Abstract

Изобретение относится к соединению, пригодному в качестве активного ингредиента фармацевтической композиции, в частности фармацевтической композиции для предотвращения и/или лечения связанных с VAP-1 заболеваний. Авторы изобретения провели интенсивные исследования соединения с ингибирующей VAP-1 активностью и в результате выявили, что соединение или его соль по настоящему изобретению демонстрируют превосходную ингибирующую VAP-1 активность и пригодны для предотвращения и/или лечения связанных с VAP-1-заболеваний, в частности диабетической нефропатии или диабетического отека желтого пятна, таким образом осуществляя настоящее изобретение. Кроме того, изобретение относится к фармацевтической композиции, в частности фармацевтической композиции для предотвращения и/или лечения связанных с VAP-1-заболеваний, содержащей соединение или его соль по настоящему изобретению и эксципиент.
