Abstract
В настоящем изобретении предлагается усовершенствованный способ очистки целевого гонадотропина из неочищенной смеси, содержащей по меньшей мере один загрязняющий белок. Способ очистки целевого гонадотропина согласно настоящему изобретению включает применение аффинной хроматографии в качестве первой стадии колоночной очистки перед применением каких-либо стадий колоночной хроматографии для дополнительной очистки. Такой способ очистки может дополнительно включать стадию ионообменной хроматографии и/или хроматографии гидрофобного взаимодействия с получением по существу очищенного белка гонадотропина белка с целевым профилем изоформ.
