Definitions

  • the invention relates to a dispenser for liquids, in particular liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, disinfectant or the like with a holder and a container.
  • Dosing dispenser for liquids such as liquid soap or similar liquids are known.
  • a pump actuates some liquid from a Outputs reservoir.
  • that remains Pump firmly in the housing, while the reservoir can be replaced is.
  • This leads to the use of such Donors remain confined to a single liquid because otherwise the pump would have to be constantly cleaned.
  • Another disadvantage is that the remaining on the donor Pump gummed or glued over time, and there such contamination serves as a breeding ground for bacteria hygienic requirements are often no longer possible Fulfills. Frequent and time-consuming cleaning of the dispenser is inevitable.
  • CH-A-547 625 describes a dosing dispenser for pasty Liquids with a container and a holder for the Container.
  • the container has a removal opening on the underside on, which can be closed with a valve. To the The container can dispense an amount of the container contents be indented at any point.
  • CH-A-682 068 describes a dispenser in which the Container with a suction cup swiveling on a wall surface is held.
  • EP-A-0 530 789 proposes a dispenser the one removal device attached to the storage container provides that is exchanged together with the container.
  • the Wall mountable C-shaped holding element proposed, in that of the reservoir with its upper and lower ends is held.
  • the removal device screwed a cap-shaped cover part, the is in turn encompassed by a separate holding sleeve.
  • the holding sleeve is integrated via an anti-theft device attached to the holding element.
  • Theft protection can here via an unlocking pin that can be inserted from the outside be unlocked.
  • the two legs of the C-shaped Retaining element protrude so far from the wall that a clamped cylindrical storage container from one Hand embraced and can be squeezed.
  • displacements of the container is the deformation of the container wall in an opening movement of the removal device implemented.
  • the pressing of the container wall in the container assembled U-shaped bracket deformed so that a shut-off element connected to it is moved, and releases the outlet opening.
  • the liquid to be dispensed flows out of the container until the container wall relaxes over the shut-off body to close the outlet opening leads.
  • the dispenser described in EP-A-0 530 789 has the Disadvantage of insufficient dosing ability. As soon as the outlet opening by pressing the container wall is released from the sampling device, the liquid begins depending on the viscosity at different speeds from the To leak containers. This expiry is only ended when when the container is no longer compressed.
  • this dispenser has the disadvantage of one complex and space-consuming structure.
  • the dispenser is there from a variety of items that are manufactured separately have to be and also extend the assembly time.
  • the invention is based on the object to provide dispensers that are simple and effective dosing of different amounts of any enables viscous liquids. Furthermore, a Dosing dispenser with a small number of individual parts, the Manufacturing and assembly is simple and inexpensive Will be provided. Such a dispenser should preferably be space-saving, and a locking device contain.
  • the container of the dispenser according to the invention has one Front, two side surfaces, a back and a bottom on.
  • the front is designed as a palm rest, which are from the bottom front up and extends from the back to the back.
  • the two side faces are elastic and curved as grip surfaces. These different sides are designed together and adapted to each other so that a simple pressing the side surfaces with simultaneous palm rest the front, for dosing is possible.
  • the output quantity can be varied or regulate deep pressing of the grip surfaces.
  • the dosage is preset. If a handle surface is pressed inwards, the A corresponding overpressure on the inside of the container is compensated for in that the self-closing removal device dispenses liquid until the overpressure is dismantled. The removal device closes again as soon as a certain ratio between the pressure in the Inside and outside of the container is present. This means, the size of the overpressure determines the amount of liquid, which is dispensed from the container. Depending on how far the handle surface is pressed in, a very specific one flows Amount of liquid. If the overpressure is reduced, wear even a constantly pressed handle surface no longer contribute to further discharge.
  • the removal device opens again and to compensate of the vacuum that now arises into the container sucks.
  • this removal device e.g. the closure described in EP-A-0 545 678 self-closing valve can be used.
  • the valve will regarding its properties when opening and closing suitable for the desired dosage taking into account the Content viscosity selected.
  • the amount of liquid to be dispensed can therefore be arbitrary dose and since the outflow of the resulting from the pressing Depends on excess pressure, there is a risk of unwanted large-volume or even complete or automatic emptying not given.
  • the valve opens the first time Overpressure in the container and remains open when the pressure drops and closes again when a second pressure is reached that is less than that first overpressure.
  • this valve is going through opened a certain pressure increase and by a certain one Pressure reduction closed.
  • the grip surfaces are designed so that they can be pressed in so far that the opening of the Valve required pressure increase is reached.
  • the restoring force of the elastic gripping surfaces is selected that when you let go of the grip surfaces, the one for closing required pressure reduction of the valve is effected.
  • the dosage is time-dependent, i.e. as long as the The contents of the container are pushed out. As soon as the grip surfaces are no longer pressed in, the output is stopped.
  • the container of the dispenser according to the invention instructs an integrated first on its side facing a wall Holding device that with a first receiving device, which is provided on the holder of the dispenser, releasable can be brought into engagement.
  • a first receiving device which is provided on the holder of the dispenser, releasable can be brought into engagement.
