Claims (10)

  1. Chaussure (1) notamment chaussure de sport ou de loisir, comportant une fermeture rotative centrale (3) montée sur un panneau de cou-de-pied (2) couplé à au moins une bande de serrage (4) qui sort (ou sortent) latéralement du panneau de cou-de-pied (2), sous la forme d'une ou plusieurs boucles passant elles-mêmes chaque fois autour d'un élément de renvoi (7) d'un élément de liaison (8), au niveau des parties latérales de la tige de la chaussure, la fermeture de la chaussure (1) par les bouclés se faisant par rotation du bouton tournant de la fermeture rotative centrale (3) qui raccourcit les boucles, et l'ouverture se faisant par l'allongement des boucles.
    caractérisée en ce que :
    - les éléments de renvoi (7) sont prévus respectivement sur un élément de liaison (8) mobile librement,
    - chaque élément de liaison (8) comporte une traverse de renvoi (14),
    - au niveau de l'articulation de base des doigts de pied ou au niveau (29) entre les articulations de base des doigts de pied et le milieu des pieds, la chaussure (1) porte, au niveau de la tige (26) ou de la semelle (27), une bande de traction (24),
    - la bande de traction (24) passe par-dessus la traverse de renvoi (14) de l'élément de liaison (8), avant, pour rejoindre un élément de renvoi (30) dans la zone (29) du milieu de pied, et de là, en passant par la traverse de renvoi (14), vers un autre élément de liaison (8) ou élément de liaison arrière et, après renvoi autour de celui-ci vers l'arrière, vers un point de fixation dans la zone du talon (3) pour y être fixé,
    - les éléments de liaison (8) sont maintenus en position uniquement par les boucles (5, 6) et la bande de traction (24) sur la tige de la chaussure.
  2. Chaussure selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le ou les éléments de renvoi (7) sont en forme de boutons ou de champignons et comportent chaque fois une rainure de guidage pour le ou les éléments tendeurs (4).
  3. Chaussure selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les rainures de guidage (9) sont librement accessibles sur la face arrière de l'élément de renvoi (7), et le ou les bandes de serrage (4) s'introduisent ou se dégagent par la face arrière des rainures de guidage (9).
  4. Chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément de liaison (8) comporte deux bras de guidage (12, 13) faisant entre eux un angle aigu (α), avec des passages (19, 20, 21, 22, 23) pour la bande de traction (24).
  5. Chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la bande de traction (24) est fixée par une extrémité et les éléments de renvoi (7) des éléments de liaison (8) ainsi que les moyens de renvoi (30) prévus dans la zone (29) du milieu du pied, sont montés pour qu'au cours de l'opération de fermeture, il s'établisse, au niveau de l'élément de renvoi (7) de l'élément de liaison avant (8), une force de traction résultante (35) dirigée vers l'arrière, vers le milieu du pied (zone 29), et qu'au niveau de l'élément de renvoi (7) de l'élément de liaison (8) arrière il s'établisse une force de traction résultante qui (36), est dirigée légèrement en biais vers l'arrière et vers le bas en direction de la zone de talon (33).
  6. Chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la bande de traction (24) est guidée ou tendue suivant un tracé en zigzag ou en dents de scie.
  7. Chaussure selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    des segments de bande de traction latéraux (39, 40, 41, 42) sont inclinés à partir du bas et vers l'avant.
  8. Chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la bande de traction (24) s'appuie au moins contre les points de serrage, d'un côté, par des pièces d'appui (28, 34), contre la tige (26).
  9. Chaussure selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les pièces d'appui (28, 34) comportent des moyens (15, 16 ; 17, 18) pour guider et/ou renvoyer la bande de traction (24).
  10. Chaussure selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les pièces d'appui (28, 34) comportent des passages (43) et des traverses (44), et la bande de traction (24) passe à travers les passages (43) ou par-dessus les traverses (44).
