Claims (16)
- Fenêtre/porte à ferrure oscillo-battante, formée d'une tringle de commande (8) et d'un rail de recouvrement (7) placés dans une rainure de ferrure (5) du châssis de battant, étant précisé qu'il est prévu sur la traverse inférieure, entre le dormant et le châssis de battant, des organes complémentaires de fermeture qui coopèrent aussi bien en position fermée qu'en position basculée et qui se composent de fentes d'introduction ouvertes côté extrémité et de tétons en forme de champignons aptes à être déplacés par rapport auxdites fentes, dans le sens longitudinal de celles-ci, à l'aide de la ferrure, l'un des organes complémentaires de fermeture étant prévu sur le dormant, et l'autre sur le châssis de battant, caractérisée en ce que parmi les organes complémentaires de fermeture de la position fermée et de la position basculée, l'un au moins, pourvu de la fente d'introduction (25), est relié rigidement à la tringle de commande (8) de la ferrure (6), et le téton en forme de champignon (9) associé est fixe par rapport à lui, et en ce que la tringle de commande (8) et le rail de recouvrement (7) sont retenus, au moins dans la zone longitudinale (12) de l'organe complémentaire de fermeture prévu sur la tringle de commande, à l'aide d'une plaque de blocage (13) qui s'appuie contre le châssis de battant derrière la rainure de ferrure (5).

- Fenêtre/porte selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le ou les éléments de fermeture (12) reliés à la tringle de commande (8) comportent deux fentes d'introduction (25) ouvertes vers l'extérieur, côté extrémités, en ce qu'il est prévu, reliée rigidement au dormant, une paire de tétons en forme de champignons dont un téton (9) coopère en position fermée, et l'autre coopère en position basculée avec l'une des fentes d'introduction (25), et en ce que les deux tétons en forme de champignons se trouvent de préférence sur une plaque de liaison commune (26) (fig. 7).
- Fenêtre/porte selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fermeture prévu sur la tringle de commande (8) de la ferrure présente une fente (28) ouverte latéralement et une fente oblongue (25) qui est accessible par la fente latérale (28) et qui s'étend - à partir de la fente latérale (28) - dans les deux sens longitudinaux de la ferrure (6), et en ce qu'un ou plusieurs tétons en forme de champignons (9) rapprochés coopèrent avec cette fente oblongue (25), le ou les tétons en forme de champignons (9) qui sont cloués au dormant (11) étant de préférence disposés sur une plaque de fixation (26) (fig. 5, 6).
