Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Ein Behälter dieser Art ist nach der GB-A-742 492 bekannt. Dort weisen die Profile Auflageflächen für die Seitenwände auf. Zusätzliche konvexe Flächen an den Profilen bilden die abgerundeten Ecken. Die Profile sind nicht nur verhältnismäßig; kompliziert herzustellen, sondern gestatten auch keine sichere Befestigung der Seitenwände.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, Profile anzugeben, die einfach herzustellen sind und eine sichere Befestigung in den Schlitzen gestatten.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist in Anspruch 1 angegeben. Kofferkanten aus Doppel-T-Profilen sind zwar nach der DE-C-827 229 und nach der FR-A-1 544 543 bekannt. Diese Doppel-T-Profile sind jedoch nicht biegsam und nicht mit Verlängerungen ihrer äußeren Querstege versehen, die an der Deckelwand zu befestigen sind.
  • Besonders hat sich das Material nach Anspruch 2 bewährt.
  • Bevorzugt sind die Doppel-T-Profile aus zwei T-Profilen gemäß Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4 gebildet.
  • Eine besonders einfache und sichere Befestigung der Profile ist in Anspruch 5 angegeben.
  • Um die Profile einfach biegen zu können, ohne daß sie sich wellen, ist bevorzugt eine Ausbildung nach Anspruch 6 vorgesehen.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden an einem Ausführungsbeispiel unter Hinweis auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen beschrieben.
    • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Koffer in perspektivischer Ansicht, teilweise fortgebrochen.
    • Fig. 2 zeigt eine Eckenausbildung vor dem Hineinstecken des Doppel-T-Profils in den Schlitz.
    • Fig. 3 zeigt die Eckenausbildung mit eingeschobenem Doppel-T-Profil.
    • Fig. 4 zeigt einen Schnitt längs der Linie IV-IV in Fig. 3.
  • Der Koffer nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel weist eine Deckelwand 2 und eine Bodenwand 4 sowie an diese angrenzende Seitenwände 6, 8, 10, 12 auf. Die Deckelwand 2 und die Bodenwand 4 sind mit den an sie angrenzenden Seitenwänden 6, 8, 10, 12 über abgerundete Kanten 14, 16, 18, 20 und Ecken 22, 24 verbunden.
  • Da alle Ecken gleichartig ausgebildet sind, wird im folgenden nur die Ausbildung im Bereich der Ecke 22 erörtert.
  • Bevor der in Fig. 2 dargestellte Zustand erreicht ist, bestehen die Deckelwand 2 und die beiden Seitenwände 6, 8 aus ebenem Material. Die Endteile 26, 28 weisen dabei Stirnkanten 30, 32 auf, die so gekrümmt sind, daß nach dem Verformen des ebenen Materials ein Schlitz 34 konstanter Weite entsteht. In diesen Schlitz 34 wird ein um seine Längsachse rechtwinkliges Doppel-T-Profil 36 geschoben, das im vorliegenden Fall einstückig dargestellt ist, aber aus obengenannten Gründen zweistückig ausgebildet sein kann. Da der innere Quersteg 38 dieses hier einstückigen Doppel-T-Profils stärker gebogen werden muß als der äußere Quersteg 40, ist er mit Einkerbungen 42 versehen. Das Doppel-T-Profil weist eine sich ein kurzes Stück über die Außenseite der Wand 2 erstreckende Querstegverlängerung 44 auf, die mit einem Nietloch 46 versehen ist und mit einem Niet 48 an der Deckelwand 2 befestigt ist.
  • Aus Fig. 4 ist erkennbar, daß das Wandmaterial des Koffers ein Schichtmaterial ist. Die Schichtfolge besteht bevorzugt aus Aluminium 50, Preßstoff 52, Aluminium 54.

Claims (6)

1. Behälter, insbesondere Koffer, mit wenigstens einer rechteckigen Deckelwand (2), die mit an sie angrenzenden Seitenwänden (6, 8) über abgerundete Kanten (14, 16) und Ecken (22) verbunden ist, bei dem die Wand (2) einschließlich ihrer Kanten (14, 16) und Ecken (22) aus bleibend plastisch verformtem ebenem Material gebildet ist, wobei die abgerundeten Kanten (14, 16) durch einstückig mit der Wand verbundene abgebogene Seitenwände (6, 8) geformt sind, die im Bereich der Ecken (22) unter Freilassung eines Schlitzes (34) konstanter Weite aufeinander zu gebogene Endteile (26, 28) aufweisen und bei dem die Schlitze (34) mit in ihnen befestigten Profilen (36) geschlossen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profile (36) aus je zwei T-Profilen (36) bestehen, die zusammen ein Doppel-T-Profil bilden und deren Querstege (38, 40) die Seitenwände (6, 8) von innen bzw. außen übergreifen, und daß die äußeren Querstege (40) mit die Enden der Schlitze (34) in deren einen Erstreckungsrichtung überragenden, an der Deckelwand (2) befestigten Verlängerungen (44) versehen sind.
2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material ein Schichtmaterial mit der Schichtfolge Aluminium-Preßstoff-Aluminium (50, 52, 54) ist.
3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die T-Profile (36) miteinander verklinkt sind.
4. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die T-Profile (36) einstückig miteinander verbunden sind.
5. Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verlängerungen (44) an der Deckelwand (2) angenietet sind.
6. Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die inneren Querstege (38) mit Einkerbungen (42) versehen sind.
