В изобретении предложены соединения формулы Iгде X представляет собой связь или CH; R выбран из группы, состоящей изкаждый Rи Rнезависимо выбран из группы, состоящей из СН и N; Rпредставляет собой Н или СН; Rпредставляет собой Н или СН; L выбран из группы, состоящей из -O(CH)-, -C(O)NH(CH)-, -CHC(O)NH(CH)-, -(CH)N(C(O)CH)CH-, -(CH)N(C(O)CH)CH-, -(CH)NH-, (CH)OCH-, -(CH)-, -(CH)NHCH-, -(CH)O- и -CHO(CH)-; или их фармацевтически приемлемые соли. Соединения согласно изобретению являются ингибиторами аутотаксина.
