Claims (5)
- Leistungssteuerung für Kochstellenheizungen am öffentlichen Stromversorgungsnetz, die vorwiegend im Taktbetrieb arbeiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kochstellen-Steuerung (1) die Leistungszuführung für die Kochstellenheizungen (5) gemäß der Betriebsbedingungen für öffentliche Stromversorgungsnetze kontrollierend steuert, wobei Grenzbedingungen, beispielsweise Netzrückwirkungseffekte, regelnd vermieden werden, indem die Steuerung die Kochstellunheizungen periodendauer-variierend ansteuert, und dass die Kochstellenheizungen mit mindestens zwei Vorzugstaktperioden leistungsgesteuert werden, wobei mit zunehmender Leistung die Periodendauer kürzer wird.
- Leistungssteuerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (1) die elektrische Leistung für Kochstellenheizungen in Abhängigkeit von den physikalischen Eigenschaften der angewählten Heizkörper zuführt.
- Leistungssteuerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (1) elektrische Heizungen für Kochfelder in Abhängigkeit von vorgewählten Leistungsstufen energieoptimiert steuert, wobei die Leistungstaktung bei variabler Leistungszuschaltungs-Periodendauer bis zur zulässigen Netzrückwirkungsgrenze optimiert wird.
- Leistungssteuerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (1) die Heizleistungstaktung für Kochfelder, die konventionelle Strahlungsheizquellen sind, optimiert.
- Leistungssteuerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (1) die Heizleistungstaktung für Kochfelder, die Halogen-Strahlungsheizquellen besitzen, optimiert.
