely in said support seat 11.
[00149] According to an embodiment, said elastic lever 15 comprises a portion adapted to cooperate with said key 31 , comprising at least one chute-inclined lever surface 34 adapted to cooperate with said key 31 and allow the insertion and interposition of said key between said wall support 8 or said container rail 6 and said elastic lever 15 to move away said elastic lever 15 from said container 2 and/or said container rail 6.
[00150] According to an embodiment, said wall support 8 is entirely made by molding by means of only two half-molds 50, 51 which are moved along a direction substantially orthogonal to said fixing surface 9 to said wall 10, thus avoiding to form undercuts in said wall support 8, with respect to said opening and closing direction of the half-molds 50, 51.
[00151] According to an embodiment, said container 2 is made by extrusion-blowing.
[00152] The coupling operations between container 2 and the wall support 8 are briefly described below.
[00153] Hereafter, vertical direction substantially means a direction allowing container 2, for example, a bottle for liquids, to avoid the fluid therein contained from being spilled. For example, vertical direction means the direction of attraction of the Earth’s gravity, and “on top” means the parts of the components facing away from the Earth’s attraction, and “below” all the parts of the components facing towards the Earth’s attraction.
[00154] According to any one of the suggested embodiments, the wall support 8 is initially fixed to a wall 10. For example, the wall support 8 is fixed with the fixing surface 9 thereof facing wall 10 and fixed thereto with double-sided adhesive, or by means of screws accommodated in the wall support fixing seats 33 to the wall and inserted into specific plugs placed in holes made in wall 10.
[00155] The wall support 8 is fixed by positioning the support seat 11 thereof vertically, with the seat access opening 12 on top and seat abutment surface 13 below.
[00156] Container 2 is then vertically oriented with the container rail 6 aligned parallel to the support seat 11 and placed on top of said seat access opening 12.
[00157] Container 2 is then pushed downward while geometrically coupling the container rail 6 to the support seat 11, sliding the container rail 6 in the support seat 11 up to abutting the rail abutment end surface 7 with the seat abutment surface 13. In this position, nosepiece 16 of the elastic lever 15 will have travelled the rail chute 23, causing the elastic lever 15 to elastically retract and snap coupling the coupling seat 17 of the container rail with nosepiece 16 and locking container 2 in the use position. [00158] If container 2 needs to be extracted from the wall support 8 by means of key 31, the key end 31 is inserted into said at least one wall support key opening 30 up to bringing it between said elastic lever 15 and said container rail 6, in particular bringing the tapered key end 31 in contact with a chute-inclined lever surface 34.
[00159] By causing a reaction on the wall of the wall support key opening 30, for example, in the form of a groove, continuing by inserting key 31, the elastic lever 15 is elastically moved away from the container rail 6, up to causing nosepiece 16 to entirely come out of the coupling seat 17, thus releasing container 2.
[00160] At this point, a vertical extraction action is sufficient and the container rail 6 can be slid upwards along the seat ribs 35 of the support seat 11 and the container 2 can be entirely extracted from the wall support 8.
[00161] In order to meet specific, contingent needs, those skilled in the art may make several changes and adaptations to the above-described embodiments and replace elements with others which are functionally equivalent, without however departing from the scope of the following claims.
