Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schaltschrank mit pultartigem Gehäuseteil, dessen offene Oberseite mit einem umlaufenden Dichtungssteg versehen und zu dessen Vorderwand hin abfallend geneigt ist, bei dem die Gehäuseöffnung mittels einer Klappe verschließbar ist, die im Bereich der oberen, horizontalen Seite der Gehäuseöffnung schwenkbar gelagert und mit einem umlaufenden, abgekanteten Rand versehen ist, der in der Schließstellung der Klappe den Dichtungssteg umschließt und sich mit dem vorderen und mit den an diesen seitlich anschließenden Randabschnitten über einen Teil der Vorderwand des Gehäuseteils erstreckt, wobei das freie Ende des vorderen Randabschnittes zur Vorderwand des Gehäuseteils hin abgewinkelt ist. Ein Schaltschrank dieser Art ist durch den Katalog "Das große Schaltschrank-Sofort-Programm 82", Seiten 63 und 71, der Rittal-Werk Rudolf Loh GmbH & Co.KG, D-6348 Herborn, bekanntgeworden.
  • Beim Öffnen und Schließen wird die Klappe an der vorderen Randpartie angefaßt. Dabei wird insbesondere beim Schließen der Klappe in der Regel das abgewinkelte Ende des vorderen Randabschnittes umfaßt. Besonders bei großen und schweren Metall-Klappen besteht dann Verletzungsgefahr, da zwischen dem vorderen Randabschnitt der Klappe und der Vorderwand des Gehäuseteils nur ein sehr kleiner Abstand besteht und an der vorderen Seite der Gehäuseöffnung der Dichtungssteg als scharfe Kante vorsteht. Wird die Klappe am abgewinkelten Ende des vorderen Randabschnittes umfaßt, dann werden die Finger der Hand beim Passieren des Dichtungsrandes zwischen dem Dichtungssteg und der vorderen Randpartie der Klappe eingeklemmt und verletzt.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, bei einem Schaltschrank der eingangs erwähnten Art die Klappe am vorderen Randabschnitt so auszubilden, daß sie leicht gefaßt und beim Öffnen und Schließen ohne Verletzungsgefahr gehandhabt werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß das freie Ende des vorderen Randabschnittes über einen ersten Griffabschnitt zunächst im spitzen Winkel nach innen gebogen ist und sich etwa bis zu den freien Kanten der seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte erstreckt und daß anschließend unter Bildung einer im Querschnitt etwa V-förmigen Griffaufnahme das freie Ende des vorderen Randabschnittes über einen zweiten Griffabschnitt mit den freien Kanten der seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte etwa bündig abschließend wieder nach außen gebogen ist.
  • Mit dieser einfachen Ausgestaltung, d.h. Abwinkelung des freien Endes des vorderen Randabschnittes der Klappe, wird eine Griffaufnahme geschaffen, über die die Klappe beim Öffnen und Schließen so gefaßt werden kann, daß die Finger nicht mehr in den Raum zwischen der Vorderwand des Gehäuseteils und den vorderen Randabschnitt ragen und daher insbesondere beim Schließen der Klappe nicht mehr an dem Dichtungssteg der vorderen Seite der Gehäuseöffnung anstoßen können. Eine Verletzungsgefahr ist daher bei der Handhabung der Klappe nicht mehr gegeben.
  • Der optische Gesamteindruck der Klappe läßt sich dadurch im wesentlichen beibehalten, daß die seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte mit Abdeckabschnitten über die Griffaufnahme hinaus verlängert sind und diese seitlich abschließen. Dies ist insbesondere dann von Bedeutung, wenn vorgesehen ist, daß die Vorderwand des Gehäuseteils über einen geneigten Wandabschnitt in den Boden des Gehäuseteils übergeht, daß sich in der Schließstellung der Klappe der vordere Randabschnitt der Klappe mit den seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitten bis zu dem geneigten Wandabschnitt des Gehäuseteils erstreckt und daß dabei die Abdeckabschnitte der seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte mit ihren freien Kanten etwa in Verlängerung zu dem geneigten Wandabschnitt des Gehäuseteils stehen. Die Seitenansichten des Schaltschrankes bleiben dann gegenüber dem bekannten Schaltschrank unverändert.
  • Damit die Klappe mit dem verlängerten vorderen Randabschnitt beim Schließen den Dichtungssteg an der vorderen Seite der Gehäuseöffnung passieren kann, ist vorgesehen, daß die an den vorderen Randabschnitt der Klappe seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte in der Schließstellung der Klappe mit ihren freien Kanten in einem Abstand parallel zu der Vorderwand des Gehäuseteils verlaufen. Dieser Abstand richtet sich nach dem Überlappungsmaß zwischen dem vorderen Randabschnitt der Klappe und der Vorderwand des Gehäuseteils.
  • Die Griffaufnahme am abgewinkelten Ende des vorderen Randabschnittes der Klappe ist vorzugsweise so ausgebildet, daß der erste Griffabschnitt der Griffaufnahme zum vorderen Randabschnitt der Klappe und die beiden Griffabschnitte der Griffaufnahme zueinander in einem Winkel von etwa 45° stehen und daß die Übergänge von dem vorderen Randabschnitt zu dem ersten Griffabschnitt und von diesem zum zweiten Griffabschnitt abgerundet sind.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

    das Gehäuseteil nach Fig. 1 in Seitenansicht, wobei sich die Klappe im Übergangsbereich zur Schließstellung befindet, und

    einen vergrößerten Teilschnitt durch die vordere Partie des mit der Klappe verschlossenen Gehäuseteils.
  • Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 1 bis 3 ist von dem Schaltschrank nur das abstehende pultartige Gehäuseteil 20 gezeigt, das an der offenen Oberseite eine Gehäuseöffnung 21 aufweist. Diese Oberseite ist mit dem umlaufenden Dichtungssteg versehen, der sich aus abgebogenen bzw. abgekanteten Abschnitten 22, 23 und 29 der Vorderwand 24, der Deckwand 28 und der Seitenwände 26 des Gehäuseteils zusammensetzt. Die Vorderwand 24 des Gehäuseteils 20 geht über den geneigten Wandabschnitt 25 in den Boden 27 des Gehäuseteils 20 über. Die offene Rückseite des Gehäuseteils 20 bildet den Übergang zu einem Raum des Schaltschrankes, wie die Fig. 1 und 2 im rechten Teil andeuten.
  • Die Gehäuseöffnung 21 ist zur Vorderwand 24 hin abfallend geneigt und wird durch die Klappe 10 verschlossen. Die Klappe 10 ist plattenartig ausgebildet und umlaufend durch den abgekanteten Rand versteift, wie die Randabschnitte 12, 13, 14 und 19 zeigen. Die Klappe 10 umschließt in der Schließstellung mit ihrem Rand den Dichtungssteg um die Gehäuseöffnung 21. Dabei legt sich die Klappe 10 mit einem Dichtungselement 30 auf die freie Kante des Dichtungssteges, wie Fig. 3 deutlich erkennen läßt. Dieses Dichtungselement 30 ist auf der Innenseite der Klappe 10 angebracht und folgt der Kontur des umlaufenden Dichtungssteges. Wie die Drehachse 18 zeigt, ist die Klappe 10 außerhalb des Abschnittes 23 des Dichtungssteges am Gehäuseteil 20 schwenkbar gelagert.
  • Der vordere Randabschnitt 13 der Klappe 10 ist mit den seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitten 14 so verbreitert, daß in der Schließstellung die Vorderwand 24 des Gehäuseteils 20 überdeckt wird. Dabei stehen die freien Kanten der seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte 14 parallel und im vorgegebenen Abstand zur Vorderwand 24 des Gehäuseteils 10. Diese Auslegung ist so abgestimmt, daß die vordere Randpartie der Klappe 10 beim Schließen der Klappe 10 den vorderen Abschnitt 22 des Dichtungssteges sicher passieren kann.
  • Wie Fig. 3 zeigt, ist das freie Ende des vorderen Randabschnittes 13 zunächst in einem Winkel von 45° als erster Griffabschnitt 16 nach innen gebogen. Dieser erste Griffabschnitt 16 erstreckt sich etwa bis zu den freien Kanten der seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte 14. Dann ist das freie Ende des vorderen Randabschnittes 13 als zweiter Griffabschnitt 17 wieder um etwa 45° zum ersten Griffabschnitt 16 nach außen gebogen. Dabei schließt der zweite Griffabschnitt 17 etwa bündig mit den freien Kanten der seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte 14 ab. Die beiden Griffabschnitte 16 und 17 bilden eine Griffaufnahme 15 mit etwa V-förmigem Querschnitt. Die seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte 14 sind über die Griffaufnahme 15 hinaus verlängert und schließen die Griffaufnahme 15 seitlich mit den Abdeckabschnitten 14a ab und zwar so, daß in der Schließstellung die freien Kanten der Abdeckabschnitte 14a eine Verlängerung zu dem geneigten Wandabschnitt 25 bilden.
  • Wie der Fig. 3 zu entnehmen ist, kann über die Griffaufnahme 15 die Klappe 10 mit den Fingerspitzen leicht gefaßt werden. Dabei kann die Klappe 10 gut gefaßt und gehalten werden, ohne daß die Finger beim Passieren des vorderen Abschnittes 22 des Dichtungssteges mit diesem in Berührung kommen. Dies ist besonders wichtig beim Schließen der Klappe 10, so daß eine Verletzung durch Einklemmen der Finger vermieden ist. Bei Schaltschränken besteht die Klappe 10 aus Metall und ist bei großen Gehäuseteilen 20 sehr schwer. Daher ist das Vermeiden des Einklemmens der Finger von großer Bedeutung. Mit der so einfach hergestellten Griffaufnahme 15 wird ein bestimmtes Fassen und Halten der Klappe 10 beim Öffnen und Schließen der Klappe 10 vorgegeben und so zwangsweise die Verletzungsgefahr ausgeräumt.

Claims (5)

  1. Schaltschrank mit pultartigem Gehäuseteil (20), dessen offene Oberseite mit einem umlaufenden Dichtungssteg (22,23,29) versehen und zu dessen Vorderwand (24) hin abfallend geneigt ist, bei dem die Gehäuseöffnung (28) mittels einer Klappe (10) verschließbar ist, die im Bereich der oberen, horizontalen Seite der Gehäuseöffnung schwenkbar gelagert und mit einem umlaufenden, abgekanteten Rand versehen ist, der in der Schließstellung der Klappe den Dichtungssteg umschließt und sich mit dem vorderen und mit den an diesen seitlich anschließenden Randabschnitten (12,13,14,19) über einen Teil der Vorderwand des Gehäuseteils erstreckt, wobei das freie Ende des vorderen Randabschnittes (13) zur Vorderwand (24) des Gehäuseteils (20) hin abgewinkelt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das freie Ende des vorderen Randabschnittes (13) über einen ersten Griffabschnitt (16) zunächst im spitzen Winkel nach innen gebogen ist und sich etwa bis zu den freien Kanten der seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte (14) erstreckt und
    daß anschließend unter Bildung einer im Querschnitt etwa V-förmigen Griffaufnahme (15) das freie Ende des vorderen Randabschnittes (13) über einen zweiten Griffabschnitt (17) mit den freien Kanten der seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte (14) etwa bündig abschließend wieder nach außen gebogen ist.
  2. Schaltschrank nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte (14) mit Abdeckabschnitten (14a) über die Griffaufnahme (15) hinaus verlängert sind und diese seitlich abschließen.
  3. Schaltschrank nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Vorderwand (24) des Gehäuseteils (20) über einen geneigten Wandabschnitt (25) in den Boden (27) des Gehäuseteils (20) übergeht,
    daß sich in der Schließstellung der Klappe (10) der vordere Randabschnitt (13) der Klappe (10) mit den seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitten (14) bis zu dem geneigten Wandabschnitt (25) des Gehäuseteils (20) erstreckt und
    daß dabei die Abdeckabschnitte (14a) der seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte (14) mit ihren freien Kanten etwa in Verlängerung zu dem geneigten Wandabschnitt (25) des Gehäuseteils (20) stehen.
  4. Schaltschrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die an den vorderen Randabschnitt (13) der Klappe (10) seitlich angrenzenden Randabschnitte (14) in der Schließstellung der Klappe (10) mit ihren freien Kanten in einem Abstand parallel zu der Vorderwand (24) des Gehäuseteils (20) verlaufen.
  5. Schaltschrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der erste Griffabschnitt (16) der Griffaufnahme (15) zum vorderen Randabschnitt (13) der Klappe (10) und die beiden Griffabschnitte (16,17) der Griffaufnahme (15) zueinander in einem Winkel von etwa 45° stehen und
    daß die Übergänge von dem vorderen Randabschnitt (13) zu dem ersten Griffabschnitt (16) und von diesem zum zweiten Griffabschnitt (17) abgerundet sind.
