Claims (3)
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Heizung für Mittelpufferkupplungen, deren Heizkörper in einer Nut des Kupplungskopfes eingebracht und nach außen abgedeckt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Heizkörper (1) in der Nut (2) mit Silikonwerkstoff (4) gehalten ist, daß die Nut (2) mit dem Silikonwerkstoff (4) verfüllt ist und die äußere Abdeckung bildet und daß der Silikonwerkstoff (4) ein fließfähiger Einkomponentenwerkstoff ist, der unter Einwirkung von Luftfeuchtigkeit bei Raumtemperatur vernetzt.
- Elektrische Heizung für Mittelpufferkupplungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Silikonwerkstoff (4) im Temperaturbereich von mindestens - 40 °C bis mindestens + 200 °C seine Elastizität ausreichend beibehält.
- Elektrische Heizung für Mittelpufferkupplungen, nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Silikonwerkstoff (4) eine gute elektrische Isolation aufweist (Durchschlagfestigkeit größer gleich 12 KV/mm) bei guter Wärmeleitfähigkeit.
