- An inventive mill lining made of polymeric material and intended for a rotary, drivable mill drum for grinding a batch of process material together with a grinding media multiple and including lifting devices which are positioned axially in said drum and project radially down into the drum interior is characterized in that each lifting device includes a high-lift side which as the drum rotates at a constant speed in a first direction during a first time interval is brought into contact with grinding media from said grinding media multiple, such as to grind or disintegrate the process material with a larger crush proportion and a smaller fine-grinding proportion, and further includes a low-lift side which lies opposite to said high-lift side, wherein as the drum rotates at said constant speed in a direction opposite to said first rotational direction in a second time interval following said first time interval, said low-lift side is brought into contact with grinding media in said grinding media multiple so as to grind or disintegrate the process material with a smaller crush proportion and a larger fine-grinding proportion.
- the invention is based on the concept that, in principle, the same effect as that achieved when rotating the mill at varying speeds can also be achieved by varying the direction of drum rotation and by providing the drum lining with double-acting asymmetric lifting devices which lift the grinding media to different heights in respective directions of rotation.

Claims (7)
- Procédé de broyage d'un lot de matériau, en particulier de matériau de céramique, conjointement avec un certain nombre de corps de broyage dans un tambour de broyeur rotatif, susceptible d'être entraíné, ayant un revêtement de matériau polymère et incluant des dispositifs d'élévation allongés, positionnés axialement dans le tambour et faisant saillie radialement à l'intérieur du tambour, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à faire tourner le tambour à une vitesse constante dans un premier sens de rotation durant un premier intervalle de temps, de sorte que les corps de broyage provenant desdits multiples corps de broyage sont amenés en contact avec un côté d'élévation haute des dispositifs d'élévation lorsque le tambour tourne, pour broyer ou désintégrer le matériau avec une proportion de concassage plus grande et une proportion de broyage fin plus petite ; etfaire tourner le tambour à ladite vitesse constante, dans une sens de rotation opposé au premier sens de rotation, durant un second intervalle de temps suivant ledit premier intervalle de temps, de sorte que les corps de broyage dans lesdits multiples corps de broyage sont amenés en contact avec un côté d'élévation basse desdits dispositifs d'élévation, opposé au côté d'élévation haute de ceux-ci, de façon à broyer le matériau avec une proportion de concassage plus petite et une proportion de broyage fin plus grande.
- Revêtement en polymère (10) pour un tambour de broyeur rotatif (40) destiné au broyage d'un lot de matériau de fabrication (50), en particulier de matériau de céramique, conjointement avec de multiples corps de broyage (52,52'), dans lequel le revêtement inclut des dispositifs d'élévation allongés (12) qui sont positionnés axialement et qui font saillie radialement dans le tambour, caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif d'élévation (12) inclut un côté d'élévation haute (14) qui, lorsque l'on fait tourner le tambour (40) dans un premier sens de rotation (Dl), à une vitesse constante, durant un premier intervalle de temps, est censé venir au contact des corps de broyage (52') desdits multiples corps de broyage, pour broyer avec une proportion de concassage plus grande et une proportion de broyage fin plus petite, et inclut en outre un côté d'élévation basse (16) qui se trouve à l'opposé du côté d'élévation haute (14) et qui est censé venir au contact des corps de broyage (52') des multiples corps de broyage, lorsque l'on fait tourner le tambour (40) dans un second sens (D2) opposé au premier sens (D1) et à ladite vitesse constante, durant un second intervalle de temps suivant ledit premier intervalle de temps, de façon à broyer le matériau (40) avec une proportion de concassage plus petite et une proportion de broyage fin plus grande.
- Revêtement de tambour selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le côté d'élévation haute (14) des dispositifs d'élévation respectifs (12) possède une direction normale (N1) qui dévie de façon négligeable depuis, ou qui coïncide sensiblement avec, le premier sens de rotation (Dl) ; et en ce que le côté d'élévation basse (16) opposé desdits dispositifs d'élévation (12) possède une direction normale (N2) qui définit un angle compris entre 64 et 84 degrés, en particulier d'environ 74 degrés, avec le second sens de rotation (D2).
- Revêtement de broyeur selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément d'élévation (12) est formé d'une seule pièce avec un élément de revêtement (10) ayant une largeur efficace qui constitue un nombre entier multiple de la périphérie interne active du tambour (40).
- Revêtement de broyeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le côté d'élévation haute (14) forme un premier côté terminal de l'élément de revêtement (10).
- Revêtement de broyeur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de revêtement (10) possède au niveau dudit premier côté terminal, un évidemment (26) qui se trouve au voisinage de la surface intérieure du tambour (40) et qui chevauche la surface intérieure d'une région (24) sur un second côté voisin opposé d'un élément de revêtement (10) voisin et dans lequel ladite région est fermement pincée au moyen d'un arrangement de fixation à boulon (30) monté sur le côté inférieur de l'élément d'élévation.
- Revêtement de broyeur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'extension tangentielle de l'évidement (26) est telle qu'elle permet à un élément de revêtement (10) donné d'avoir plusieurs largeurs efficaces, dont chacune constitue un nombre entier multiple d'une périphérie interne active du tambour du broyeur.
